Owner, Randy is awful, smart mouth and an A hole and that's trying to keep it clean. Bought a battery from them and the battery was not a good battery. Had to get it charge two times, since I have had it. Called about it. They told me to bring it back. Now I needed a battery and had to purchase one because they were close when all this happen. Charles, the guy who is the battery representative with Interstate, basically told them to reimburse me and Randy was smart mouth and rude about it. The cost of that battery was not going to break him or put him in the poor house. Just being an A hole. I see how men treat women when dealing with cars. I'm so glad that I decided NOT to let them put a new motor in my other car because I felt the spirit was not right in that building when I went in there. I felt it and I was right. Experienced his A hole today. Saw the real side of him today. He will not get another hard earn dollar from me and hope my family and friends won't either. Even getting smart mouth with his workers and family members who work with him. That's not a way to deal with your family, workers and your customers. He's awful and rude and his day will come. You can't just mistreat people, customers, workers and family because you can. God doesn't like ugly! I normally don't do this but I had no choice but to put it out there. He definitely needs a reality check today!

Came in for replacement work on my front rotors and brake pads. Amazing pricing and they finished them in less than 2 hours. They also balanced my tires within that time as well. Highly recommend for quick and efficient work. Pricing is competitive so a little cheaper than average and well worth it for the work.

I got a very problematic 2018 dodge journey. Many thanks to all of your patience fixing my car. These is the shop the you can trust. You can be sure about their honesty not unlike other shops that only after for profit. These guys will treat you like family. Special shout out to you Sir Danny Cobb and the ever helpful John.

They must do great work because they re so busy that I couldn t get in same day! Great for locals, probably not the best choice if you re on the road like me. Seems like a great group of folks and a great business

Would recommend for.an oil change. Got my front brake pads changed for the first time on my new car and they are still messed up. Would not recommend for anything other then an oil change.

Most people here are nice. My tire was messed up from a wreck, making every gas station air pump read an error so i asked if they could help put air in it. A nice man did it, but another man had to remark loudly "they dont have any money or nothing so just put air in it"It's chill he was assumtive but its rude to try and project your insecurities on your clients.

Very nice and friendly employees. Had an oil change, breaks, and rotars done in no time. My family and I will definitely have our vehicles serviced here again. Thanks team Cobb for a job well done!

These guys are so awesome. I am driving through to Atlanta and I got a flat tire on the side of the road. I called them up knowing that they close in 10 minutes they were able to squeeze me in for a quick tire repair. I made sure that I tipped both technicians at work on it so that way they can get out faster. They are all friendly and very polite. If I'm in this area again I'll know that they are here. Thank you so much again

On 8/15/22 my husband and I were traveling through Alabama when we had car trouble. They got us right in to diagnose the problem and start the work which caused us to stay overnight in Oxford. Randy gave us transportation to the hotel. The next morning by 10:00 the car was ready, and we were able to continue our travel home. They were friendly, fast, and did great work with a fair price. I recommend them for your auto care needs.

We were traveling back to Memphis from Atlanta and we experienced some car issues. Mr. Cobb and his staff were friendly and professional. We ended up having to stay overnight, because of the repair, but Mr. Cobb had one of his staff member to take us to our hotel. The next morning we got a call from Mr. Cobb to inform us that our car was ready. We made it back safely home. Thank you Cobb Automotive for the great service!

They've had my car for almost two months now.. something new is wrong everytime I call thinking it should be done. Tab is up to over a grand already...

I didn't appreciate the way one of the older associates talked to my son when he asked a question. I will spend my money with someone else the next time. When dealing with customer service, you can't be selective with who you're gonna be respectful to. When you put blinders on and don't see color, we all know money is green. When asked a question, answer without all the extra comments. You have 2 stars because the only person that seemed to understand customer service was the young man that worked on my car. He was very respectful. (Taking him to get the tires wasn't the problem. Whoever he was talking to at the counter was rude. I heard the comment and it was uncalled for. Who says it ain't my problem to someone that's patronizing your place of business. ) Be blessed!Service: Tires

They are awesome! I am a courier and I noticed my tire was not only low but showing wire on the sides as I started on my route. I stopped by their store and asked for a price and time estimate. They not only gave me a great price on a quality tire, but they got me in and out really fast, while being very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Can't complain. Did the job as asked. Tires were cheaper at other locations but had one brought from Birmingham and installed within 2 hours so I totally didn't mind the few extra dollars. Overall positive but parking wasn't top tier!

Fair expense, friendly people and they are reliable. They even work with a Tow company, so if you need a Tow call them and they'll give you a number

Went in for oil change and was out of there before I could sit down good. Very nice people throughout the company. Pricing was in line with other facilities and a little cheaper than most. I don't own the company I am simply a customer and I highly recommend you try Cobb Automotive. It's hard to find good, honest & hard working people and when you do I suggest you stay with them. And that is my intent. Thank you to the fine people at Cobb Automotive for a professional job at a reasonable price. I'll be seeing you soon!!!

The service was great! I was out of town and needed a trailer tire for my horse trailer, they had what I needed in stock and got me back on the road in a very timely manner. Would definitely do business with these guys again.

Made an appointment for 8am, drove 40 min to be told 'we can't get to it until this afternoon.' Why set the appointment? Why didn't they call me? They weren't concerned with my time or inconvenience. Very frustrating....I left work for this.
