Today I needed some help with a light bulb on the low beam side. Not only did I get the part but got help putting it on .thanks a million to JUSTIN G. He went way beyond to help me .I also found out that he is a veteran .and I thank him for his service. My confidence in our America was boosted today there are still some great people here .so I salute Justin for a job well done with a thank you and a smile .Auto Zone needs to reward this guy nice job Justin.

There's a manager at this store named Mark who is very slow. The cashier needed the password for two registers and he left before putting in the password and left us all waiting. Its so sad that we get faster service at O'Reilly.

Everyone .. I mean everyone was super friendly, helpful and patient with me trying to find compatible parts for my boat twice! Yesterday & today!I really liked that Aiden dude. He didn t make me feel awkward or anxious which happens to the best of us. Thanks for that whether you realized it or not.

I had a battery go bad today and Leon went above and beyond to get it replaced. Battery was in a very tricky location and would have taken me hours to remove and replace. Leon had it replaced in 30 minutes and was extremely friendly throughout the process, despite the hard work. I would recommend to anyone.

We had the dreaded engine light pop during the travels. The van apparently disables traction control and cruise control when the engine light comes on so we stopped and they read the engine code for us and let us know what it was. After some googling for the location/replacement we figured out it was right on the top of the engine and only a single bolt. We purchased the part and replaced it right there and they came back out and cleared the engine light after the fix. Drove the rest of the way without issue. Friendly helpful staff, had the part we needed in stock.

My husband and I use this AutoZone frequently and normally have great experiences until tonight. My husband called to check on a part and they put him on hold, when they answered it's like they hung up on him. When he tried to call back, the message stated "this caller has calling restrictions, please try your call again later." So, he asked me to call them. Of course I was put on hold as well for over 5 mins. When they finally answered, the man I was talking to obviously did not know what I was talking about when I told him I needed the brake line for a 1979 Chevy C-10 for the right front. So he got his manager. We called yesterday and asked for the left front brake line (we asked for the wrong side) but they had it for around 27$. The manager I just talked to said they don't sale them like that so i said i would call elsewhere. I called O'reillys and they found what I needed and gave me the price I was needing! The night staff at AutoZone either needs better training or needs to pay attention to what they're doing.

I was at the parts store on Tuesday to pick up a gas cap, the most helpfulyoung man helped me. I believe his name was Nick . I had another problem he put the meter on my car check it and explained to me. I will always shop there, thanks to the nice young man that helped me.

They are always very helpful when I go in there. This last time I had to replace a piece that was pretty easy to get to, so they loaned me the tools and actually helped when I couldn't get one of the connections to disconnect. Friendly staff.

Some of these reviews on here are just complete bogus LOL. These people are very nice that work here. The guy that helped me find the right spark plugs for my boat really went out of his way. He got some info from me and looked up everything up on his personal phone, (Auto zones system didn't have anything on my boats year) He was quick and got me exactly what I needed. Wish I would have caught his name.

I had the most humbling experience by getting the.Assistance of an associate that works at the Oxford location today. Not only did she fix a problem with myBrake light on my vehicle, but gave me the location of another AutoZone where I could get another part that her store didn't have.Her name is Mandie and I give her props for her helpfulness.A satisfied customer I Oxford Alabama.

I really appreciate Manuel. I was traveling back to Boston, when I see my battery gauge dancing around. I googled the nearest AutoZone.I went there and Manuel with all his knowledge helped me. I can't express the gratitude I have for him. He was very helpful. Thank you Manuel 0062.

When I tell you on 05/25/2020 everything about this day was going bad for me My car had completely lock up on me it wouldn t started but God had his light shining over us making this long story short the store manager at this location was beyond helpful he done everything in his power to get my car back running I m talking about done everything that he can think of on top of having my kids and my mom with me everyone in there made sure we was ok and great I mean everybody in there was just awesome they really don t know how much that meant to me to see how much they care about their customers you guys ROCK!!!!!!!!

Always great service, staff is very knowledgeable appear well trained. Needed a part 6:00 one evening but didn't have stock. One of the staff members looked at surrounding stores found the part in another store and had it transferred delivered to my store before 8:00 that evening.You won't be disappointed.!!
