Went in to find a part my mechanic sent me in for. I showed the guy a picture of the part (I know the bare minimum about cars and parts) but he INSTANTLY knew my car make and model. They advised me their location didn t have it but the Pelham location did. Gave me a receipt with the information the next associate needed. Super easy and quick. I will definitely be back in the future.

I was interested in purchasing led headlight bulbs for my car. The employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences in the bulbs. Thanks

My battery light came on so I stopped to have them check it. It turned out to be an alternator. The was a young man who offered and changed it right there!! 5 stars!!

Absolutely amazing! My alternator went out and my husband and I barely made it into their parking lot. They had everything we needed to fix the it right there and Laura the manager even brought us hot chocolate to warm us while we worked in the freezing rain. Would break down here again.

This is by far the best oreillys in the area and in large part because of the staff. Gilberto is amazing and he goes above and beyond for his customers. We will definitely be back as long as Gilberto is there!!!!

This store will no longer install batteries on certain model vehicles.They're more worried about liability than service.Who knows what else they'll refuse to install out of fear (or laziness).I'll find a better store than this to buy parts from.

Amazing service and great prices! The associates went above and beyond to help me out. They helped me set up the part I needed and answered all my questions on how to install it. I didn't know the year of the replacement engine I have and they pulled a bunch of different years to compare against the original so I could find the right one. I can't recommend this place enough. They will be my go-to for any parts and advice. Highly recommend!!

super friendly helpful staff. they helped me get everything i needed in lighting speed. granted i only needed a power steering pump and fuid. i had no idea where to find things but they were on it quick style. they helped me even find the sale item! thanks guys! would definitely come back for more stuff.

Came in to get my signal light and tag light changed and Alex was so helpful sh doing so b/c I visited the locations in Fultondale and Forestdale and they were no help.

This store was our last hope on getting to part we needed to stop my car from running hot, and when we realized that particular store didn t have the right part, the manager Chris (we think that s his name) went to another store down the road and got it for us! He was extremely helpful and answered so many of our questions, helped us do research on our car, and just went above and beyond for us!

As soon as I walked in, David asked if I needed help. I took him up on his offer and he found what I was looking for in less than a minute. He then went above and beyond and installed it for me. It's that kind of service that will keep me as a repeat customer.

Very poor customer service. Left the store without my items for the second time. The store is located 1 minute from me. Four or more workers are always in the store and you wait forever to get checked out. Made an eight minute drive to Autozone, in and out in minutes ems and also received a free hat!

The most knowledgeable team I've seen, and very courteous. This must be a hub location as well, because its a big store and they have everything. I started coming here when I moved to AL because it was the most convenient location for me, but this store and the employees have sold me on O'Reilly. Highly recommended.

Bought a horn for a friend. They had them in stock and got a discount. They were helpful and very nice. Just surprised how much a horn cost,but worth it to make someone happy!!!

I drive past the Helena store to come here. This is my go to Oreillys store. Go see Juan or one of the other guys and they will go above and beyond to assist you.

The company I work for gets their fleet supplies from here. John and Christian do an exceptional job, going above beyond at getting us whatever we need. I can promise if they don t have it, they ll track it down and deliver it.

Late night and the misses belt snaps on her Ford s water pump. Trying to get her until and running to at least get the car home. I ve been a (insert other Auto parts store here) customer for very long, however not only did some of them not have the part some weren t even open at all. O reilly s not only had the part and were open when I needed them. The company has won a new customer because of this location

O'Reilly in Pelham, AL sold my husband a brake roter in March 2018. He replaced the brakes and roter only to find out that one roter was cracked in three places. A problem was immediately apparent due to the lound noise it was making. I took it into the shop because we could not find any errors with the install. At the shop, they could find no problems with the install either. Upon closer inspection the shop found the 3 cracks in the roter itself. We incurred a $150 repair bill to diagnose and replace the roter that week.O'Reilly sold us a bad part that sent us to the shop resulting in additional charges to us. We would have never incured this expense if the part had been in working order when they sold it to us. They refunded the roter but refuse to do anything about the repair bill we incurred as a direct result of their faulty part. They do not support at home mechanics saying that they would only take responsibility if a professional mechanic had installed the original part.We are very disappointed in this service and have given the store manager and corporate the opportunity to make it right by going through the proper channels. That has been 6 months now. That has been more than ample time. They have done nothing to help us address this. Therefore we have decided it is time we publically share with our many friends the experience we have had.Customers have many choices in where to purchase auto parts and O'Reilly's did not to keep us as loyal customers. I strongly advise at home mechanics to choose one of the many other stores available to you. O'Reilly's does not stand behind their parts.
