I went to Gilland to have an issue with my passenger reardoor lock actuator replaced under CSP 20M04. The lock would not lock or unlock electricly, it would work manualy. I want to thank Amanda Howell for how she treated my wife and myself discussing this issue. She and Shannon made us feel that our issue was important and our business was valued. I took my F150 in today for the repair, and I can not have been more pleased with how they addressed the issue in a very timely manner. The technician did an outstanding job. The panels were clean and back in place without any issue. Gilland will get my future work. Thank you for showing us what customer service is all about.

Folks I switched to Gilland Ford for servicing my Raptor. EVERYONE makes the effort to get the work done right. They are committed by what I saw after some major warranty issues. Where the rubber meets the road The work done is top notch. Quality mechanic work solved a recurring issue. Conscientious work also prevented future problems. What more can you ask for?
