Employee at desk at service depth area was rude and when I explained why I was there said I needed to check in at service area I stated there were no service tech. She still said I had to go back outside to check in. At the end of service I payed my bill at same desk with same employee. I stated that I tried to exit building to smoke and couldn't get out,whereupon she shrugged her shoulders in the I don't care fashion. I will never,never go back. Oh did I mention I need 4 tires but not from Walmart.

Called while on way. No wait, come on down. Arrived 20 min. later. 1.25 hour before taking in last car to service. Check inside & they say pull up to a chain by doors. Do so, wait 15 min. Guy finally asked what we needed. Two guys there but one isn't working, just standing. One says can't do oil change because 2 people have to be there & other guy has to leave early. So we've waited 1/2 hr. by now. No other options by now. Never again.

Called to see if they had the size tires I needed. The lady on the phone was extremely nice, and helped me through all my questions, and went above and beyond to give me all the details I needed for my tires. Normally, I don't do business with Walmart because of the lack of help, but this lady was an A+ employee.

Got an oil change here. It took an unusually long time for the job to be completed, and when it was done they didn't tell me, I waited around and finally asked the employees who said it'd been done for a while. They didn't have very many customers ahead of me so I'm not sure where the communication failure happened. Express oil is the better option for nearly the same price.

Horrible. Had to wait 4 and 1/2 hours just to get an oil change. Guy in the shop said it would be 2 hour wait. It was after 6 pm after we left. I looked at the diagnostic sheet after we had left. Customer arrival time 2:38p.m. service completed time 3:53 pm. We waited in the tire service area for over an hour! At 6p.m. the lady at the counter asked for our name and said it wasn't in the system. Of course it wasn't. Our oil change had been finished 2 hours earlier. Another lady from the shop came in and found our diagnostic sheet. First lady couldn't find it. Even though the ladies were very friendly this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We repeatedly checked in on our vehicle and were told the paperwork hadn't been turned in for two hours after our service had been finished. My husband weven went into the shop area and was told our vehicle wasn't done yet. Never using this tire service again and will be warning everyone I know. As I was finally leaving others in the waiting area mentioned how they had been waiting for over 4 hours as well.

I went to this location yesterday after I had a tire that blow out about 40 miles away in Georgia. After calling several locations and near by tire service company this location was the only one that I found open with the tire in stock. I called a tower and got my spare tire put on to my vehicle and drive to the Walmart oxford tire service. I arrived at about 4:45pm at 6:25 my vehicle had been looked but no started yet during this time I watched every vehicle that arrived before and after mine come and go. This location technicians placed one particular vehicle ahead of mine, I only notice this one because I watched it come in 30 or 40 after I was already there. My car was the last car to leave there was another customer that had work done also that was to be the last customer (this person arrived around 6) their work was completed before mine as will. I watched all of the employees leave and go home for the day, I should also mention the cashier/inside operations person of the auto care center was great she very nice and when I voiced my concerns about vehicles being placed ahead she went to the technicians and addressed them. After my car was finally finished to and an insult to an existing injury, the technician didn t put my spare back in its place it was tossed in the back. I asked the guy about it when I walked out to get my car and he told me the it was broken so he didnt put it back. That statement was totally false the tow driver ( from earlier that day) remove my spare from that some position without any issues. After I told him that and also asked him if my vehicle manual would help him, he asked the other technician at the shop for help and it was quickly completed.I didn t leave this location until 7:15PM there was no regard shower time my time. This was my first and last visit to this location.

I do not recommend buying tires from there. Each time I have requested to keep my old tires and they don't save them for me. The last time I was there, they never even called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. I eventually went to the counter and the person told me it had been ready for 30 or 45 minutes. Then they did not have my old tire. I stayed until they found it. My wife later needed new tires. I suggested for her to not get them at Wal-Mart, but she did anyway. Now one of them leaks. She took it back and they told her it was not their fault, that it was a bad valve and that her dealership would have to fix it. They could be right, but it was a strange coincidence that it did not start until after they changed her tires. I do not recommend buying tires from there.

I had the worst experience ever. I felt discriminated since were Hispanic...We wanted to get new tires since ours were pretty bad. We re traveling from Texas. We drove like 30 minutes to this place to not get nothing done. The guy in the auto center was like laughing in our face. They were finding any excuse to not do anything. And at the end we had to leave, risking us driving back to the hotel with very bad tires about to pop.

We are driving home from Florida after vacation when we got a screw in our tire. It was going flat fast. We called Walmart tire center and they said they were closing soon but when we got there Johnathon went ahead and worked on it because we we re still ten hours away from home. He did a great job and had wonderful customer service. Very pleased with the service and going out on a limb for us when we needed it.

Seriously the most sorry automotive department I ve ever seen. If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected it. Dropped off my car and old two mechanics were working. There were 7 cars ahead of mine. Three hours later I call only to be redirected to the automotive center 6 times because no one will pick up. They finally pick up and put me on hold for another 5 minutes. When she takes me off of hold I ask if they ve gotten to my car yet or if it s done and she said it was and they tried calling me # but it wouldn t go through. If I could have gone anywhere else short notice I would have. Absolutely pathetic! Do NOT bring your car here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.Got there at 7 to get a tire changed. Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up and it was going to be another 2 hours before they could open.

I usually get my oil changes here and although they do perform that exact service, they never vaccum my car, one time they told me both my headlights worked when I only had a bulb in one, and last time I went they were unable to run a diagnostic on my car because someone had stolen their machine (not their fault, but still). I always get the high mileage oil change and feel it is decently priced, but I may try Firestone next time.

I got here early. I was literally the only car here but yet its been over an hour and my car is still not done. Mind you all I need is one tire plugged smh. Its tons of workers just standing around.

Looked on line to see tires in stock had 15+ online. Got here they took my tires off then 1 hour later told me they didn't have but 2 instock. I would have to take another tire brand. The the lady behind the desk was very rude won't be back to this tire center no stars if I could

Waited over 2 hours as a walkin to get a patch out on a tire. 25 dollars at the dealership would have been well worth it if I knew the time I was going to waste for 10.

Horrible customer service, I stopped in by myself to get a new battery and since I can t turn off my car without needing a jump i decided to pull up to the garage door , a female employee came out and then informed me that I would have to come back in an hour and a half since she only had one guy working today and he was going to lunch, she then rudely slammed down the garage door .... this location is understaffed and unprofessional and now I m having to drive elsewhere to find a battery without being able to turn my car off at any location I stop at .....
