Andy is a great guy and a great mechanic. I was here on a business trip for a few days and had car trouble. Andy was able to work me in and fix the problem the next day. He saved me the cost of a 200 mile tow home and a rental car. I couldn't recommend higher. Great job Andy. Thank you!

We were making our annual trip to Orange Beach, and all of a sudden our AC stopped working on our MDX. After a quick search on Google, we found Andy s to have quite a number of high reviews; Andy exceeded his review ratings.Our service visit was quick and efficient unlike some other visits I ve experienced at larger service/repair facilities and dealerships.If you find yourself an Orange Beach mneeding automotive repair a highly recommend you contact Andy; he is 5 Stars in my book!*Note: while visiting with Andy, he did say he was moving to a new location, so you may consider verifying the address before visiting.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Andy is fantastic, absolutely honest and trustworthy and that s hard to find these days, We are from Ontario Canada on vacation and we brought our Pontiac montanna to replace an air compressor and Andy replaced it and also checked over the entire system. Our van is a 2008, and we started having issues with the radiator hoses leaking and Andy took the time out of his busy schedule to get it fixed, even with other customers ahead of us. His rates are reasonable, way lower than what a dealership would have charged. He s an incredible person too, very genuine, and good hearted. Andy is Very knowledgeable and will get the job done. My family and I were on vacation and my a.c. stopped blowing. I found Andy's on Google after stopping at PepBoys, only to be told their mechanic wasn't able to come in that day. I explained my issue to Andy, and within minutes, he was able to help resolve our issue without having to spend a ton of money on repairs while on vacation. I highly recommend Andy, and would absolutely look him up again if I'm ever in town and have any car issues!

I can not describe how wonderful Andy and his shop are. We were on vacation in Gulf Shores when my car broke down on the side of the road. I knew it was bad. Andy worked with me, had my car fixed in under a day and a half, and was completely honest about his prices. Before this I didn't know there was such a thing as an honest mechanic, but I now know that isn't true. Any and co. will get you back on the road, and more than that will guarantee their work. Andy has your back, and really is the best mechanic in the area. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Andy. We were on our last day of vacation when our car started having problems. Andy diagnosed the issue for us and helped us determine that we could make it home before doing repairs (we did!). Just came into town on vacation from greater Cincinnati area and the AC on our 2005 navigator was blowing warm air. Andy found lines leaking at compressor. Engine was replaced a couple months ago and the wrong O-rings were used when reassembled. Not easily accessed, but Andy came through for us and squeezed us in his schedule. Worked great for us on our return trip home, and has worked great ever since. Huge thanks to Andy and Chris. You guys are awesome!!Service: Air conditioning

Well working from out of town back in April Andy's shop installed for me an alternator and battery. When I had trouble with it again 3 months later Andy bent over backwards to make sure the warranty paperwork was in order and even hooked me up with a shop in my hometown to do the repair. I would recommend Andy's shop to anyone anywhere anytime.

Andy was awesome! We drove 700 miles to Orange Beach for vacation and as soon as we got there the linkage went out in our Suburban. Andy answered the phone after 4 on a Saturday, went out of his way to try to get the part from gm dealer Monday morning and stayed late Monday to fix our vehicle after all his other previous commitments, so we could have our vehicle for vacation. That was pretty important for our party of six including two little ones that are still in car seats. He also didnt gouge us on the price even though it would have been easy to do. Thank you Andy! for being an honest and good person to help out someone in need the world needs more people like you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The battery light in our Honda Crosstour came on while on vacation and Andy was the only one to answer and be helpful. He rearranged his evening to squeeze us in and had it fixed and ready for pickup within 5 hours. The next day our check engine light started blinking so we drove up there and he stopped what he was doing to change the spark plug right there so that we could drive home from vacation. We cannot recommend anyone more than Andy. He truly is the bestService: General repairs & maintenance

Andy not only gave us advice over the phone, but took a look at our AC issue right away. I enjoyed talking with his wife while he repaired the fuse. They were friendly, fast and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company!! We are from Texas so we know hospitality. Thank you so much Andy! Andy helped me in a bind when Pep Boys and OReilly's left me high and dry! On vacation and Andy helped me even over the weekend, keeping me updated at all times. Traveling to Orange Beach with group of ladies. Parked car after 6 hour trip and fluid leaking. Radiator! Got car to Andy and what a great guy. He diagnosed, called my husband, ordered and replaced . He even checked my transmission ( I did not ask him to) to make sure I would be safe going home and I was. Please use this guy instead of a big chain. I chose him because of one man s review. We were in Gulf Shores for 2 days for a soccer tournament, and on the way to a game Saturday morning when our cars oil pressure dropped and car started chiming. We called around & nobody would look at it until Monday, but after speaking to Andy and letting him know we were from out of town and had to leave Sunday , He said bring it in and he would try to get it taken care of before we left Sunday. We dropped it off at almost 3pm and he had it fixed by late Saturday night at a very reasonable price. I am so thankful we found him, there are not many people would work late on the weekend to help someone out. We made home Sunday night and car has been running good since. I cant recommend this shop enough,I would give him more than 5 stars if I could !

Andy's saved my life! I was on vacation in Orange Beach, Alabama and my vehicle started stalling out the day before my trip home. Andy's was closed but he answered the phone. After explaining what was going on, he told me to bring it in. He figured out what was wrong, gave me the error code in case it happened again. He fixed my car and was very transparent and honest about it. I wish he could be my regular mechanic. If you have car issues, go see him, he'll take care of you! I made it home safely and on time. Andy, you're the best!

My daughter was recently I. Spring break from up north and had a major issue with her car. I called and they said they were very booked but they took the time got her In And by the next day fixed her car so she could get home. I am very thankful for the kind service there and the quality of work that was done. Thank you so much your help. Very appreciated mamma here.

My wife and I were headed to Orange Beach from Atlanta, and on the way we heard one of our engine belts making a popping sound. It didn't snap completely, but was pretty frayed. Luckily, we were able to make it to Orange Beach with the frayed belt. After reading Google Reviews on auto repair companies in the area, we gave Andy a call. He put a new belt on our vehicle over the weekend. He was extremely responsive, honest, and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Andy to anyone in need of auto service in that area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using Andy s for around 3 years and it has been the best experience I have at any mechanic around here. He is straight forward and honest. I travel a lot with the military and I feel comfortable sending my teenage daughter to go get work done. That should speak volumes. I trust his work and his pricing. He is not looking to do unnecessary maintenance just to make a buck. His workmanship is top notch. We have never had rework from him but we have had him fix stuff installed incorrectly from other shops. Only place I take my cars within 40 miles.

We are slow at posting our review. We would highly recommend Andy's Auto Service. We were in a pickle on fall break back in October 2018 as we were running from Hurricane Michael. We experience car problems when leaving Panama City Beach due to the hurricane. We arrived in Orange Beach needing our car repaired and knew we couldn't make it home without the repairs. This was our first time in the area and was worried about being taken advantage of during an already stressful time due to having to change vacation locations. He met with us and had us come back the next day after he could get the part and had us up and running by the next afternoon. The biggest shock was the price. We were expecting at least double, what he charged us to say the least we were beyond thrilled. I hope that we never ever need his services again BUT if we are in the area and have ANY problems he will be our go-to. We highly recommend him and that is saying a lot because my husband is extremely picky and very critical of mechanics because if we were home he would have fixed himself. Hands down if you find yourself in a pickle with car problems Andy's is the place to go.

Arrived in Gulf Shores from Iowa, and one of the windows in our Jeep decided not to roll up. 93 degrees and humid, not a good start to a relaxing trip. Found Andy's Auto Service through a Google search, called and the next morning, he was able to get our window closed so we could enjoy our vacation. He was super friendly and had the repair done quickly. I would highly recommend Andy's Auto Service for anyone in the Orange Beach area! Thank you Andy!!!

Like others, I was on vacation far from home when my Yukon stalled, wouldn t start again. Had to get it towed, few choices of shops, came across Andy s. He came through and quickly too as I was due to check out of a condo, no availability for extra days. I was convinced of a fuel pump issue....about $750 for my model. It turned out to be a particular sensor instead, $262 out the door. I drove it 800 miles the next day. He could ve hit me for whatever and I would not know any better, but he s honest and knowledgeable, hard to find both anymore. In short, thanks Andy and your son as well. You re in good hands at Andy s Service: Engine repair

Andy treated us amazing! We came to orange Beach for vacation with the family and on the way down our gas tank started leaking! We arrived on Saturday July 16th and our car was done by Tuesday July 19th! Highly recommend!!!

Car overheated on a 13 hr drive to vacation and couldn t run AC. We took my Explorer to him the day before we had to leave and he was able to fix it and we made it home safely with no car trouble and AC. Thank You!!

Andy is fantastic! We were vacationing in Gulf Shores when we noticed our Ford Escape's under-chassis engine cover was partially detached and close to dragging on the road. Andy was able to reattach the existing plastic pins and use some wire/zip ties to secure the cover. His price was very reasonable and he assisted me immediately. If you have any auto issues while in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, don't hesitate to call Andy for help!

Traveled to the area for vacation and unexpectedly had car issues. Asked a couple ladies that were local who they recommended and they gave us Andy's information. Took vehicle in and it was fixed same day. Greatly appreciate the quick turn around and reasonable prices.

While on vacation in Orange Beach from Iowa I experienced car trouble. I found Andy's Auto through a Google search. Andy went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was fixed correctly and he inspected the other wheel to ensure everything was safe. We were able to drive home to Iowa with zero issues. Andy's auto service-we are from Arkansas having a great vacation, when our starter died. Looked up auto repair in the Orange Beach area , he had great reviews reviews . We called , he got us in made the repairs in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price.. The car had to be towedWhen the tow driver said he is one of the best, we had made a good choice, he knew what he was talking about.Thanks Andy from two Arkansawyers that love your beach.

While on a 3000 mile round trip road trip from Dallas TX to Miami FL, my 2015 Tahoe with 70k miles encountered a problem and began misfiring. My wife found Andy s auto on google with great reviews.Andy and his crew diagnosed the issue as valve train within 1 hour. This is the type of local shop I d love to have back in Dallas TX. They re accurate, honest and very reasonable priced.Due to active powertrain warranty coverage we had to have it towed to a Chevrolet dealership for warranty repairs. Otherwise I would have been happy to leave it in his hands for a full repair.Thank you, Andy!

Last day on vacation and my cars throttle body went out. I called Andy late on Friday night. Not only was he the only guy open but he also promised me he could help. Not only did he fix the problem... because there was a delay on the part delivery, he tried to give me his own personal vehicle to take my kids somewhere to eat. I declined because I wasn t comfortable with it but the gesture was very nice. Andy then proceeded to fire up the old pinball machine for the kids and even brought them drinks! When it was time to pay he charged me so little that I added money to it. Andy was at least 1000$ dollars cheaper than pep boys down the street! If you need car repair service near or in Orange beach... this is your guy. Thank you Andy for all that you did for us today and for getting my family safely home back to Tennessee. We hope to see you again!
