The service was great. It was easy to make appointment. They were honest and fix the brakes in a reasonable time. The prices were reasonable too. Definitely recommend. Will be back for other services.

got a quote and worked closely with the rep to get new tires. A family member went to pick it up, and was charged $430 more than agreed with me. They quickly gave a refund, but hmmm.

Excellent and expert service. I purchased tires amd when they checked my 1970 Chevelle, they found some problems with the front end that could have been extremely problematic. I'm grateful for them having gone above and beyond what most others would have ignored. They even kept my tires while I ordered new front end parts and had my classic car specialist install them. Cudos to Floyd and his team!

Had a blowout on our camper they were the only ones that said they were capable to change it and they also had multiple of the tires I needed in stock where the others would have had to order it.. I pulled it around to the back of the shop and they got me on my way

Had a bad experience at another place so I was nervous about going somewhere else. I ordered my tire online and scheduled an appointment. They got back to me quickly to confirm. I arrived early and they had my car ready before my actual appointment time. The service associate also thanked for brightening the technicians day over a personal story, made me smile as well. Thank you guys for taking care of me today.

Was recommended here by Parrish Automotive for an issue Parrish wasn't currently equipped to handle.Arrived at Cahaba Tire Pros and spoke to Justin. He, too, didn't have the equipment needed for my job. Justin took the time to review what I needed, made a recommendation to Scott's Auto Repair, and even called Scott's Auto Repair to confirm the availability equipment/time slot.Though Justin didn't have an immediate income opportunity, he went above and beyond his job to help me.06/01/23 update: Came back a few months later for a simple tire swap and both Justin/Mike treated me very well. Due to the amount of travel I do Firestone's national availability is convenient but Cahaba Tire makes a convincing case to make them my new tire team.

I visited Cahaba Tire this Friday to get the air in my tire filled up. They went absolutely above and beyond and recommended that I get new tires because the ones I had were bald and dangerous to drive on. They set me up in new tires at an unbelievable price. The staff was so so kind. Special shout out to Carrie at the desk! She explained everything in layman s terms to make me feel more comfortable. I can t recommend them enough.Service: Tires

Woke up to a flat tire on my LX470. Justin was able to get me a new set of KO2 delivered and mounted within a few hours. Hopefully I won't need any tires soon but when I do I'll be back here. 10/10

I have refused to get my car worked on anywhere else. The girl at the front counter, Carrie always goes above and beyond to make sure the tire I need is in stock before I show up. Justin has always been realistic in working within my budget to make a plan to get my car safe to drive even if I don t have the money to fix everything at once. I love Cahaba Tire Pros and feel like they always go the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is safe and wont break down on me. I would rather drive out to Pelham than go to any of the tire shops nearby.

Every experience over the last 15 years has been excellent. All services have been completed on all my vehicles in an efficient, honest and top quality outcome. I am contacted throughout the services being from beginning to end and have recommended all my affliates as well as those who have complimented about my vehicles maintenance.

Carrie on the front counter is exceptional! Prompt knowledge and courteous. My issue was a tech who confronted me upon my arrival for an appointment. He was rude and confrontational about my parking my car. I have used this company many times and have never had anything but polite and professional interaction. I also rarely have been addressed by an employee in such a manner. I am a long term customer and will take this rude behavior into consideration for my next purchase.Update: vehicle was in the shop for nearly 6 hours for two tires. I called about status and was told my car was next. I arrived,my car was still in the lot. 2.5 hours later it was finished. The explination was: those who come in and waited rolled mine to the back of the line. Unacceptable.Service: Tires

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!. You will get better service anywhere but here. I was not greeted properly to begin with and have done business in the past that was ok so I gave it another try. The guy at the front counter was rude and obnoxious and I waited over 2 hours without an update and had to rearrange the rest of my day. To make matters worse the mechanics or whoever does the work in the back went into my personal space in my car and just helped themselves to my tire lock keys without informing me first. How rude is this!! In the future I will drive an extra 20 miles if I have to in order to avoid this foolishness.

I had them do a complete front-end work on my vehicleA few weeks ago. They told me no problem,We can do the job. VEHICLE had been there since 7:30 am. Go to pick my vehicle up after work. counter person told me that they didn't have the tool to complete the job and they my vehicle was disassembled. They wouldn't have my vehicle complete until the following Monday. In his defense, he tried to accommodate me over the weekend. No Luck.So I was without transportation for the weekend.Monday comes and they had me ready at the end of the day.A couple of weeks later I had to return my vehicle because my had some s Squeaking noise and vibration in the front-end. LocDropped the vehicle off. I got a call a few hours later saying everything checked okay. (Really) I asked to check the Front wheels balance . Called me back a couple of hours later and all was good. Well couldn't have been good because they didn't have the key for the wheel locks to remove the wheels.Went to pick up my vehicle and they told me the same thing. All checked out good.Lied to my face.Won't get any more business from me.Just because, the fact that he lied to me.Really don't think they checked the vehicle at all.

They have amazing service. My car was shaking on the front end they told me I had two bad tires. I was working on a budget cause I'm trying to get a new car they looked around the shop for a pair of good used tires for me. They found some!!! Balanced my tires out and had me riding smooth again. AND gave me a free homemade cookie that was delicious!!! Love these guys! Will be the only place I ever go again for any type of tire or suspension repairs!

I had a flat tire on I-65 N in Pelham on a trip to visit my oldest at school. I called this shop and Mr. Jim was so helpful and gave me the name of a reputable towing service. When we arrived in tow to the shop, they took less than an hour to fix me up and get us back on the road. This was on a Friday afternoon around 3:30. Such kind people, and we were blessed to have been in their vicinity when the tire blew. Very reasonable prices too!

Great employee's great service they deserve 10 's have been a customer for many years and I will continue to be a loyal customer. They know what they are talking about. Tire pressure warning light came on during a visit from out of state. My father in law had heard good things about this place and sent us here. Excellent choice! Mr Jim and the team took care of us quickly on a busy Friday afternoon and got us on our way. Very friendly and no nonsense.

Well after reading the comically untrue one star review bellow by M L which sounds to have unrealistic expectations, I felt obliged to post my own experience with Cahaba Tire.A few years ago I purchased and repainted a set of wheels and brought them to Cahaba Tire after bad experiences at two other shops that always gouged my wheels somehow. I explained to the owner my concern about the new paint on my wheels which he understood and they turned out to be the ONLY shop I ve ever felt with that didn t leave a single scratch on my wheels. The owner has owned this shop for decades and is an extremely polite man who will go out of his way to do the absolute best job possible for you. Twice I ve not been able to get to Cahaba Tire before they closed and was able to pay for my bill over the phone and they carefully hid my wheels and tires so I could pick them up after hours. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of work and attention to detail you get is next to none. Haven t gone anywhere else since my first visit here.

They have absolutely made a loyal customer out of me. My tire went flat and I walked out of here with 4 new tires for an incredibly fair price. Then decided to try them out for an oil change.... I couldn't be more pleased with thier service.

Been going to Cahaba Tire for decades. Dropped by there today for a simple repair. Jim and Jim were their normal friendly, helpfull selves. While I was waiting for my repair, I watched them help others with the same customer service attitude. Its rare to encounter a business that is stable for decades and still provides old-school customer service.

This is a very good place to go for tires and alignment. We were sent here by recommendation and did not know what to expect. All of the staff were super nice and the service was Fast and Efficient. We highly recommend this place now as well

The guys at Cahaba Tire Pros struck me as good, honest people. Good service, quick, polite. They looked quite busy, so it seems like a popular place, even with several competitors nearby. All I got was a patch for a nail in my tire, but I now get roadside assistance service for a year. Nice bonus.

I brought my vehicle in for a valve replacement. The staff was very friendly. The waiting area was very clean. I was told my wait would be around 45 minutes to hour. I was on my way in a little over 30 minutes. I will definitely go back anytime I tire service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Evidently, if you drive a Fleet vehicle, you re not worth their time, or their respect. Was just treated with the most hateful attitude by an older man with glasses and a moustache. If that was the owner, he should be ashamed of himself. I had a flat tire that I assumed would have to be replaced, and that was just fine with him.....until he realized I drive a Fleet vehicle with Run Flat Tires that aren t stocked most places. Both his demeanor and attitude immediately turned very sour. After holding me there 1 1/2 hours, he went ahead and patched the leak without really telling me what was going on and then informed me in a nasty tone that he didn t want to take the time to call my company for the $30 reimbursement and wanted me to put it on my credit card, which is against my company s policy. I was happy to wait the extra time it would have taken for this man to call Fleet so he could get paid, but he was simply too lazy to do it, and then treated me like garbage when he realized the policy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don t come here!!! If you re Fleet, they won t help you unless they can make big $$$.

Highly recommend! I bounced from shop to shop for years and finally landed with these guys. Wonderful experience, honest, and very thorough when explaining things I don t understand. Prices are reasonable too and they don t try to fix a bunch of things that don t need fixed.

Had a tire emergency on the last leg of our Woodstock journey, traveling with our horses after working for a week in New York.. After receiving no help from two other tire companies, the professionalism and customer service was superb. Thanks for your help and the quick service. I highly recommend Cahaba Tire Pros

Great service. Great tires. Did not try to upsell. Great people!!!Minus one star for wait time, but if you can leave your vehicle with them, it's fine.All else is A+ They even gave me a homemade cookie at checkout !!!
