I came in today last minute due to an unexpected flat tire. Phillip and everyone else who helped me was absolutely amazing. They were very kind, helpful, efficient and professional. On top of my tire, I ended up having a couple other things going on with my car that I was able to ask them about. Phillip was really great about breaking down everything for me, so I could understand what was going on. He also explained my options before working on it. I really appreciated their help and felt they truly cared about the work they were doing. 10/10 would recommend going here.

Thank you to Phillip and the team at Express in Oxford, AL! Today we were traveling to the Birmingham area to meet my son when my car s alternator went out and stranded us on I-20 about 15 minutes from Oxford. After having the car towed to Express, they were able to install a new alternator and get us back on the road to finish our trip. These guys were professional and I can t thank them enough. I highly recommend them to folks in the area.

Conner was fantastic. Not only helped to change oil and power steering was low. He was eager to assist in correcting that. He also made us aware of a possible leak that I was unaware of. Thank you Conner.

I went in for an oil change on Friday, February 2nd. Cameron was the gentleman who helped me, he was friendly, courteous, and engaged me in conversation.I appreciate the efficiency at this Express Oil and how they valued my time.

On vacation, and on a Saturday, I needed new brakes and rotors. I tried dealerships and other mechanic shops, and they couldn't help me. Express got me in and had me out the door in less than an hour. Jon the manager is very knowledgeable and they have a well run business there. Would certainly go there for service.

Been using this place for a while now for all my vehicles. Syntheric Oil change today. Staff is super and very professional. Kyle was my tech today and did not disappoint ! They all ask how you are and get you on your way. Great job !!!

07 Nov 2023 - I live in Oxford, AL. and approximately 8 minutes from The Express Oil Change at 1960 Us-78, Oxford, AL 36203 On Hwy 78 Next To IHOP in Oxford, AL. I went to get an Oil Change and asked about putting in two new fog light housing. The young mechanic went and talked to his Manager. The Manager said No, They do not do that. I went ahead and got the oil change. But like most quick oil change they give you this big read out of everything else you need done based on your vehicle mileage. Which was a few things and it carried a pretty expensive price tag. I asked the young mechanic, So You guys can do all of this (which looks pretty complicated on this print out), but you can't change out a fog light housing on a Lincoln Navigator? We both laughed. Well I only got the oil change. Most of the things on their list, I had done already at Fire Stone (Didn't tell them that) smile. Great at chaging oil and filters, asked on 3 different occasions to check differentials and transfer cases on vehicles they said they did , but that was false, had to take to another place to ge filled, they lied to me and lost a customer.

It s alwys a good experience when I go to express to get my oils changes they never disappoint me today it was Nolan Sweet he was great talked and told me he to save on my oil changes so again today was a good day

The customer service at this Express Oil Change was amazing, specifically speaking of Phil! My Car needed brakes and rotors replaced really bad. So, I called first because my car is foriegn and tends to need special parts. Anywho, Phil was so patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He even went above and beyond by ordering (2) parts in order to make sure if one thing didn't work, the other would. He even did a follow-up call to let me know the parts had been ordered. Not to mention, when I finally dropped it off, I thought it'd take forever but it was finished much quicker than anticipated, thank goodness! He even provided me with discounts which he clearly didn't have to do but I'm so thankful he did. My car drives amazing now and my pocket isn't left with a hole! Great service and I truly felt appreciated as a customer! Highly recommend this Express Oil Change. Very honest and hard working workers there. Thank you, Phil!

Always such a Great experience here and definitely the only PREFERRED place of business for me and my vehicles. Honest and hard workers here. If you want a place you can TRUST to take care of you, your car and even your dog( gives doggies treats) then you know where to come.

When I dropped my car off for an oil change I told Phil that my car shakes when I apply the brakes while going down hills. He told me that it could be the rotors and pads and that he d check them. I was impressed that he knew what the problem was just from me describing the problem. But I was more impressed that he actually came to my place of employment to tell me what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He said that the new rotors and pads on the front would fix 90% of the shaking because I also need the back ones done. I chose to wait to do the back because this one was already an unexpected expense. He didn t try to push me into having the back done that day but instead told me to bring it in later. Plus he offered to take me to work AND drop my car off when it was done. So thank you Phil for being so knowledgeable, professional and considerate of your customers.
