I have never been to a mechanic this amazing. They are truly a blessing and will make sure you are safe! I cannot thank Todd enough for what he did for us today! Integrity is definitely the word to describe this shop and these people! Thank you!!!

I've used Integrity on 6 different occasions. Each time the estimates were fair and accurate. Work is always done quickly and politely.I never hesitate to call Todd when I have a question or a problem on one of my Auburn student's vehicles. EXTREMELY honest group!!!! Rarely can I say this about an automotive repair business. Thank you for helping me and my kids.

I really wanted to like this auto shop. Unfortunately, they did not communicate well. I went to pick my car up and someone who works there broke my center console latch. They left it broken and in pieces. My center console now does not close. Is it something my husband can probably fix? Sure. But that takes time. I would have been understanding if they contacted me and let me know it was an accident and offered to fix it. Heck, they could've even fixed it and not even told me about it! Instead, they let me discover it upon pickup. The best part? It was a Friday at 5:30 so nobody to even contact about it. Very disappointed in the service/experience. Never have I taken my vehicle somewhere for it to be returned in worse condition. I wouldn't know about their mechanical work. I got a diagnostic and a tire patched. That seemed to be fine. But the whole broken piece of my car has left a sour taste in my mouth and I don't plan to return for further work that was recommended. Also, they don't do appointments. They just expect you to drop off your car and they'll get to it when they get to it.

Integrity provides great customer service! They are very knowledgeable, fast, and efficient! My son's car had a rear main seal leak I took it to them and they took care of it with no problem! Would recommend to anyone looking for honest and reliable automotive service!

This place is the best!! I was on my way to a horse show near ATL pulling 2 horses in my bumper pull trailer when I had a tire pop. After calling 3 other places that all had long waits, Todd said to come on over that they would take care of it. I pulled right up to their front door and they had a tech come and change out my bad tire with the spare in less than 10 minutes. All of this with the trailer loaded! They checked the remaining tires and discovered that another one was about to blow. They did not recommend the drive to ATL and he didn't have the correct tires available at that time to replace them but he could order them. He even called other places in the area to see if they had the tires and could help out. We ended up deciding to just quit while we were ahead and headed home (very slowly). The new tires arrived 3 days later and he replaced them the same day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Service: Tires

Shout out to these guys!. My Daughter's AC wasn't working. She was told by a shop in Auburn it needed a new compressor and quoted us $1300+ to repair. I found Integrity and they found a leak and repaired it for $120. THANK YOU!! Can't say enough good things about this place. Tim-

Dropped the truck off this morning for an EGR Valve replacement. The did a great job!! Mike, Todd and everyone else were friendly and know their way around an engine. Highly recommend Integrity Auto.

These guys are great. Honest, caring and funny. They got me in and out in an urgent situation and never once said we're too busy to help. They maintained their focus on what I needed fixed and touched nothing other than what I asked. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days but there really are needles in the haystack. I would give these guys 10 's if I could. Very satisfied customer here and will gladly bring any of my vehicles back even in a non urgent time but if it is urgent I know I can count on them to give me quality work and nothing less in a pinch.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I broke down 6.5 hrs away from home, and I immediately stopped calling around when I heard from Todd. They were able to fit me in without notice, and understood the situation I was in. Todd is an upstanding man of character. His character seems to bleed into the way he treats all of his customers. He had me out of the shop in 9hrs, and I was able to drive home on a integral repair. After living in Auburn for several years and having Integrity work on my older Honda Civic on a few occasions, it's time to leave a review. I have brought my car in for the following reasons: AC not blowing cold, major oil leaks from gaskets and distributor o-ring (extremely hard to reach and delicate places), and an idler pulley that was ready to fall off (if was making a horrible noise), and several diagnostic runs that helped me figure out issues that I could fix easily on my own (I like to do my own work when I can). Every single one of these problems was fixed right the first time.I also brought a friend with his Jeep. We thought it was possibly a transmission issue based on the symptoms, but the problem was an electrical one. Did I mention that these repairs were ALL done with two to three days tops from when the vehicle was brought in? On top of that you'll get very good customer service, and they have always made sure to run the problems and costs by me first before working. Very grateful for this auto repair shop.

Integrity my a**. My vehicle was shaking and I scheduled a diagnostic, they told me they d check it out. I gave them extra days to do it (needed Monday - 5 total days to do it) and they told me they d take care of it.It wasn t until Tuesday the work was done. They told me threaded was coming off of the tires, I said alright and paid the diagnostic. Asked if anything was going wrong under the hood, they said no.I called today to double check if they checked under the hood because it s making some strange noises and Todd said no, they didn t. They didn t check anything under the hood.So, a diagnostic is just them taking 5 days to look at the threading on my tire. They used an excuse that I didn t get a full vehicle diagnostic .Sure paid that full vehicle diagnostic price. You owe me a refund.0/10 do not go here unless you want to be deceived.

We ended up in a real bind outside of Auburn AL and Todd and the team at Integrity are really true to the name of their shop! Really great work, really great honest folks! They also went out of their way to thank our driver who is a military veteran! Great job! Thank you! Be blessed! Todd even followed up a few days later to see how things were going with the work that had been done! A complete overhaul of our brake system was done and the work was fabulous! Todd was honest and up front with me throughout the entire process. I will go out of my way to work with him again!

Replaced tires. Went the extra mile. Worked with Todd and he did a great job. Called on Monday. Ordered tires and replaced by Wednesday. There was a miscommunication on vehicle pickup and he came up to the shop after hours to resolve the issue.

I was in a dilemma and these guys really came through for me. Fixed my issue (alternator) in a couple of hours knowing this was the only vehicle I had. They really live up to the name, INTEGRITY! Todd and Mathen were very professional and courteous during the whole process. We had the fuel pump replaced on our van. We had it towed in on Friday and we picked it up on Wednesday afternoon. They did not leave the inside of the van dirty or greasy like at some other shops. They answered any questions or concerns we had without hesitation. We ll return to them for all repairs and highly recommend them to everyone. They didn t break the bank either. Lol.

Great people in an shop that lives up to its name. We were RV'rs passing through with truck issues; sadly, sometimes seen as easy pickings for the dishonest. Integrity Auto worked to help us in a tight situation, and helped us find someone trustworthy who specialized in diesel repairs when things needed to go deeper.

This shop not only cares about their customers, they care about the community! They donated their time and abilities to our recent Bus renovation project to renovate a school bus into a mobile clothes closet for children in foster care. The office manager, Todd, spent multiple Saturdays volunteering to help us remodel and paint this bus. Their work reflects the love and compassion they have for their community. The impact of their shop goes far beyond an oil change or brake job, but they do those well too! ;)

Integrity does good work and they are honest. The one or two times there have been issues after they worked on my vehicles they quickly stepped up and did the repair with no additional charges. My fuel pump went out while driving through Opelika, Alabama, and I got a tow to Integrity Automotive in the morning.Integrity Automotive was able to start work shortly after I arrived and had the fuel pump replaced by mid afternoon for a reasonable price. Thanks for the good work!
