They took care of! Easy. We called them about a rock chip and they came out and fixed it. They even had to do it on a ladder because it was our big motorhome and it's fine. No pressure, no gimmicks, just great work!

David Smith came out to replace my windshield and did an amazing job wonderful customer service I 100% recommend asking for him if you need your windshield replaced use safelite and see about asking for David

Requested the service on a Thursday morning through my insurance company and got a call within 30 min from Safelite. They had my replacement service scheduled for the following Monday. Patrick met my husband at his job and replaced the windshield in the parking lot so we never missed a minute of our day. Patrick was a very professional, polite and fast worker. Great attention to detail. Windshield replacement looks immaculate, like the damage never happened!

In the past I have had an excellent experience but this time was absolutely horrible. Glass left in the gussets to where I hear it everytime I open the hatch on my Prius Prime as well as glass pieces stuck on the outside. They also scratched my car in various places.

Did a great job replacing my cracked winshield on my 2023 Tundra. Was expensive,due to having to recalibrate the safety features,was only company able to do the job,in a timely manner.A+++

Darius was EXTREMELY friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to troubleshoot my leaking windshield (turned out to be clogged drainholes in the sunroof) and I was out of there within 10 minutes.4 stars though, because the Safelite app does not allow you to have anything other than a chipped windshield or a broken windshield. Leaking wasn t an option so I couldn t get any further with online booking. Downloading a photo was impossible. The app did not do it correctly. 1 star lost for the app.And trying to reach the store next to impossible. All appointments are now EXCLUSIVELY booked online only. Too bad if you re on the side of the road in the rain with no data and unable to navigate their website.The only reason they didn t get a 1 or 2 star rating is because of the superb service of their technician Darius.

Excellent customer service, very comfortable waiting area, super clean. Everyone I dealt with from making the appointment until completion of installation was very professional and answered all concerns. Very friendly, respectful, great atmosphere.Definitely recommend!!

4th windshield in a month's time and still not correct. Last time, they were supposed to order an oem windshield and still ended up putting the wrong one in, now got to go for the 5th time to try these again. Not to mention the time I'm missing at my job. And they scratched the fender down to the metal.

I had a crack in my windshield and Safelite is where my insurance recommended. They did an excellent job. Their customer service concerning communication is excellent. I received text letting me know when they started on my vehicle and when they finished. I also received plenty of notifications before the service to remind me of my appointment.They do come to you but due to my windshield needing to be calibrated, I had to go to them.

I ve experienced nothing but good service here. I ve had to replace two windshields in two different vehicles years apart and this is where I come. No complaints and Darrius is awesome. He showed me something about my vehicle that I had no idea about! And for that I wish I could give them 10 stars

Called them out to fix a cracked windshield. I was not available to be there so they did it in the parking lot. It was a dime-sized crack to start with when I returned to my vehicle there was a streak running across it and nothing was fixed it was twice as bad. And now conveniently no one will answer at the office I just get corporate automation.

I wish i could give them more then 5stars, I had no issue with them when I booked my appointment it said a hr and half to two hours for job but they had my window replaced in a hour and i was ready to go.My Technician was Jonathan and i want to say thank you... Set up an appointment, they didn't get my car in until an hour later. They quoted me a 90 minute- 2 hour wait time, they took 3.5 hours. Why set up an appointment and why quote a time that they can't honor? They are unprofessional, and talk bad about their customers after they walk away, I would know because I had to sit around for 3.5 hours about what customers told them, save that for each other when there are no customers around, and stop wasting my time please.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I went to this Safelite on Saturday to replace my shattered window. It turned out that I had booked my appointment for a completely different date. Feeling completely dejected I returned to my car to talk to my wife about our predicament and try to figure out what we would could do, I would have had to possibly miss work. I heard a knock on the window and looked up to see the man that had told me the bad news earlier. He said that he didn't want me to leave with my windshield in such a bad condition, he said that the Safelite in BIRMINGHAM would have the windshield and told me he was going to drive there and pick up the window I needed so that I and my family could drive safe. That was over 2 hours out of the way! He didn't have to do that and I felt this review was the least I could do to thank him.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

10 at least. This was the easiest thing you could imagine, from the online scheduling to the installation. I walked in and gave the nice lady my key and in no time the technician handed me the key back and said your ready to go. Insurance covered so $0.

I had a great experience with the technical Cody, he was awesome took 30 minutes or less to replace my front windshield. He answered all the questions my husband and I asked with no problem. With a life time warranty. I highly recommend safelite. Got a new windshield for under $300 and they came out to us.

They were super fast and on point!! I didn't have to worry about much!! They replaced my windshield and recalibrated it and it only took about an hour!! Thumbs up for sure!!

Excellent customer service. I was told it would take about two hours to replace my windshield due to the number of vehicles that were there. However, it only took an hour. The technicians were very courteous and explained everything.

I took my car in on 3/12 to have the windshield repaired because it had a chip in it that I received a few days prior to my appointment. The repair area looked worse than before it was repair but that was fine as long as the chip wouldn't crack and spread. The next day I go to my garage and once a crack about 8 inches long so I call Safelite to let them on 3/13/2021 so we set up an appointment for them to come out to replace the windshield. I pull the car out of the garage and the crack spread another 5 inches so I park it back in the garage because I don't want anything to happen while I am driving. I call back and make my appointment for Wednesday 3/17 but I had to reschedule due to inclement weather....no big deal. So today 3/20 I have an appointment for between 12-5 the technician calls at 1 and says it will be 5 before he can get there so thats fine. Well 4:12 rolls around and he calls back and says that he can't make it out today because his supervisor told him that they are trying to cut down on hours to come back to the office. Now the next available appoint in 4/2. I can not go another 2 weeks without a car. I have tried calling, texting, emailing corporate and can't get an answer from anyone.Service: Auto windshield repair

Amazing how dull my windshield was with 200,000 miles, had a wondering crack, went all over and side to side. After they installed a new one, it is almost too clear. Really a big difference. Nice waiting room, free drinks, free wifi. Very professional top to bottom, not just the guys in office.
