I WAS...a loyal Napa customer until today. I bought into the better quality theme of their over priced parts for a long time and always bought their batteries that were made for them by East Penn Manufacturing, a truly reputable battery maker but in 2000 my Ford battery died and of course I dutifully trod down to the NAPA store and bought a battery with a sticker that said "Made in Mexico". Not feeling too good about buying a battery that was more expensive than I thought justified, I swallowed hard and took it home. After a little over a yr and a few months, it died as well. So I took it back to NAPA and they charged me the difference for a new battery and this Mexican battery lasted from 7/22 until 3/23 and no, there is nothing wrong with the car. The store told me that my battery was not warranted anymore, in other words, "have a nice day, good bye". After talking with the Interstate distributor and him stating that his batteries were Made in USA, I am going to buy one in the AM. NAPA, you have sold your soul to NAFTA for a few bucks more but they will NOT be any more of MY bucks!! BTW, I gave the manager the ball caps back, can't use them to start a car.

I go out of my way to give this NAPA my business. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have it they can get it for me quickly. They have a well stocked warehouse that's only second to the main warehouse downtown BHM. I will always shop here first for my auto part needs.

Go Emily! Had a truck broke down and she went above and beyond to help us get the parts we needed after hours! And gave us some hats :) excellent customer service!

Very friendly and helpful. Had to order a hard to find part and they delivered on the same day exactly on time. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me find the exact part I needed. Highly recommend!

Store manager and asst manager were excellent. We were having issues with slightly worn parts that we returned and the Mgt staff warrantied. The warrantied parts we took home were also causing issues on our vehicle. When we took those back, they provided us with the latest version of part. Problem sovled... Staff and Mgt were very accomodating and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Checked Google to make sure they were still open before making a trip. I walked in at 6 pm, asked if they were still opened (employees talking to customer) since I got no response I continued on. 3 seconds later they made it clear they were closed. My mistake...they close at 6 not 7 Google.

Everyone has always been helpful and friendly when I have shopped here. I've always had a better overall experience at NAPA in general than the other chains anyway and this store is no exception.

These folks are serious about customer service. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even though traditionally focused on trade customers, they really were great to work with as a street consumer.

Busy but basic. Not convenient to enter lot. Parking lot was in bad shape. Don t want to diss them too much because the store was well stocked and staffed and they had the item I needed in stock.

Ordered some gear wrench ratcheting wrenches that was on sale. Everybody was cool and great, I just wish the ratchets was not so dusty but it is not their fault.

Lotta stuff in stock...the computer system at Napa in general is sketchy on matching the correct parts.....The is pretty much the case for older cars everywhere.
