I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received at the Oxford, AL store. Recently, I found myself stranded with a dead battery, desperate to reach Huntsville to care for a sick family member. After a temporary fix from AAA and a discouraging encounter with the first store employee, I was at my wit's end. However, my luck changed when another employee, whom I believe was named Johnny or Tommy, stepped in.This compassionate individual not only provided me with a much-needed jump start but also went above and beyond by personally installing a new battery in my car. His kindness and willingness to assist restored my faith in humanity during a moment of vulnerability. He recognized my predicament and selflessly offered his expertise, ensuring I could continue my journey without the exorbitant cost of a mechanic.I am deeply grateful for his act of kindness, which made a significant difference in my day and ultimately allowed me to fulfill my responsibilities to my family. It's heartening to know that there are still individuals like Johnny/Tommy who embody the values of compassion and selflessness. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone in need of assistance, as their dedication to customer care truly sets them apart. Great store if you find the right person to wait on you that has knowledge of a vehicle. Some of the younger people don't know what their left or right hand is doing. They have a young guy that works there but he should try finding something else to do. End of story.

Shout out to Trenton the Assistant manager (I hope that is his name) But he went above and beyond to put a new battery in my 2012 impala...and that was trouble lol. But he made sure he got it done. He was super nice and professional! Thank you so much!!

This is my favorite O'Reilly auto parts in calhoun county! Always friendly and helpful. Store is always well stocked, and if they don't have it, they will get for you usually the next day!

Went in to get a battery for my 98 jeep Wrangler ,The guy tested it and told me my battery was just fine and it was my alternator. So instead of getting a battery like I knew I should ,I bought the alternator and installed it on his reccomendation .come to find out it's my battery after all. So it seems to me he scammed me into buying an alternator I did not need. Wondering if this is commen practice at this store,So now I have to go get a new battery. And the original was a ($250.00) PREMIUM gel battery that only lasted a little over 2 years,never had such a low quality battery before,most car batteries last 5 years or so.And OF COURSE it only carried a 2 year warranty.. definitely not happy with the product and service from o'Reilly's. I think they could do better than this.

Being mechanically inclined, i normally hate going to these places... this is the only store i go to where i feel like the customer service is on point and the knowledge behind the desk is actually up to par. Rest assured, these guys and girls will always be able to help you out.

On a trip out of town- misfiring cylinder - changed spark plug and wire still misfiring- employees saved us money by teaching my husband a trick to test the coil pack. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Depending on who is at the register, but O'REILLY normally has fairly good service. They have a pretty wide selection of parts, and even if they don't have the part you need, they can typically over night it and have it around noon the next day!

This store would not give me service. My battery was bad. He said it was only two people working and they could not put a battery in my car. It had to be done by a professional. It was only two customers in the store. I had to get someone to jump my battery in front of their store. I drove across the street to Auto zone. They sold me a battery and installed it in less than 20 minutes.

Very expensive on their automotive parts if you can wait go to RockAuto online and buy your parts. O'Reilly's wanted $260 for ignition calls I got them online for $80

I went in to buy windshield wipers for my sister and it took two people three different times to put them on. Not to mention I had to keep going into the store to do three different transactions. Not impressed

Website very hard to navigate. Keeps popping up different screens. Would not go to store near me even though I typed it in. Finally when I found parts they were double price of Amazon & eBay.

O'Reilly sold me a bad battery. I had them double check it and they said it was good. So I took my vehicle to Firestone to find out what was wrong and guess what? It was indeed the battery. Firestone charged me $50 for the battery check which was due to O'Reilly's incompetence. I asked O'Reilly if they were going to reimburse me and they said no.
