After hitting a deer my husband was recommended here by the Dothan shop and man were we satisfied. These guys did an excellent job in a timely and professional manner. The car look great and it was so CLEAN . Poor attention to quality or detail. They didn't install the parts correctly. They were misaligned on a new 2023 but when I brought it to their attention, the guy tried to tell me that it may have been that way from the factory. What a Joke.

The service collision manager Hugh was outstanding and very knowledgeable. My car is not being built anymore but he was able to get my bumper right away and had it installed the day he said it would be installed. The young lady at the front desk also was very nice. Service is important to me so there's a bit of a expectation nowadays that the process is going to be a drag but it wasn't at all. I highly recommend their teams work.

Dealt with Chad and the lady at the desk, they were the nicest people. They dealt with my insurance, did awesome work and were very fast. I had called another collision center in the area that were quoting twice as much, which would have resulted in my car being declared a total loss, and also were saying it would be weeks before they could even get to it.
