If I could give a less than one start I would. They are rude, unprofessional, will waste your time on a tow because they're money hungry. Will cancel a tow and lie about the reason they cancelled it. Until they finally decided to be honest and say they're not getting paid enough. Lied to the insurance company on why they cancelled. I'll push to have their contract terminated with this insurance company. Have you waiting days on a tow and cancel it instead of stating the issue which is money issues on their end.

Horrible business! Wish I could give less than one star! Scratched my door getting into my truck, even though they were told to be careful. Metal on metal will scratch! Use common sense and wrap your equipment in something as simple as electrical tape and it will not scratch! I complained and their answer was "oh well, it happens."

This place is the absolute worst business of its kind in the industry and the Wiregrass area. The so-called supervisor/manager is the most rudest person I ve ever talked to over the phone. their tools and equipment are old and less than desirable to perform work for the community. There are no morals or ethics in regards to doing business with customers as it relates to customer service. Meaning, you sign a damage waiver. In other words, once you sign there is no ethics involved to get the job done. None Tried to appeal remedy the situation and it only got worse as they hide behind the damage waver you sign. Don t ever use them personally or through your insurance. THEY DONT CARE!!!

BEWARE of Pinky s!!!! If I could give this company a zero I would. I waited for roadside assistance on Alabama Hwy 431 for over 2 hours and after more than 2 hours of waiting the owner cancelled. He cancelled my service because I did not know if my spare was fully pressurized. He said that it would be a waste of their gas to provide me service if my spare was not pressurized. The state trooper stopped to check on me and assured me my spare was pressurized. I called PINKYS back and I begged for help as I m a 65 year old woman and he refused. I called Kevin Goodyear Towing and they showed up within 20 mins.

They are the absolute worse! They were supposed to tow my grandmothers car to the Mitchell Nissan dealership, here in Enterprise Al. A few days past and we hadn t heard anything from the dealership so we give them a call. The dealership inform us that they do not have the vehicle. Immediately we call pinky. Pinky informs us that we called him and to drop it off at another location. That is NOT true. We go to the location to see if the vehicle is there and it is NOT. We call him again to let him know the car is not there. He claims he called his driver and the driver said that he dropped the car off beside the dealership . He said his driver was in Dothan, but would be there to tow the car to the dealership in a hour. We go to look for the car where he said it was and once again THE CAR WAS NOT THERE. Now it s time to report the car stolen. Once the cop comes and the report is filed, the car was found about a hour later. But guess where .in an apartment complex. Pinky says that he was again advised to take it there which he was NOT. Car doors were open and they key was on the floor board of the car. If you need to get your car towed you are better off pushing it yourself. He will steal your car and put the blame on you. I hope he gets arrested. He has poor character and honesty is not in his vocabulary. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Horrible customer service and an even worse experience. They towed my car to the Kia dealership in Dothan and lost my car key. The driver never called me to communicate anything. I m reaching out to Kia s roadside service to let them know so hopefully no one else goes through this mess

They arrived so quickly, I was amazed. It was dark and cold, and I was alone. They were so professional and very kind, and had me back on the road before they were even estimated to arrive. I m very thankful for this service.

Staff is not knowledgeable of pricing in the work is not reliable Had services done on my vehicle, and my tire almost fell off when I left their shop
