I needed tire repair on Sunday morning and needed to be out of state park campground by 12:00, I arrived at 9:00 a.m. the store was already busy and after I explained circumstances they were able to get me in, repaired the issue and had me on the road by 10:30. The people were very nice, it was overall an exceptional experience at Firestone-Oxford. Thank you.

This Firestone has the most professional people I have ever had the privilege to do business with. Matt Meeks has to be commended for his impeccable people skills and customer service. I will definitely recommend people to use this Firestone solely based on him being a consummate user friendly, customer first, professional. Thanks. I've had 2 sets of tires put on at this location on 2 different vehicles. First vehicle took around 4 hrs to do as they were short staffed, but quality of work was done right. 2nd vehicle was done in less than 2 hrs and done right. Staff was professional and courtesy. Recommend making an appointment online to secure your spot.Will definitely use again

The service was amazing and Blake Taylor did an amazing job at keeping me updated on the work and talking with me about what was being done. He took the time to explain the different options available to me. He is also a genuinely nice guy all the way around, I will definitely be back because of the Service Blake Taylor provided to me.

Manager was extremely friendly and kind. He helped us on a Sunday with our rental s flat tire while we were traveling from out of state. So grateful he saved our vacation

Called the day prior to setup two appointments. Was told they had the tires we needed in stock. We dropped off the first vehicle at the appointment time, was told to come back in two hours (Which was the appointment time for the second vehicle). When we arrived to get the first vehicle, it was still sitting when we parked it with the old tires still on it. When I spoke with the sale person behind the they told me, it was next in line and to come back in another two hours and drop off the second vehicle, at no point have we had any updates, another two hours passed, they call to inform us that they do not have the tires in stock after telling us twice the day prior they had them. We wasted over four hours, for nothing to be fix on the vehicle and for them to lose over a thousands dollars in tires alone. We will not be using them and I wouldn't recommend anyone use this location. 2/23/24

Absolutely no. I made an appointment at 1 and did not leave until 6pm. I made the appointment DAYS prior and when I got there after waiting 3 hours I was told they didn t have the tires I called days prior and ordered. I had to pick a tire that was in store that I absolutely hate and had to pay MORE than what I was quoted over the phone.. 100% no not recommend.

Absolutely best customer service from Blake Taylor and the crew! I really appreciate the kindness and care shown to us during our visit. They evaluated my tire, discovered a cracked rim (which they could not repair), and then recommended a nearby place.I would recommend this location purely off of the genuineness of the people who work there.10/10Thank y'all!

Terrible service, continually. Last time I set up oil change and tire rotation appointment at 7 30 am. 1:30 pm, still not done.Today I set appointment for 8 am - oil change and tire rotation plus check one tire for leak. Picked up at 230 pm. Tires NOT ROTATED. I bought tires here for 4 differ vehicles and this is the service I get. I won't be back.

Big shout out to the guys at Firestone. My heater/ac fan quit blowing on my Jeep yesterday. I ran her by there this morning and they checked her out. Blake and Slade were awesome. They had the issue diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. In today's world of long waits and poor customer service, they were definitely a breath of FRESH AIR!!! Restores my hope in humanity WAY to go guys!

Had an amazing experience at Firestone in Oxford. They helped me with all the leaks and dry rot my family truck had (91 Chevy ). Even the fellas at the front desk took time to explain all the issue they saw with the truck , that I wasn't able to see. I really appreciate the honesty , hardwork, and kindness I saw from everyone. I'll definitely come back to them in the future if I have any more issues .Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I originally had an appointment but had to cancel it and rescheduled for a Friday at 10am but when I got there, scheduling was messed up and they had me down at 9am. So instead of making me wait for hours on end it was only 55 minutes!! I was in and out in a flash! Super fast and good service! The only negative is I wished they would ve topped off my windshield wiper fluid, but that s not a big deal!Service: Oil change

I have an Audi and I'd taken it to Mavis to have tires rotated and balanced...twice. I was told they'd been balanced and that something else was causing the shaking. I was very skeptical bc although I'm not a mechanic nor a male I've had cars with imbalanced tires before and it is exactly what it felt like. Took it to Firestone to have a once over on previous services...turns out ALL 4 WERE NOT BALANCED!!! THANK YOU FIRESTONE FOR ACTUALLY BALANCING MY TIRES!! They were very understanding and very pleasant to work with. The new manager was awesome! They all were! Thanks yall!

Please do NOT use Firestone for any of your needs. We ve had to take our car back several times after having an alignment done. We ve had to buy several tires as a result. They have high turnover, we never saw the same people working there.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made an appointment to bring in my vehicle. Told the man over the phone I needed a fuel treatment done. He said he would do it but that he also wanted to do I diagnostic on it as well. I told him the check engine light wasn t on and he said that was fine he still wanted to run the diagnostic. Take it in on the day I scheduled to bring it and talk to a different person. Tell them what I was doing. Get asked what the issue is. Told him why I brought it in. Said they couldn t work on it if the check engine light wasn t on. Said it could be the transmission. Said that I probably just needed to take it to the dealership and let them work on it. Said he didn t want to waste time working on it. I said excuse me? He said again that he didn t want to waste their time or mine that I needed to go to the dealership because they manufacture the car. I guess they don t like getting paid.

I was very impressed. They were very honest with me and told me basically what I have been told by the people I bought it from. They did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed and gave me very good advice.

$100 dollars for a full synthetic oil change. My truck is burning oil just the same as if regular had been used. When I wasn't happy with the price that day, the response was "Well this is what you asked for." Then they were quick to admit that the last time I did this it cost around $70. Granted, they gave me $10 off after that. Yay me. I had finally decided not to write a negative review, but seeing how short lived this expensive oil change was convinced me. Cobb Automotive from now on.

I have no complaints about the work done but the customer service was terrible. I made an appointment online and called to confirm. Get there and was told they were already double booked and didn't have my appointment. I was told the guy I talked to on the phone was training and also the manager. So after driving 45 minutes to get there I ended up waiting 4.5 hours for them to get done after being told 2.5 wait timeServices: Wheel alignment, Oil change

The service was terrific at this location, and I highly recommend them. My brother and I were traveling from Atlanta to Mississippi and his low pressure tire sensor alert went off on his dashboard. We found this location using Google and pulled in 30 minutes before they closed. Turns out he had picked up a small nail at some point, and this Firestone location stayed open a little past closing time to do a patch on the tire. Their service was above and beyond very professional and courteous.

I don't know why I even bother trying to give this place my business. All I need is an oil change and a rotations nd alignment. I'm told I the earliest appointment is in TWO WEEKS. Or I can bring me vehicle there at 7am tomorrow, and leave it there all day, and come back and pick it up in the afternoon. Yeah sure, not like I have to work or anything like that. I honestly don't know why I even bother with this place anymore. I paid for the lifetime alignment package and have yet to even be able to use it because this place makes it impossible for a working person with a busy schedule to be able to use this business.

I scheduled an appointment days ago for this Saturday via the Firestone app to have my tires replaced, brakes & oil changed. I log into the app this morning to check on my appointment and it has been canceled! Not a single associate tried to contact me! I called to see why and was told that the first available appointment isn t until the week of the 29th! So why does the app show other available appointments! This is an egregious lack of customer service!
