I do not recommend .If you don't know, they will charge you unnecessary costs!on Saturday at 9 am I wanted to leave the wheel for repair.After waiting a few minutes, an arrogant guy showed up in the waiting room because the phone was ringing, he ignored me because I was standing there, he talked to someone who was calling and the gentleman who didn't even bother to get out of his desk to see what we were talking about said that they don't repair tires that already have a cap in them!Don't be tempted to buy new tires!There are no specialists in this workshop, only sellers.Walmart is better than you! They happily accepted the repair for which they only charged $15, they were willing to work!3 years ago I had my Continentals fitted here and now never again - thank you for your service

I have not found a mechanical issue that these people couldn't diagnose and fix in a timely and professional manner. I have also used their oil change services and found them to be quick and honest! I love these guys. I can't predict when I will have the time to get things like new tires installed (which I just did today) so, availability and ability on the fly are important for me. I asked for all terrain, all weather tires. They had and installed the tires the very next day. I don't think it's possible for me to recommend this location more.

Really awesome customer service! Every person I spoke with had a GREAT attitude and everyone seemed to work so well as a team (I started out in the Express Lane side and had to be moved to the Full Maintenance side). Everyone encountered on both sides rocked! Thank you to Michael and so many others at Express Oil!

Fantastic service! Manager James and his team do exceptional work and they sincerely care about their customers. Whether you need an oil change or have a major mechanical repair, you can depend on these guys to take care of it. I have been a customer for many years and I trust them with all my maintenance and repair needs.

Took our 08 Sequoia to replace the starter. Been to the 431 Express Oil many times for years - were usually attentive, reasonable. Not so this time. Estimate was $1200. I called at 10:11 to give the green light to replace it. They called at like 1 PM to say it was ready. My wife went to retrieve the car and noticed they charged us for 5.8 hours of labor - we knew - and they admitted - labor was actually less than 3 hours. They tried to claim that they use a national average for the job. I argued they can use that for the estimate, but actual time should be applied to the bill. My wife haggled with them for an hour. They reduced it somewhat but not fully. We re not going back to the 431 Express Oil - Completely inappropriate, dishonest, deceitful and what s worse, when my wife called them on it, after a long time, they admitted it but wouldn t budge because they claimed it was a corporate policy. We did speak to Jeff, a regional manager. He has endeavored to make this right as a day after we retrieved the Sequoia, it s still having starting and idling issues. But we are not returning it to the 431 store. We just felt really taken advantage of after being so loyal for so many years. Very much appreciated Jeff s efforts. At least he is trying to make it right.I wonder if being in Hampton Cove is a factor as folks usually just pay and don t look at the fine print.

I have been taking my car to Firestone for years and have always been happy with there service. I took my car to Express oil change for only the second time recently because it just seemed easier and quicker. What I didn t know was the price difference in an oil change. I just realized that Firestone has been charging me twice as much for an oil change then Express Oil. Not only are they quick, but the service was outstanding. I will be having my oil changed there from now on.

Awesome guys! My under carriage cover fell while driving and was dragging on the road. I pulled in, and Glenn and the guys fixed it within a minute. They saved our evening plans! Thank you!!

This is the only place I go for my oil changes. They are always fast,but thorough,checking everything on your vehicle. My dip stick ,the plastic part on the "handle"broke off as they were checking the fluid,Kevin ordered a new one and replaced it within a half an hour. Excellent service, very knowledgeable!!!!

I came for a tire change, on my Miata. (service writer kept calling it a go-cart to poke fun at it and me) I get a call that my wheel stud was messed up (very vague) thinking, ok maybe it was bent or it snapped when taking off if they were torqued too much last time. That I can except, but when I got home and did a closer inspection they threads where chewed up. The lug should be hand tight before being torqued down and it looks as if they put it on one thread and went to town with the impact gun and destroyed the threads. My wheels are scraped from the tire machine, the fronts are ok, but the rears got nice a scratched. They quoted me for a new hub and 2 hours of labor. I went up there to resolve this but the service writer didn t even seem to care nor even want to take a look at it. His tone was as if I didn t know anything about what I was talking about. They also kept my lug nut.Service: Auto tire replacement

My son s car started having misfires. After leaving it for a couple days we were told that the engine would have to be replaced (around $9,000). When I asked about it, I was told they pulled the diagnostic codes and that showed a timing failure - so there were probably bent valves. Apparently the diagnostic fee doesn t include taking 5 minutes to run a compression test to verify bent valves. It also doesn t include taking 30 seconds to google the diagnostic code to see that it indicates old and/or dirty engine oil (which should be right up express oil s alley). I towed the car home and cleaned the timing solenoid. That fixed the timing issue . Spent $50 on some spark plugs and engine coils. That fixed the original issue with misfires. Another $75 for the professional diagnostics and $100 to rent a tow trailer.

Giving it 2 stars because the guy changing my oil was cool. I don t recommend going here or any national chains. They will upsell you and say this and that s wrong with your car. Especially when you got high miles like I do and I know what s wrong and what s not wrong with my car. For the people on the Cove area go to Bs Express Lube in Guntersville there a family owned business and they re honest as can be

I waited 45 mins for a oil change after getting switched to different bays while every car he switched me with received their oil change it s most definitely giving they don t like black peoples instead of handling their customers seems like the people they did before me was there friends so I keep getting put to the back of the line which is crazy I get at least one oil change and very 4/5 weeks will no longer use express}after 10 years I ll never use them again.

First time at Express Oil Change for me.First time getting my man's car serviced.I'll be honest. I was completely unaware of how these drive-up services worked, so I'm fairly sure I embarrassed myself a little.I've never had oil vacuumed out of a motor before. I've always had it drained out the bottom.I told my man what they did, and I had to get more informationfor clarity.Apparently, there is a class action lawsuit from Kia and Hyundai for drain plug issues. Therefore, Express Oil Change is now required to vacuum all of those models.He rechecked everything and the oil level looked good to him. He's took it for a quick spin, and brought it back.I have since become a regular patron, and the fellas even know how to reset my service notification in the car.

I had to leave one star to write a review. Shame on this place. I ve had THREE ALTENATORS replaced in 1 1/2 years. First one was under warranty but the last two? I ve paid for towing TWICE. If it goes out again, I m out of luck. I was told they didn t have to honor the 2nd or 3rd replacements. I was told to leave. I ve been a customer for well over 2 years. The average alternator should last 5-6 years.

Great experience! They weren t pushy yet they were very informative. I recommend going there for your vehicle servicing! They also record your services and report them to CarFax so that your service schedule is available historically.

Needed oil and filter change in our cars, but the dealership was giving us appointments that are multiple weeks out.We went to express oil change and we were very impressed by how friendly and professional everyone is.They tell you exactly how much you pay before they start working on your car, so no surprises!They were able to reset notifications on our cars which is also something that could have needed a dealership visit.Excellent job!

I've been going to Express Oil Change for years. I have pretty much always had a great experience but today was exceptional. The attendant who helped me was over the top kind and helpful. SUPER positive attitude. He really left a smile on my face as I drove away. I called the manager to tell them just how impressed I was and found out the guy's name is Jaylen.
