I bought a car for my daughter. I had an issue with the tires and they fixed it. I was very skeptical at first, but I talked to Carrie Moore. And she got me issues fixed with no hassle.. this business is blessed to have such a good employee Like Carrie. The sales manager I forgot you name but I ve never been treated this well before in my life . At a car dealership When we got there with my issues I was expecting them not to fix my issues.. but they did with no problem and thanks again Carrie you are a blessing.. glad to meet all of the service team.. and your professional service . And on second note they are genuine people.. God bless you Carrie and you re other nice lady in the office..

Bought our Nissan Rogue from them very nice people. The only thing our rogue broke down after 2 weeks. Transmission went out. Gave us a temporary car to drive. The were very nice good customer service.

I would love to give a big shoutout to Benton Nissan and their team for helping me find a good, reliable car at a decent price. A special shout out to Katie for being so accommodating to my schedule and so friendly. This is the first time I have bought a car and genuinely left happy and knowing I ll be safe in the vehicle sold to me. I can t express enough how much I recommend Benton Nissan and how grateful I am for their service and hard work.

So I waited 3 months before posting. First they tried to force me to buy an app for $750. And I refused didn't buy the car. So I purchased a Nissan frontier from another dealership. A week after Christmas the heater went out in it so I took it the Benton they charged me $150 to hook it up. 4 hours later they called me back or actually they didn't call me back they sent me a text to a Link to a financial institute to pay for $1,400 repair. Obviously right after Christmas didn't have the money so I said no I'll come get my truck. Got some LED lights for Christmas so I hooked them up and in order to hook him up I had to unhook the battery. Lo and behold the heater works. And has worked for three consecutive months now. So yeah they're literally trying to steal your money from you. Beware of Benton Nissan not only are the salesmen crooked but the service writers are crooked.

I am a repeat Benton Nissan Customer. I loved my Rogue so much that I talked my mother into buying one. Hers stalls when you pull out in the road. Brought it in and she was made to feel like she was making it up. Nothing done service wise other than try to make her feel like she didn t know what she was talking about. I have had my car for one year. I was told the actuator in my door was bad and would need a new one $500 and some odd dollars plus tax. The estimate already had tax applied to the part so I m also paying tax on labor as well is that what the plus tax means?. Mind you, I went on line and looked and of course there are thousands of complaints about bad actuators. Nissan should provide a recall on them. Then, To make matters worse the part number provided was not one that would fix my car. It wasn t for a Rogue sport. Thank goodness I contacted Nissan directly( not Benton). I sent my boyfriend to Benton to check the number. He was given a quote not the same part and more money than before. The person in the parts department said he would make it $40 less to match the quote given which is not really fixing the problem. The first quote was given to me from the head of the service department. He then told me after I made an appointment and had to wait to get to come in to get my car serviced that he couldn t fix it that day and would have to order a part. They never even looked at it. He seemed very agitated from the customer before me. I had to wait and wait on someone to come wait on me. I have never just been able to go in and get my oil changed and tired rotated without being told I need other services( very frustrating). As a paying customer I expect better and to be treated better. My time is valuable and normally I would say well maybe he is having a bad day but since it has not only happened to me but family members and friends as well. I will not buy another Nissan unless something changes drastically and neither will my family members. Oh and as far as will I be back to the service department. I will because I bought the maintenance plan with my car so that question above is not a good one to ask people.

The salesman was great which is why I gave 4 stars. Drove 1.5 hours to test drive a vehicle discussed for 3-4 days and the seats had been removed to clean it so we could not drive it. Then the manager had the nerve to ask for a deposit to hold it until we could come back to actually test drive because they didn't have it ready when they knew we were coming. After several attempts to see the price write up, the numbers did not match up to the advertised price. They automatically add Benton Benefits for $1800. But even without that addition, the numbers didn't match up. The manager and finance guy were unprofessional and cost the new salesman a sale. We don't do business with a company with shady practices.

I had the best experience purchasing my new vehicle at Benton Nissan. They were easy to work with, found exactly what I was looking for, and helped me get all the add ons I wanted.I'll be sure to do all my service there as they are close to home and work, and are very attentive.

The salesman Bruce was great but I bought an almost 19,000 dollar car and couldn t even get a spare key!! The excuse was that with used cars that if Benton Nissan didn t have a spare key that the customer would have to get one made at customer expense! I m absolutely frustrated with this situation because it s absolutely not true that Customer Satisfaction is important to Benton Nissan , because if it was this situation wouldn t be happening! Oh and I bought the car on 12-13-2023 and basically the answer was we don t have a spare key so if u want one buy it yourself so yeah I m not satisfied!! Edit My problem is not with the service it s that when I purchased my vehicle I didn t get a spare key and Benton Nissan has done nothing to help with this matter! I won t recommend or purchase another vehicle from them until Benton Nissan in Oxford AL addresses this matter, and I purchased this Vehicle December 2023. I would love anybody from Nissan to explain to me how a customer can spend 20k and Nissan be so cheap not to even give the customer a spare key!?

I didn't buy a car from here, but I surely would if I'm ever looking to buy because the group of ppl here are just genuinely good people. My car was disabled after running out of charge and I ended up here. I don't even know what department many of the guys worked in, but I know the service center was closed and they did all they could to try to get my car to charge after it ran out of energy. I appreciate y'alls efforts sooooo much! Being outside in the cold with shorts pushing my car, man you all are amazing and I won't forget it!!! Thanks again!

This is the most� amazing car dealership I have ever been in throughout my entire life. Bruce Burton sold us our car over 2 years ago, and throughout this entire time, we have been treated as if we are part of a big family. Bruce doesn't even seem like a carsalesman (no offense, Bruce, we LOVE you!), but the people reading this review know what I mean. We've all seen movies with seedy carsalesmen who only want to sell x amount of cars to meet that month's quota. The salesmen don't treat that customer well after the customer signs their name on that dotted line, much less truly care and remember details of their lives and know those things the minute that customer walks back in the dealership after the sale; but Bruce does ALL that and more. Bruce is just absolutely amazing. Now, what Mr. Benton needs to do is get the vehicles on the lot that people want. Every new Plantium Armada on the lot today was white. But, I do have confidence that as soon as what I want hits that lot, Bruce will call me. He always has my back. I honestly think of Bruce as extended family. He is the most valuable asset on that property other than the wonderful people in service that keep my car running and safe for me and my family to be in. If you need to purchase a car and want to have this same experience for yourself, head over to Benton Nissan and ask for Bruce Burton. Tell him I said hi . If you do, I'm so excited for you!! Your whole car world is about to completely change forever!! Edit: To note about my service today, I did not give appropriate credit to my service team. I have absolute trust in them!! I just had my pathfinder serviced today and anyone else would have tried to sell me tires, my husband even cautioned me that they were going to try to sell me new tires instead of rotating and balancing my current ones. Did they? No! Brandon New took care of my service today, he said my tires were okay but to keep an eye on them. He asked me how much I was driving now (he knows I'm a nurse and did a contract in Texas 2 years ago and made the drive out there and back a couple of times), I told him I was home now and drove very little. Brandon told me I could probably make it to spring AND he told me that they usually had sales in the fall and spring for buy 3 tires, get 1 free. Just that information alone will save me about $250. Now that is HONESTY!!! And, Brandon took my real life into consideration before making his recommendation, that is QUALITY. I was SO impressed!! Thank you Brandon!!! You are SO APPRECIATED!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I Co signed my sister because she needed a car. They did fraud and were immoral in the way they did the contract. They did not add my sister to the loan. They had the paperwork and they only gave the bank my information. So I had to call the bank and get everything squared away. All the maintenance plans they offer are to bring your down payment down. They offered me all kind of lifetime plans that I did not agree to but added to my initial cost which made my 4,000$ down payment almost 1,000$ or less. I had a few people look at the contract and they pushed the deal so they can take my 4,000$ plus the bank money . When you buy a car the bank pays the dealer ship. Then the dealer ship has all this money plus your down payment. They did not do the tags for my car which was insane. They send my paperwork to my state of Washington where I got the license plate for my sister s car and they payed taxes. The whole thing is involved with doing paperwork wrong and not doing what is the right thing for your costumers. They are the biggest scam of dealership. My advice is to go to a Toyota dealership because they would not allow this level of corruption. Frankly I m upset that this dealership will continue to pray on other people and continue to make immoral decisions that most people won t know until the end of the paperwork trail of deception. I hope that another person sees this post and it helps you navigate clear away from this dealership. I m at a lose for words because of how much stress this deal has added to my life. I will be adding more information to my YouTube account because I m taking all of my paperwork and it s all going to a lawyer. I tried to deal with this problem at the lowest level. With the dealership but it has gone beyond my words. The only thing a predatory lending system understands is legal action.

As far as the inventory and offerings are concerned, you can't find a better dealership. The GM was cordial, informative, and professional.The bad experience comes into play whenever I was dealing with the sales representative, Raymond. Raymond was on his phone while he was supposed to be engaging with me, and he was disrespectful in his dealings with me.Raymond kept asking me how I am paying before delivering me any numbers, finally showed me the pricing sheet, I expressed that there was a gap between the number I was comfortable with and the one he showed me, and instead of being informative and explaining details, he scoffs at what i was saying and asks "where i got my number from?", and as I was in the middle of explaining my rationale, he quickly walks out and i dont see him anymore.I was greeted by the GM in Raymond's office and he expresses that he's sorry we couldn't do business, and gives me the information that Raymond would not due to his poor attitude disrespectful approach.If you're at Benton Nissan, do not be fooled by Raymond's "Top Salesman" plaque. He is a sales representative with poor people skills who lacks the commom decency to communicate information to someone even if it isn't to his or the customer's liking.

I took my Juke in for service because I thought it might have a timing chain issue. The mechanics at Benton Nissan couldn't find anything wrong with it. When I went to pickup my Juke, the cashier said there was no charge. I walked out to the parking lot to drive my Juke home. I was so surprised. They had washed and vacuumed out my vehicle without charging me one red cent! I don't think I've ever been treated so honestly by mechanic in my life. I was floored.

Stay away from this disgusting den of snakes. These absolutely disgusting vultures saw two struggling people from out of state and took full advantage of their misfortune. Charged a grieving husband and wife dealing with the stress of their dying family member $1,100 for an after-market alternator and serpentine belt. Any business that would 1.) Charge that much for such a simple repair and 2.) Take advantage of a grieving family from out of state deserves to fail.Each and every employee there ought to be ashamed of themselves.The hypocrisy from a business that plays "Christian" music all day long taking full advantage to capitalize on the misfortune of others. Stay away.

The service department is horrible. The service writers are fake and make passive aggressive comments. Couldn t even fix an E brake after 3 visits and about 1k in spending in under 15 months Then had the nerve to tell me that the brake was only designed to slow the vehicle down. What a joke. I will be filing with their cooperate.

I am a return customer and was ecstatic that Steve Duran was still there! Steve sold me a Pathfinder 5 years ago. He and the rest of the Benton Nissan staff were great to work with. They were very professional, answered all my questions, and made the process smooth. Left the oil cap off after changing my friends oil. That was the second time in a row she had a repair done that the work was not done properly. The bad part is they were very rude to her and the second time she left she was in tears. No excuse for either.

My daughter's air went out. The car was still under warranty. We dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and got it back by Thursday afternoon. Considering they had to deal with the warranty company (not always a good experience for the dealership or customer) I was impressed at the quick turnaround time. As usual, the staff at the Oxford store are so lovely and a pleasure to work for. The text updates were a great feature as well.
