It s been a little bit since I ve had a vehicle in for service here, but I wanted to leave a review!This is one of my preferred body shops for my company vehicles. They are quick with estimates and get us in and out! Very much appreciate Jeff and his team. :)

They did a great job on my car. It needed a lot of work. They also assisted with the insurance claims as well. The car was even cleaned when I came to pick it up. I would highly recommend.

Anthony's Paint & Body has always done a remarkable job with our vehicles! They are kind, friendly, efficient, and affordable. I was surprised to get my vehicle back so soon. They washed it as well. I highly recommend this establishment!

I'm well pleased with the final results of car repair. It literally took two weeks and my car is brand new again. Anthony Paint & Body Shop is worth the second look. Don't be fooled by others whom wouldn't agree! Because of my experience first hand I'll definitely Recommend this shop a thousand times. Mr. Jeff and the staff are very humbled and helpful individuals. Their work speaks for itself! There's not enough ratings for a shop like this because it's not "MEGA" but these kinds of "Small Business" are still Highly Favored in my book! So, I'm honored to leave this review, the standard of HELPFULNESS & GREAT CUSTOMER Service still EXISTS!!

I went this morning to get a quote on my truck and he was with another customer and stayed in his seat and said ill be right with you which I said okay that's fine so when he was done with the guy he never came out stayed inside his office in jumped on the phone very very unprofessional and stupidity on you sir you are beyond stupid and yes I said stupid but you got it it wasn't meant for you to have my business I would referral you to my Dog.

Took my car to Anthony s after a small fender bender. They gave me a quick estimate and scheduled me for repair.Two weeks later I brought my car in for repair. Staff was friendly and helpful.My car was completed in a week and they made arrangements for me to pick it up after hours, since I work night shift.My car looked great! All repairs were completed as requested and they even took the time to clean and detail the inside and outside of my car.I was very well pleased with my repairs. Hopefully I won t have to use them again but if needed, I would trust them again with my auto repairs!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Best paint and body shop in Alabama!! Jeff is very professional, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to please his customers! When I picked my car up, it looked better than new, and even had a new car smell! I would not take my car anywhere else!!

I took my car to Anthony s in Pelham to get a second opinion on a couple of dings on my 1 yr-old car. Within three months of purchase of a brand new 2021 model it had been dinged two different times. The indentations were quite insignificant but it bothered me because I loved the car so much and paid plenty for it and wanted to enjoy it as a new car as long as possible. One ding was located at the bend of the hub over the rear wheel and another right under the driver door handle. Several people said to not worry about it and move on it. I took it to a competitor in the same town and they basically talked me out of doing anything and said that they would have to take apart too many pieces of the door to try to repair what they felt was impossible to repair as new for any price less than $1000. I was told to go to them first since they were a reputable company and it worked with the dealer from which I got my car. When I got to Anthony s Jeff was immediately available, came out and quickly assessed the issues and gave me a ballpark figure of how much he thought it would be. I told him what the other guy had told me and he said that if he started getting into it and he knew he couldn t fix it he would just stop and not charge me. He seemed pretty confident and didn t even need to write anything down. I told him I would think about it and would get back to him. He said just remind him of the type of car and he would remember. About two weeks went by I decided to pull the trigger and took it to them. Jeff indeed remembered me and totally got the job done in less than two days. Not only can you not even tell the dings were even there, they also completely washed my car and cleaned the inside which that alone is a $20 value at the least. He kept to the price he quoted me when he first just glanced at my car which was under $200! I am so excited I have my new car back and I don t even need to clean it up!Service: Body & Trim

The service was exceptional and I highly recommend them. Jeff definitely knew his stuff. He got me in and out within two days. This was a State Farm claim and I was sorta nervous about the process but he made it seamless. Also... They washed my car for me after the repairs. I don t know if this is standard but that was a nice touch!!!

Jeff was the best! He took the time to go over the paperwork for my repairs on my Mazda & ensured we received a copy of his alignment & that I knew who to contact if there are any issues, including the process it would take to receive reimbursement from other company. My husband & I were very pleased with his work.

Our experience at Anthony's paint and body could not have been better. Great customer service with Jeff and quality gets 5 stars. We own our own business and strive to give great customer service that we know that is hard to find out there these days and Anthony's does also.I definitely do recommend Anthony's your automotive needs!!!!

Very pleased with my experience here. Jeff built out a menu of options based on my budget for the repair since I was paying out of pocket. I would highly recommend. Great results at a great price, and done in a timely manner with friendly people.

HONESTY ALERT. Jeff Serio the manager is amazingly honest!!!He turned down repainting my previous repair paint job.I had been to 2 other body shops for this fix and they told me what a mess it was and what it would cost. They estimated the same costs. It was so much I tried one more shop.Jeff explained that it is Alabama LAW that a repair paint job is warrantied for the life of the original paint if the car.He told me to take my car back to the body shop and give them the oppertunity to fix it.I did and they were happy to fix itHe saved me a ton of money...what a GREAT guy!!!

I always take my car to Anthony s Paint and Body for body work. I took it to get an estimate and was pleased with the estimate and will have my car fixed there soon. Mark is a great man and will make sure he helps you in anyway. If you are looking for fast, friendly staff that doesn t cut corners, this is the Body Shop for you.

Were recommended by a garage nearby but won't take my car back. Missed a major problem caused by rear end collision and caused me a lot of time and grief arguing with State Farm. Sad thing is - the body work they did looked good. Poor communication and didn't seem interested in making it right when I returned car initially. Put your issues in writing and email it to them and the insurance company. They seemed more motivated to resolve the problems after I put them in writing.

I went in for a consultation on my 2015 Volkswagen Jetta. Although the man who helped me was very nice, something was off about the services he said were necessary for a "proper repair" to my vehicle. My car had significant damage to the back right passenger side of the door, which caused the paint to crease and flake off. Also, there was paint over two doors from the mailbox I hit. Even though there was no damage to my back quarter panel, I was told I needed a new one for a proper repair. I was also told I need two new doors. He said in total the price would be 4,500 dollars. When I declined the offer, he pushed me to file it through my car insurance. It just didnt sound like a correct estimate. Then he told me I could buy a used door, and get paint thinner (yes I said paint thinner) to get the mailbox paint off my car. Obviously that would ruin the whole paint job on my car, so I didnt do that. Turns out, I got an estimate for way less than the one I was offered here. Stay weary of this place.

We had the best experience! Very professional and honest!! Exceptional work! Anthony's went above and beyond! Mr Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. 100% recommend this establishment to anyone in need of repairs.

Anthony's Paint & Body is Awesome! They made my car look new again. Actually, after they detailed my whole car, it looks better than when I first purchased it new. If you live in Tuscaloosa or Birmingham, I would recommend Anthony's for automotive paint and body work.

Don't pass up getting a quote!Asked these guys to do a patch up job for me on a hit and run. No insurance involved, so was looking at paying out of pocket. The price was great for the job, turn around time was impeccable, and the finished product looked awesome - so much better than I expected!

fantastic people, service was a bit longer than i wanted but it was done well. the owners touched up a few other places that needed it without charge, the bull was slightly less than they estimated it to be, and they washed and vacuumed it for me in advance of me retrieving it.nice job, friends! thank you!

I had brought my truck here to be fixed and painted. The color was not painted correctly. It was a 2 tone. And they would not fix and just wanted money and me to go on. Worst place ever. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

The employee Jeff is very helpful about car repairs, and he's knowledgeable about what to do you if you need to file a car insurance claim.
