The staff at Joe Hudson s in Owens Cross Roads is polite and professional. My truck was returned to showroom quality.

We have used Joe Hudson's three times and every time it is an excellent experience with outstanding workmanship and service.When I had a small argument with a parking garage pillar they were able to match the paint on my bumper and fender perfectly to the rest of the car. I ask people to figure out which side it was on and they cannot. Additionally, they had to buff the headlight as it scraped the pillar. When I asked if they could do the other headlight to match they were happy to do so at no extra charge.Further, I took my car there today for a minor trunk leak. The trunk lid seemed to have shifted over time and wasn't making a seal. While they said they "don't really do leaks" they were more than happy to adjust the lid and have a look at the car. This took maybe 5-10 minutes at most. Lid adjusted and they wouldn't even charge me for something so simple. We don't yet know if that tweak will solve my problem but I greatly appreciate the quick help for an issue I've been struggling to figure out and get fixed.Definitely somewhere I'll always recommend when someone needs bodywork done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car was sent in for hail damage on June 19th. 3 months later, it s September 19 as of this posts writing and the car still isn t finished. I was told one week that we were waiting on a parts delay. Another that the technician doing paint repair was on vacation for the entire week of Labor Day. After calling to inquire again on updates I learned from a different spokes person the technician was only out for the holiday. Constant lies, run arounds and delays. Wife was taken advantage of as well after stopping by to inquire in person about an update after long delay. Was told today they were sorry but nothing they could do would be another week. Avoid business from these lying , unorganized baffoomery of a business. No management leadership. No one to hold accountable. The only respectable person in the entire building at this location as of this post is the front desk receptionist, who honestly is always respectful.I bet the car won t even be repaired correctly at this point what s to say they didn t break something like others have stated? Probably what the hold up is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Left a 90 year old lady sitting in her car ignoring her calls. She's on oxygen an can't get out. Wow just wow. Do better guys. Your personal conversations can wait till your own time not customers time.

Take any time estimate they give you for repairs and tripple it. There were several delays because they kept breaking things and had to reorder the parts. When i finally got my car back, the plastic around my rear view mirror was broken and dangling and the sensor kept falling off. These weren't even broken when i took the car in for repair and i have no idea why they even messed with it. They never called me with an update until my car was done despite assurances and requests to do so. I had to constantly call them for updates. They did clean the car and shine the tires. The body work was good too. I still would recommend someone else for repairs.

DON'T Use THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT Lied TO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I gave one star but they don't deserveit. Very unsatisfied my car was at this shop for 2 months with a small fender bender .Every time I called I was told my car was in prep I was told multiple lies from the manager a.d the other office lady when I would call Also my car was broken into while it was at the shopI got one phone call from the manager and that was after I had to get my insurance company involved and she lied to me again unless you want lied to don't use this shop very unprofessional place of business I had to take it to a different shop because it still isn't completed after 2 months Poor managementService: Painting

Lack of communication did not contact me at all. Poor quality off repair, and lied about using oem products. Fog light were turned off. Discovered after It turned it back on that the bulbs were shattered. Avoid these lying pieces of garbage for vehicle repair.

Excellent and professional service, and my car looks like I just drove it off the dealer's parking lot again. I really appreciated getting text updates along the way, and when I picked my vehicle up, they were very proud of the work they did and I felt like they treated my car like their own personal car. I got my car back and the body work was great; however, my fan did not work and my check engine light was on. When I called about bringing it back in yesterday (1/3/23) the person I spoke to was not very friendly and I was informed that the soonest I could bring it in is next week. Obviously, with the check engine light on (and my car had neither of these issues before the repair), I cannot drive it and I need it for work. It would have been nice to be able to get it in as soon as possible, have the two issues checked out (maybe as simple as reconnecting something or a fuse), so I can drive it since it is my only vehicle. I have used Joe Hudson (location in Huntsville) before and had a great experience. This time not so much. In addition, the only way I knew my car was ready on 12/20/22 was because the rental company called me to tell me my rental car was due back that day. I had heard nothing from JH. I then called JH and was told that my car would indeed be ready that day and to not come to get it until I received a phone call. By 3:30, I had not heard anything so I called and it was ready so I had to rush to return the rental car and get my car all before 5PM. Just a very frustrating experience over all. Now I am paying a mechanic to "fix" the issues that my car came back with after the repair because I cannot wait for a week and half to get it looked at by JH.Service: Body & Trim

I have used Joe Hudson's in Huntsville before and this was my first time in the Hampton Cove location. They were closely following recommended COVID-19 safety protocol unlike some other businesses I've been in. Chris was great to work with and prepared a timely and reasonable estimate (I was paying out of pocket). He got the parts ordered and the the repair was completed when scheduled a few days later. Even got a car wash out of the deal, which I was not expecting. The car looked great! I was very happy with my experience and will use them again, although hopefully not for a while.

I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Joe Hudson Collision Center in Hampton Cove. I dropped my vehicle off for some body work and was kept up to date on the status of the repairs daily. They were very efficient and on time with the repairs. I was amazed when they called to inform me it was ready for pickup, they only had it in shop for 4 business days. The quality and professionalism of everyone I met at this location are unmatched. The work done amazed me, my vehicle looks better than it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. Huge thanks to Joe Hudson at Hampton Cove.Service: Painting

Joe Hudson did an absolutely FABULOUS job repairing my car- I am thrilled with their work, customer service, and everything else. They have an awesome tracker to check in on your cars progress, extremely friendly staff and they did some incredible quality work as well. I highly recommend them!

Wife's car was sideswiped. Decided to use Joe Hudson from a recommendation. We were impressed with every part of the experience. From the moment we scheduled the repair, we were kept appraised of the progress of our car. It was finished on time and the workmanship was excellent. I'm not going to go into detail about how amazing my experience was because I don't want other customers to have an unreasonable expectation of this place. That's just how fantastic my experience was. The punctuality of keeping unreasonably, the respect and kindness of the staff, the workmanship of the repairs was absolutely astounding.The manager of this location could make millions just teaching classes how to give stellar service.I only wish these guys had service I used more often just so I could keep going back and give them my support.Thank you Joe Hudson family!

Replaced driver door window. When the parts delivery truck did not show up by closing time on Friday, the technician, Chris, drove three hours round trip on his own time to retrieve the part. Knowing that my wife needed the repair before she left town on Sunday, Chris came in on Saturday, during non business hours and made the repair. The final bill was less than estimated and far less than 5 other competitors. I'm 66 years old and can honestly say this was the absolute best mechanical service experience of my life. I have dealt with Joe Hudson in the past and they have consistently delivered quality service at a good price. So happy they now have a shop in my neighborhood.Service: Body & Trim

I had to have my front bumper replaced on my Ford F-150 and everyone from Joe Hudson's in Owens Cross Roads was extremely courteous and Chris explained every step of the process. They used quality parts and even met the deadline that they set. They did a phenomenal job! They even cleaned my truck up after and now my truck looks better than ever!

I had a small mishap and my driver side door would not close. I dropped in to see what could be done and spoke to Kane Batt. Due to an unfortunate misjudgment of distance and turning radius, we had a problematic garage/vehicle interaction last month - front driver's side quarter panel, rear-view mirror, headlight, bumper... cosmetic and ego-bruising damage more than anything.Joe Hudson's Collision Center was chosen based upon proximity and reviews, and though the weather had them somewhat backlogged, choosing them turned out to be a VERY positive experience... Courteous, communicative, and detailed, the staff showed a level of friendly professionalism and service that has won our future support for any and all body work.If you are reading the review and debating on going there, they are well worth serious consideration. We highly recommend them!

Excellent quality of repair, all aspects of the repair, panel alignment, color matching, make the repair "invisible", and in my opinion that is exactly what I would expect! I appreciate the contacts during the repair process, to alleviate any questions/concerns prior to receiving my perfectly repaired vehicle. Should the need arise in the future I will return to Joe Hudson, and thank you for a job exceptionally WELL DONE!

The body work that was done was good , but they charged the insurance company for work that was not needed and than charged me for money that should have been taken up with my insurance company . Not of the work done was preapproved by me nor did I sign to authorise the work before it began. They was no estimate disused before work was started. I ended up with a car that by all rights should have totaled. Wont ever go back or recommend them to anyone. As a retired bodynan and former shop owner and estimate writer I know what Im talking about.Service: Body & Trim
