These guys do great work and are very professional. Unlike most shops, they actually care about the quality of the work they do even down to the tiniest detail. I appreciate the level of concern they have for customer satisfaction and keeping them involved in the process to make sure they re happy with the end results. If you re needing some exhaust work done, this is the place to go! I ll recommend them to everyone.

Great service, I had the left & right wheel bearing front put on my car. He also put an oxygen sensor on too. I will recommend them to my family & friends.

Great service, I went to get a Muffler installed and they had it done in about an hour and a half, they told me beforehand what the set price was with no extra fees, I had called to make sure they knew I was coming and customer service on the phone and in person was 10/10Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had a great experience. I went in for minor exhaust repair. The process for what I had serviced took about 30 minutes. Prior to any repairs I was told upfront the cost (no hidden fees). I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They say that word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Everyone I asked about buying and installing a performance muffler on my new truck mentioned this place by name. Oxford Muffler did not disappoint. From the first phone call all the way thru to the installation, and payment I was treated like a valued customer. Oxford Muffler has gained a customer for life. If I'm ever asked for recommendations on any exhaust, muffler or installation Oxford Muffler is the only place I would recommend to go.

Nice and clean lobby , great selection of exhaust system to choose from , professional service and done a awesome job on my flow master duel exhaust system on my 98 Z71. No doubt I will be back and recommend to everyone !

I have been here twice and both times have been wonderful. The first time we went to get our exhaust fixed and they had it fixed the sane day and was open with prices on different ways to fix it. The second time was to get our manifold checked and they was quick and friendly.

Took my 2017 civic si to do a muffler delete. In no time Robert had it up on the hoist and working on it. I am very pleased with the finish product. The price was very reasonable.

good clean place the guys were respectful and honest... anything that would cost extra to fix i was informed at all times no hidden work and charge you anyway like some.. over all good place.. i just had a catalytic converter changed and the car runs like new... I'll keep you informed if any changes America..

My exhust snapped at the muffler going over a bump. Took my car to oxford muffler and had them do a muffler delete. This was done very quickly and for a great price. When I got home, I notice they didn't reinstall my original exhaust tip so I call them up explained what I wanted and they fixed it free of charge in a matter of minutes. One of the only car related shops in oxford that hasn't screwed me yet. Thank You Oxford Muffler!

2 stars based on that they looked at what I needed done. However I recommend Lackey's Muffler in Pell City. For what oxford muffler refused to do Mr. Lackey had it done in about an hour. For half the price to boot. Best of luck!

Robert and Johnny are the best in the business and have ties with lock smith Brian I mean I recommend anyone to go there the prices are cheap and affordable just great guys in the Good COMMUNITY! Just stopping by to say thanks guys

Went to this exhaust shop for a H-Pipe install and resonator delete. Came out with an X-Pipe installed instead and horrible off centered tips that caused lots of vibrations and noise in the car for awhile. Never noticed the H-Pipe wasn't installed because I can not see below my car and they never mentioned they installed the wrong part; probably because they are more focused on the cigar they are currently smoking than the customer. Overall, very expensive for a very poor welding and exhaust job. Please stay away from this place and find another muffler shop, even if it means having to drive a little bit further to do so.

When driving cross-country, I had a break-down. I limped my car to the first car repair place that I found. Fortunately it was Oxford muffler and automotive. Robert diagnosed the problem immediately then Gary localized and repaired it. I was gratefully back on the road within an hour.

chris chapel had my car for a month and told me that I needed to buy a new one, because it had jumped time. had my car towed to Benton Nissan and they had it running the same day. nissans are not known for jumping time. I had to pay $200.00 to oxford muffler and still had to tow my car away from there. I should have expected this when I first went in and he was playing solitaire on the computer with a garage full of cars.
