One of the staff member in this store was very unhelpful and not very willing to assist me with my needs instead told me to go to Walmart to purchase my battery.So I left this store and went to the store on opelika rd auburn Al. The staff in this store was very nice and helpful in the future I will on visit this store on opelika rd auburn Al they are the best

Went in for a basic battery and alternatie check. The man literally looked at me like I was insane when I said I did work on my car. It was disgusting and his best attempt at humiliating me. Like hunny , you need to learn that women do more and know more than how to make you a sammich. I make good money and work very hard for what I have. OH! She knows more than how to stay in the kitchen, what a wonder. Yeah I know how to work on cars. Maybe next time, don't be extremely disrespectful because a woman with a higher education than you knows how to work on cars too. Will never be back. I asked him to check my battery and alternator both were fine I could see on the tester and he tried to tell me I needed a new battery although it could be the alternator "because you probably put it in wrong". Disgusting. The world is already hard enough and men like this make it soooooo much worse.

MATT at this Oriellys was phenomenal! MyNEW freshman at Auburn had a dead battery which we purchased at Oriellys in Dallas. We were unable to locate the receipt but Matt figured it out and replaced the battery under warranty, even installing it! He went above and beyond to help a 18yr old kid far away from home.

Store employee was nice, but, had no clue about what he was looking at when I showed him the part. Much less having a clue that they had a correct part in stock.It was a metric grease fitting..... I was able to determine the store only had SAE, no metrics.Employee was not a real help. Store didn't have what I needed.They should have...

There was an employee by the name of Dalton who was so nice and went out of his way , it was way past the time of closing and he still helped and was eager about it , Lord knows I needed his help . Can't thank that guy enough

Great service! Our college age son was driving down for Spring Break when his truck started acting up in Opelika. He went into the store, where David took a scan of the truck to determine the problem and then preceded to replace the broken part on the spot. Thanks to the great service David provided, my son and his friends were able to continue on their way and my husband and I were able to breathe a sigh of relief!

The store had the part I needed, but the staff that helped me was on the lazy side. Instead of walking with me and making sure I had the proper one, he said it s down that aisle. Go get what you need.

I received amazing service from both Keith and Heath at this location and the Auburn location. They went above and behind to make sure I had a safe and stress less drive home! Highly recommend either location!
