Absolute top-notch, and very refreshing now a days. Jason was my rep and he was very helpful from start to finish. Got me in on time for my appointment was there less than two hours for a lift kit and I will be doing more business with H and H. James was my technician and my truck looks and drives great so far. Great job H & H.

I was in town on business with my new jeep and wanted to add a rear wheel tail light. They got the part and scheduled me in before I had to leave town. They were awesome and made me feel like a valued customer even though I was not local!

Very friendly staff. They did excellent with the install of my ranch hand bumper. They got it done in a quick and timely manner. Will definitely use them in the future

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy that "helped" me when I entered the store acted as if I were an inconvenience and seemed pre occupied with something else. When I picked up my vehicle, instead of reaching into the bag and handing me my car key he tried to dump it in my hand. He dumped the key on the floor and made no attempt to pick it up, I had to pick it up. I will never go back to H&H, and i will never recommend them to anyone else. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and would never treat any customer the way I was treated.

Needed a trailer hitch installed on my jeep wrangler. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They explained everything and it was spot on. Thanks H&H

I would like to thank Nick and everyone who got my Trail Boss rigged out. They did a fantastic job with the installation of the running boards, sliding bed cover and bed slide.The bed slide really changed the way I use the bed of my truck. Money well spent!!!

Stopped by to seek help with my existing truck bed cover that was leaking. Staff helped me with a roll of sealing tape to meet my need. I was surprised at all of the in-store products that were available as upgrades. Will shop here again soon and may even tempt myself with a Yoder Smoker - which is the best on the market ...... and available at H&H.

OK... I could go on and on about how outstanding the Service is, but all I can say is "Seeing is Believing". I have an older model Ram Pickup. I bought it pretty "Basic" to say the least.A few of my friends from church told me about H&H. I walked in was speechless. Nick put me "On Game" with some cool Step Rails that are not only cool to look at, but SAFE for my little girl to step on when we have "Daddy /Daughter Day". You really have to see this place! I've already compiled my Wish List. At one point I thought about trading for a newer model, but... WHY?THEY HAVE THE PARTS TO TURN IT INTO THE NEW MODEL! If I must add... These folks are "Down to Earth". That part is comforting.

Scheduling was easy. Employee was super nice and informative. Service (hitch installation) was relatively quick and fell within the estimated time frame. Would definitely come here again.

Excellent working with Nick Cosby of Pelham location. We put on a 3in lift with .25in spacers. Added 295/60/20 Ridge Grapplers to finish the job. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and was a key factor in my decisions. I would highly recommend this location. A+++

FYI I dropped my new truck off today at the Pelham location to have new swing storage containers installed in my back bed and before I could complete a phone call or two the containers were installed and I was ready to go. I pass two H&H locations on the way to the Pelham store, because Jeff and the crew are top shelf!! I ve never had to take anything back and have a redo etc.. thanks to super management and a super service team. Keep up the good work guys. God bless.

Jeff Martin is definitely a contact person I would to recommend for H and H products. He has a lot of knowledge of everything available for truck upgrades. He did a great job for me on a recent install.They are a very professional company and a convenient location in Pelham, AL. They provided Very Fast service and a Great job. I am completely satisfied with their awesome customer service.

They installed a spray in bed liner in my truck today and I could not be happier. Looks great and the customer service was definitely 5 star.

Really bad experience. First they schedule me a week in advance to do 1.5 hour job. They then call me 12 hours before hand and try to move me a full week back. I explain that won t work bc I m leaving town in 3 days and suddenly I have my appointment back. Then I show up, they make me pay in full before they even show me the equipment I ordered (weird, but ok no big deal). The install then takes 3 hours and they left all of the edges in my truck incredibly sharp. They had to cut holes in the bed for my 5th wheel hitch. Even on YouTube they explain how sanding the holes cut in your pickup truck bed, is EXTREMELY important. Maybe the most important aspect of the job. Apparently H&H doesn t have these tools bc my bed is now a huge safety hazard with razors surrounding each hole.To top things off, The installer than gets in my truck and drives it with the exact same nitrile gloves that he had just used on the entire install. 2 seconds before he did this, I asked him to please take them off before moving my truck. He refused. Then refused to give me my keys. Bad idea.I find it extremely disrespectful to do that to another persons brand new truck. 85k truck with 300 miles on it and he can t take off his gloves, nor can they do the job correctly. Extremely dissatisfied and am going to have to take it all off, so no one cuts themselves.

Made an appointment for 1:00pm. Arrived at 12:30, waited 1 hour and my truck had not moved. Was told the prior appointment had to have work redone (not a good look). Think I will pass on future work.

I had a great experience at H&H. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeting and asked what I needed help with. Awesome quick service.Then as I explained I had the guys Nick and Jason walk out with me to help with my problem. ( trailer lights not working)They both crawled on the ground and were able to diagnose the problem and then they helped me fix it. Just to make sure it was working they went the extra mile and hooked me up to one of their trailer to make sure my hook ups were working on my truck.Awesome job guys for sure coming back in the future and will be sending anyone I know to you guys.Thanks to Nick and Jason.

I had the best experience getting a trailer hitch installed on my Jeep. NICK had me fixed up in no time and even assembled my cargo carrier for me. H&H is the only place that I would use for this type work. You guys are great

Nick was a true professional! My wife made all the arrangements and told the H&H staff we are on a schedule to head to the beach. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes with the truck bed cover installed and Nick went through the directions and care. Highly recommend H&H for all your truck accessories. Thanks again guys.

I was met with swift and kind assistance as soon as I walked through the door. Overall a smooth process, I actually paid less than what I was quoted online. Everything was communicated during the process. Dropped my car off in the am, and it was ready b4 they closed. My vehicle looks great, thank you guys very much, Highly Recommended

My dude, Jeff the store manager, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as my wife and I purchased our first hot tub. The wait time was minimal for our tub to be built and now it is in its place at our home. We know this will bring years of enjoyment to our family. Well done, JEFF, the Store Manager!

We brought our company truck in for a camper shell. Everything looks great and our truck was finished in a little over 30 minutes. Should we need future work, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Recently purchased my Continental tires from H&H and had them installed at the Pelham location. In and out in about an hour, professional and efficient service. Brad and Hunter provided great customer service. Will definitely be making future purchases from H&H.
