Bought a tire with warranty from them and had a tire get damaged. When I asked if they could check if it was that tire, they said they needed my paper receipt. I said I was told they should be able to see that in their system and Jim Parson s who claimed to be the manager (he isn t) told me they had a new system and he couldn t see that. He then lectured me about keeping paper receipts and told me to bring the car to him. Once I got there, he told me he still needed the receipt (why did he ask me to drive there then?) and lied for another male employee that came out and cussed at me for not having the paper receipt. The older lady that works there then came out having not been present and has always been rude to me, and told me to leave the property. I spoke to the owner after that who told me Jim had lied and he could see I had bought the tire with them and was able to see the serial number Jim was requesting. But he said he needed the tire. At this point, I had taken my car to someone else since she told me leave and they had disposed of the tire. The owner implied I made that up and refused to help me any further. Everyone I spoke with said if I had a complaint then call GoodYear. I did, THIS PLACE IS NOT GOODYEAR OR ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. They are allowed to sell good year tires but they are not associated in any other way despite portraying themselves to be good year including having their corporate number be that for good year. SCAMMERS plus rude and liars.

Great job with a few New Employees. I do appreciate the time and efforts each one put into making our driving more efficient. I am a stickler for time, courtesy, work ethics, and management. Rick n Paula were on their jobs. I completed my payment for the work that had to be done, and I was in and out. This was before the holiday . Due to the lateness of the hour I was ask if I could come back the next day. I responded with a Yes! You have to have patience and a Good Attitude in order to get what you need as far as Good Service is concern.I had no problem, because Rick was honest about them not being able to put the front n back brakes on the same day. I knew that when I came in. They could have rushed through and then who knows, later could have been a big mistake. So, I do appreciate the honesty and techniques for Good Service. I've used them now for three of my cars. Bought two sets of tires. Rotation and balance visits. Always had a positive experience. I know more than I let on, and have never been offered anything I didn't need.Options were given with explanations and they honored my decision. Pricing is fair. Wait times are reasonable. Staff are knowledgeable and skilled. I've never had to return because of a problem. What more could you ask. Much better experience than the last tire store I used in the area and will never return to.

It's pretty neat to see this store work, it really does go like clock work. When one project is finished you'll see them join a co-worker to finish his/her car. almost like a pit-crew. I strongly recommend this location. Great staff.

Lost 2 lug nuts with in a month and half of getting new tires and they say not there problem. Funny how they haven t fell off in 20 so years. Won t be back! Thanks Goodyear great customer service!

Fair service, nice people. Went in for an alignment and had to replace tie end joint. But THEY broke my brake line and then charged me 50 dollars to fix it. I was Not very happy with that.

Do not leave nothing in your car at this location, employee's will steal you change out your tray while working on your vehicle.. Employees stole my pistol and coins out the console while working on vehicle.. When arrive to pick up i notice it was miss but the wheel lock key was laying in location where pistol was missing from.. Manager didn't believe his employees done it without even asking... This location is not a good place to take yourvehicle.

Thank you so much for not helping me! At 5:40 I pulled into the parking lot with an almost flat tire. I needed a patch. I live an hour away and they said they couldn't help me until the next morning. The only good thing they did was refer me to Firestone.

I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and I thoroughly enjoyed the great customer service as well as how they finished in a timely manner.

Awesome experience. Quoted best price in town, but end result was even lower, plus they filled out the rebate paperwork. Wow!

Had two tires put on at this store they messed the threads up on my wheel post so I went and got them another one so it wouldn't take long let them change it then they charged me 50 dollars to put it on and they were the ones that messed it up don't go there
