I had a cover installed over the bed of my Tacoma by H&H almost 3 years ago. It needed adjusting, I stopped in today and Brandon Marley was wonderful. Upbeat, positive while totally professional, he immediately and said absolutely that it could be done today. Less than 10 minutes later, done!!! H&H is the best!!!!!! Thank you again, Brandon!!!!!!

These guys do what they say and also go beyond and above the typical customer service standard. The delivery of the building went above too! Colton the driver showed up early put the building up with no probs and with a smile and great energy that was infectious. Great experience!

Stopped by their showroom to inquire about a replacement window unit for my older leer topper. The clerk got the serial number off the unit and said she would have to contact leer. After 2 days I was told it was just too old for a replacement (06) I then called a different dealer and while I was on the phone he contacted leer. It is special order item but is available and I have one on the way. Will have to drive a hour and a half to pick up but I was not lied to. Not the way to run a business and I ll never try to do business there again.

In Feb 2023 I purchased a hot tub from H&H during the Birmingham home and garden show. Hunter was so patient, and answered all my questions to help me make sure I got the perfect hot tub for me! I m in the process of building a house, and they have held it in storage for me (for 7 months!) until I was ready, delivered it, and got it set up for me, all for no additional cost!! Who does that?! Brandon and the team at H&H are first class all the way, and I would highly recommend them!!

I went to them to install a hitch on my vehicle. First the box did not have the proper hardware. So I bought it and brought it back. When it was taking too long I went out to see what was happening. They said one of the bolts had broke off. Here s where I have interject my expertise. I worked maintenance on aircraft for the better part of 20 years. I have drilled out and repaired many broken screws and bolts. It s not hard if you have the right equipment. Now I have a hitch with 3 out of 4 bolts. Is it safe? Maybe not but I grew tired of them trying to figure it out so I took it as is. I will try to find a mechanic who can complete the work.I m not blaming the mechanics. Having been one, I have been without the necessary tools or skills necessary to do a job. The tool is called an easy out. The name explains it s operation. Maybe they need to purchase one and have training on how to use it.PS. They have done work on my other vehicles with no complications. I m just surprised this tripped them up.

It was a awesome experience! I had waited a long time to upgrade my Jeep with new tires and rims. Being an female it's usually a advantage to get anything done to the Jeep, cause men think we have no idea what we want. The staff was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Worked with one of the ladies there who knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable. Then, Allen was the gentleman who helped me put the package together. I knew what I wanted and I got exactly what I hoped for! Outstanding job!

Donald at the Tupelo MS location was very professional & very quick to handle my business. He was busy with many things going on inside the facility, but made time to provide excellent customer service!!Customer service is almost a thing of the past anymore

I recently went to H&H in Oxford Alabama and let me just say it was an awesome experience dealing with Amber she knows the deal inside and out and is very quick to help find something out for you whatever it takes to satisfy the customers. I called back a couple of times asking about other items for my truck and she was on top of it!! The overall experience was beyond satisfactory the service of the guys in the back was satisfactory also they added the items to my truck with no problems at all. I highly recommend using them if you need any accessories for your truck you ll be pleased you did!! Can t wait to go back and add my airbags

Had a hard time finding a dealer to have a Big Green Egg and Table delivered to an out-of-town customer before Christmas. Called H&H Truck & Outdoor, talked to Amber. She was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant!! She got me all set up and will have it delivered within days and well before Christmas. Thank you for an awesome experience, Amber.

Allan was the best a person could ask for when we decided to buy our pool! He did everything in about 30 minutes and we got the pool soon after. The girls up front are saints in my book , always ready to help you with any questions or concerns about your pool. I m a first time pool owner so I m learning it one day at a time ( thanks to the girls up front) Love this place and the atmosphere is pretty awesome too!

I just recently bought a Dodge ram 1500 4 x 4. I needed to find somebody to put a liner in the bed of my truck and everybody in Georgia that I talk to either didn t do spray liners anymore or you had to wait a month or so to get anything done.! So I am I m writing this to tell you that if you want anything done to your truck or jeep, whether it be a lift kit, tires rims spray liner you need to go to H&H in Oxford, Alabama you will not find anyone better than this company. All I can say is oh my God, their service their personality, their professionalism is outstanding so even if you have to drive two hours it is well worth going to H&H in Oxford H&H. Thank you so very much for helping me and I will be back for that lift kit in those tires.

I had a B&W turnover ball hitch installed on a 2016 Duramax 3500.They started working on it as soon as I dropped it off and completed it in about 4 hours.The install looks very professional.I will definitely use them for all of my towing needs.

Allen Robinson was extremely helpful. The filter went out on my pool and I ve been trying to get it replaced with my warrant but couldn t get anyone else to call me back.(at another location) I called Allen 1 time and he is working on getting it replaced.

The sales person was a very nice man but it goes down hill from there. I had 2 bumpers replaced. When they took my factory bumpers off they slid them around on concrete and scratched them up. They had to cut my fender flares with was fine. But they scratched one of my fenders while doing that. I thought it was one price but was told he put it in the computer wrong and added another $238. Then quoted me a price of $185 for a light bar which was high but I was still going to do it just to have it done all at one time. But then he quoted over $300 labor to install it !!! I do my best to support local business people but I will not ever go back there.

Lighted deflector was as advertised & described by H&H staff.I have purchased many accessories from the Oxford, AL H&H, all with pleasing results. Amber s creativity & imagination are super. The experience of Allen & the crew is evident in the quality & care of their workmanship & respect for me & my vehicles. I ll be seeing them again soon for more accessorizing on my 22 4Runner.

I had a hard time finding anywherewho would align a vehicle with a lift. I'm extremely satisfied with the alignment to my jeep! Staff was very friendly and it wasn't a long wait.

These guys have been amazing from the get-go. Kelsey and Amber were very knowledgable and went out of their way to help. Alan stepped in and helped us along the way. We ordered 2 grill guards for 2 different vehicles and they look amazing. Haven t seen customer service like this in a long time.

I ordered a custom trailer hitch for a 2019 Highlander. I ask all kind of question like would it look like it came from factory. I was assured it would. Well I ordered it , paid for it the same day because was told they had to have half before it could be ordered. So I just paid all.I was suppose to be notified when it arrived. After almost 2 weeks I decided to call and check if a problem had arose. No it was there but no one had bothered to call. I made an appointment to have it installed. I ask if the hitch would be ready to hook to my boat when I left the shop. I was assured it would be. IT WASNT' I was told I would have to buy an insert and a ball in order to hook a boat or trailer to it. I ask if they carried them and they said they didn't have any on hand for me to go to Auto Parts place to get it. .I looked at the hitch after I arrived home and it is the most horrible looking mess I seen . It is suppose to look like it came from factory but it looks like a shade tree mechanic installed it. It was below the bumper and there was no wiring harness to be seen. I had to call and ask about the wire harness. I was told it was in my hatch of my vehicle. I have to pop my hatch, raise the cover to my spare tire and pull out about 3 ft. of wire and hang it out the back of my lift gate in order to hook the boat up to it.Never have I ever seen such a mess.I will never use them again. I will tell everyone that ask where it was done and how I was lied to. I will let all my family members know not to use them unless you get everything in writing.When you ask if it will look like it came from factory you expect it to look nice not half done.

Allen Robertson is a life saver. We were from out of town and needed RV tires. He was able to put tires on our RV with short notice and since he had worked with RVs before have us some good pointers on what to do.Great customer service. I would definitely recommend this business for tires and service.

These people are wonderful help me so very much ..if I could do 10 stars I would .they went beyond the call for their work..so please come and see them for most anything in Oxford al
