Do not do business with these people. Spoke with them on Monday to buy four new tires. Was told they would be there Tuesday. They called back and said they couldn't get those tires but they could get 4 others by Weds. I told them I would be in Friday morning to get them done. They agreed. Called Thursday afternoon to make sure the tires were in and was told they were. Friday morning I called because I had a feeling... Suddenly there was confusion and my tires weren't in but would be on the truck coming in mid morning. Called after noon and was told the tires wouldn't be in until Monday. Now I'm frustrated and tell them this is ridiculous and get hung up on. This was the Ozark store. Pure amateur hour nonsense. Avoid.

Good service but 170 to mount and balance tires is absurd, might as well go buy your own equipment at that rate.

Very helpful and the staff took good care of our RV's needs. They even let us have our dog in the waiting area with us. We will come back.

I was searching for a place to get my tires replaced, and requested a quote online. They called within about 20 minutes and had my tires to do same day! I went up and all the guys up there were very nice and super helpful! In and out in a little over an hour. I am super satisfied!

We are traveling through Ozark for a Funeral and our car was having trouble with tires shaking. Stopped in Road Mart and these guys were great! Very nice and Quick with service, had us back on the road in no time. Thank you Again!

Have been using Roadmart for almost 10 years. The Ozark location is in my opinion, the best. They always make things right and do quality work. If I have a problem, I always use them. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are fair. Go see James, Jamie, Seth, and Aaron. When I have an automotive issue, I see them FIRST.

Mark and his team at RoadMart have helped out on numerous occasions. They re friendly and are always willing to get your vehicle in at a moments notice. I ve tried many other service centers in Enterprise, with constant subpar workmanship. Mark and the team in Ozark have proven to be reliable and honest.

I absolutely enjoy going to Roadmart in Ozark. The staff are so friendly and make u feel right at home while waiting for your vehicle. Its always a pleasure going there.. I'm not from that area but do to the great service I make the 45min drive. I highly recommend them.

Worst tire balancing I've ever seen. I figured since it was taking them 3 hours to get to installing and balancing a new set of tires, they were doing a good job. Nope. In fact, the wheel weights (the kind that stick on the inner wall of the rim) flew off one wheel on the way home. Brought the vehicle back the next day, saw that the same novice that attempted the job the day before was going to give it a go again, and decided to take the vehicle to Pep Boys in another town 30 miles away instead. Prices at this place are not a bargain, and workmanship is below standard. Nice people, but I'd put up with jerks if they did the job right the first time.

My wife brought my vechical in to find an a.c. leak. It was the front seal in the compressor. They tried to charge her $900 to to change out the compressor for a new one and pretty much the whole a.c. system as well instead of repairing a simple seal on a working compressor and recommended changing out parts that were replaced the week before. Charging nearly 300 for a 120 dollar compressor and 200 for a accumulator kit that cost 40-60 bucks elsewhere. The only reason I havent done the repairs myself is because I can barely walk now from injuries and we need a.c. asap. Guess I have to crawl out to my garage and do it myself.They also took 3 hours to just diagnose the issue which should of took 15 to 20 min max. We had a 7am appointment and my wife was the first person there but they chose to take care of everyone that came after her first. The only good thing about her visit there was that they waved the diagnostic charge for taking so long and thats the reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

They are always courteous and perform maintenance in a timely manner. I love having a quality auto shop close to home!

Will never take my car here again took it for an oil change paid $34.07... a week and a half later my radiator hose busted on 84 leaving Dothan going toward Enterprise. Paid $125 for a tow truck $50 for parts. Had licensed mechanic fix my car and there was NO oil in it which caused car to overheat and cause my radiator hose to burst which almost caused an accident on 84. They didn't even change the oil filter it was clogged up and there wasn't any oil in it. When my girlfriend called they wanted ua to bring the car back and they would fix and she told them no u won't touch my car again she demanding a refund and they man was very rude. Granted she was angry but u just cost us over $200 bc u didn't do ur job and I messed my car up. Highly recommend that u NOT go here. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Maybe the worst place to get a car serviced in town. Asked for The Works oil change/tire rotation/alignment/inspection. Car was there 3 and 1/2 hours. They managed to get only the oil change done in that time. Car was left sitting around in parking lot with windows down and keys in ignition when I got there while waiting to be rotated into a bay for alignment.

Told one price when I went in there to get a sensor replaced was charged more. half my screws will not put back in where they were taken out alternator nearby fill off of the car when I left had to go to another shop to straighten out their work pitiful when complain to the to the office nothing was ever done had to pay for it to get fixed out of my pocket will never repeat never go back to the garage

Took car for fuel smell..they replaced fuel tank. Next day fuel smell again...they replaced fuel pump. Charged of course for both visits? Had oil change done there. Got oil light.. No oil in engine according to another shop. Other shop check for leaks but no leaks...Roadmart in Ozark also put incorrect date on window sticker...I definitely dont recommend this place atleast not the one in Ozark. Only one liscensed mechanic non liscensed does most the work guy with liscense just approves it and collects the money ....

Well they charge me over $1000 put a $117.00 battery on my car. The one i had on it was new and still not run they came got it from my house service man told me no charge but i had pay $55 tow fee before i could pull it back home yea it still not running.i will get up with mr.eddie hardwick tell him his men cheat and lie to customers. Well just cause i am poor u want run over me. Next i us. Mr.Eddie Logan. Or soneone that know what they doing. I am a women and i know they put parts on there that was not broke. Even took my new plug wires off and put new ones. Really. I will be seeing my lawyer. Roadmart needs stick with tire service.only. i lije mr Eddie but ozark roadmart sucks. Was not like that when my husband worked in midlandcity. Roadmart.

Repaired a tire cheap and fast, Firestone quoted me double the cost and then said they couldn t do it because I had put slime in it.

Was promised 45 min wait time for oil change, it was 4 hours and every time I checked on my car the mechanics were just standing talking.
