Place was really good in 2022-2023 - then all the good workers left or were fired, either way they're gone. The new crew is not good. Very slow, apathetic, and give bad advice. Took car to two other shops for second opinions and it didn't need the $4000 worth of work Tire Discounters said it did! We won't be back other than rotation for warranty purposes. Lots of similar newer reviews like this one sadly. Used to be awesome.

My parents dropped their car off for an oil change & hours later they called to tell them they couldn t get to it today & to bring it by another day, so they did. Once they got their car back it was leaking oil so they had to take it back to get it fixed that was on a Friday. Saturday my dad waited all day for an update & nothing, when he called they put him on hold , which he said no & he waited for 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone & no one did..probably because they closed business for the day. And what do you know they re closed on Sunday, so one of my parents didn t have a car to drive from Friday-Monday evening. And to top it off they didn t give them one of their tires my dad instructed them to leave. Their communication sucks, i don t know how they expect to run a successful business when their communication with customers is basically non existent.

What an exceptional experience. They took the time to show me the tires for my SUV, shared the pros and cons important to know before spending a lot of $$$ on tires. They even called me a few days after the sale to see how satisfied I am with my new tires. That was a first for me. On Thursday March 21st, I made an appointment for 11:00 AM Friday March 22nd to get an alignment service on my car. I dropped the car off at 7:30 AM using the key drop feature in order to ensure my car would be there for the 11:00 AM appointment. At 9:04 I received a call from them asking me to confirm which alignment service I wanted. I assumed this meant they had started working on the car. At 12:53 PM I called to advise I would be stopping by to pick up my car but was told that they were running a little behind but were going to be getting to it shortly. I called again at 5:19 PM and was told they were finally getting to it and that the car would be ready by 6:00 PM. I arrived at 6:05 PM only to find that my car was still parked outside in the same spot I had left it 10 and a half hours earlier. When I told the manager I was there to pick up my car he replied that they still had not gotten to it but if I waited it would only take 20 minutes to align once they started. It was obvious from the number of additional cars parked outside and inside the service bays, that mine kept getting bumped for other cars that were brought in during the day and had waiting customers. This lack of candor and giving a customer the run-around for an entire day is totally unacceptable. And, I did not get my car aligned.

Multi-year, multi-vehicle customer just lost to Tire Discounters of Hampton Cove! Sneaky and deceptive so I will have to find another auto service provider. Too bad for all involved. Good luck out there is the new world!

Excellent Service!!! I can t say enough good things about this store. A couple of days ago I brought my son s car in for a tire replacement due to the sidewall having a crack and air leak.They quickly evaluated all of the tires, gave me options and proceeded to work on it.It took a little longer than expected but I feel like they went above and beyond by staying late after closing to finish it up so that my son could drive it in the morning to go to work.I also loved the fact that they offered an option for a 3 year warranty / repair for the tires as well that I jumped on.Everyone that my son and I interacted with in the store was extremely nice, helpful, and professional.This is definitely my go to place for tires.Thanks!

Clean shop, helpful staff each time I came to their shop. Once they were extremely helpful with my flat tire. Another time they installed 4 new Michelin tires with balancing and alignment. They are well stocked on tire choices.

What a GREAT place to do business! I had a flat tire and brought it by here to see if it could be repaired. The staff was so incredibly kind and willing to help. They kept my wheel and tire overnight and then called me this morning to tell me it was ready and I could stop by anytime to pick it up. I went by this afternoon and they let me know that they were able to repair it. They immediately pulled my truck in to a bay, put the tire on, put my spare back under my truck and then calibrated the sensor in the wheel with the onboard computer. When I went to check out they gave me my keys and told me I didn t owe them anything. I was shocked and very surprised!!! I can GUARANTEE YOU that when I get ready for tires I won t be going anywhere but TIRE DISCOUNTERS here in Hampton Cove!!!

Worst store I ve been to in a little while first thing was I made an appointment for a Saturday at 12. 3 hours when by before they got my truck in, which was crazy considering I made appointment. I don t know the point of an appointment if it doesn t do anything for your wait time.When I asked the lady at the front she told me their was no excuse to why it took that long and that it shouldn t have. I went in for 4 tires and alignment when they completed my tires at 3:40 they said they couldn t do an alignment due to needing ball joints so I took the truck home and inspected the truck and their was no play in either the upper or lower ball joints I m a mechanic by trade and have been doing it for years so finding that I didn t need anything which I knew I didn t due to I replaced all those components not a year ago was very disappointing I don t know if they were running out of time for the day or what but it seemed like they were just trying to make more sales.Then went in today due to all my valve steams leaking from them not replacing them when they replaced my tires and I made an appointment for it as well and I got their and the service writer told me it would be an hour and half before they could touch it and they would be closed by then. I asked why it would take that long he told me just because it does he wasn t very polite or professional he didn t seem interested it his job. They asked if I want them to do my alignment I told them that they can t get tires right I didn t want them doing my alignment I ll take it somewhere else and told me again about the ball joints and said he could show me the play I asked if he would come out their and show me and he didn t and went into the back and didn t come back out.The other service writer Zoey was the most helpful in the entire situation and needs a raise because it seems the other guys hate their job and aren t their for the customer. Any body I meet that needs a recommendation i will tell them to avoid that store in Owen s crossroads due to the terrible service. I will have to drive further to hopefully a different store and see if services are any better there but after my experience with this one I am not hopeful. I have warranty on tires and still need an alignment or it atleast looked at the truck isn t pretty and it doesn t have to be perfect but I paid for the services I was hoping they would be halfway done decently. The valve stems I ll have to take into work and do them myself which I shouldn t have to but I want the truck right and able to drive without worry about my air leaking out and damaging my tires I hope it gets better at this store

Replaced a tire valve that was damaged. The staff were quick and extremely friendly / professional. While waiting, I was able to witness their interactions with other customers and it was heartwarming to see su h great customer service.

Just left with a new tire after having mine explode on me! James was kind and made sure to communicate with me the timeline and expectations from start to finish. All-in-all one of the least painful tire shops I ve had to deal with!PS. They can t answer their phones because there is literally constantly a line of people that one counter person is trying to talk to and offer exceptional customer service! It s a lot easier to just go into the shop!

I had a busy day doing ADEM inspections from all the snow/sleet. I ended up with a tire leak. These guys patched it for me super quick and got me back on the road to finish work! Excellent service.

Would give zero stars if I could, had an 11am appointment for over a week, tires not delivered yet stated would be in by noon. Noon came and no call or anything, waited over three hours in parking lot finally called around 245pm and stated tires are here. I actually saw the tires come off the truck around 11:35am.Asked if I could drop off truck or come back Monday. I stated I had 11am appointment for today (Thursday) and guy on phone said come hang out with us until we close then. I just didn t go back and never got a call. This place is for locals, clearly. I felt out of place from the moment I spoke to anyone working there.

First visit was great, second was not. Scheduled service for two tires and shocks to be done at 8am Friday morning (3-4 hours of labor). Dropped the car off at 3pm Thursday. Car still wasn't ready at 5pm Friday. The guys in the front are front are friendly and polite, but something obviously went wrong in the backshop.

More worried about getting upsells than helping the customer with a problem. Also before I drug my kids out of the car (infants) I asked if someone would come look at the tire and confirm it could be fixed. They assured me they could. Of course five minutes later they come in and say we can't help you. You need at least 2 tires but really 4. 2 of my tires are less than 6 months old.

I had a set of tires installed on my Wrangler today. The team has been extremely professional. I waited a little longer than I expected, but then I never asked how long it was going to take, so that was on me. I could see the team working on my vehicle through the CCTV, and I can tell that they were professional. They even went above and beyond and repaired my wheel caps without me asking. They test drove my car twice for the alignment. I am very satisfied with their work, and will send friends and family.

This is the single best location that I have been two for 2 years now.Bought great tires for the husband's car. Everyone is always helpful.You know exactly what you're getting and priced according. No scams. No hidden pricing.Plus, I've stopped in a couple of times to have a tire checked, and they aired me up and sent me on my way quickly.Great business!

Fantastic job done by this shop. Everyone from the scheduler who booked my appointment, to the crew at the shop who fit me in sooner than expected, to the guys who picked up and dropped off my vehicle for the valet service, were outstanding! The process was seamless, the price on target, and this made getting my tires replaced so much easier! I will definitely be using this branch for all my car needs going forward, you can't beat the customer experience here! It's such a relief to find a quality place for car needs, that's hard to find these days. Thanks to everyone!!

Took my truck here in Oct of 2020 and they forgot to reconnect the sway bar up front, which I fixed. Then gave them a second chance with my wife's car and just discovered they only replaced 3 of the 5 lug bolts on one wheel. Now I have to buy new lug bolts. Go somewhere else if you want the job done correctly.

I have purchased 3 sets of tires for 3 different vehicles. Today I m here having brakes replaced. I can help but notice as I wait in the lobby how busy and in demand auto service is. Each customer that calls or walks in this door are treated so respectfully and kind come down here and see Anna & Joe they are amazing, so are the service techs.

Tires, oil change and rear brakes. All work and especially service out front by Dutch was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone. Roadside assistance with the purchase of four tires is an awesome extra bonus.

I would start with the standard I wish I could give em 10 stars but these folks genuinely care about you car more than you do. I never leave reviews, so I ll keep it quick. I brought in our Land Cruiser for some new treads, and I can t recall a more pleasant experience with Michael and Joseph. If you enjoy interacting with people and appreciate an experience that s not so transactional this is the place for you. Also, if you are particular about quality, these are your people.

I already dislike that you now have to make an appointment to get your oil changed, but I made my appointment and got off work early (which no one seems to care about). Got to my 3:30 appointment at 3:20. Truck was finally moved into a bay around 4:15. I m not sure what the point of an appointment is. My actual doctor is more efficient than this tire shop. It s back to Express Oil Change for me.

Beauty is only skin deep. While Tire Discounters presents a nice clean store front, that is about as far as it goes. The stores ability to provide professional quality service is seriously lacking. I was recently in to have the tires on my truck balanced and rotated. This is a routine service that any shop with the word "Tire" in their name should be able to competently provide. This, however is not the case with Tire Discounters. Upon completion of the rotate and balance (visit #1) I left the shop only to find that the balance was really off. So, I went online and made an appointment (visit #2) to have the work redone. Appointment day came, I dropped the truck off, they "re-did" the balance, and informed me that "it was a little off and that it should be good now". I left the shop only to find that it was worse off than than visit #1. Having had enough of trying to get balance competently completed at Tire Discounters I made an appointment at another shop across the valley. Come to find out all Tire Discounters was doing (instead of stripping previous balance weights and doing a balance) was adding additional weights at random. One wheel had as much as 6 ounces of weights in three different places. My advice, go somewhere other than Tire Discounters.
