Guys I'm going to get your way to personally thank you. Y'all did a wonderful job on my car. The paint job is absolutely beautiful. I'm going to get with my insurance company and have my front end job done and my rear end job done there. I just have to come up with the deductible but good news is my insurance company provides me a rental car. So I don't have to bother y'all. Thank you again for the job well done. See you soon

I took a brand new vehicle to CT collision that had been hit in the passenger side with substantial damage. Josh did a great job in detailing what was going to be needed to make full restoration. I went to 2 additional shops and was by far more comfortable taking vehicle here. Repairs took ~6 weeks. I am very pleased with job done on my car. I would not hesitate to use this body shop again in the future if needed.

If only all businesses were run with such high standards & ethics. Especially in the automotive industry!My experience with CT Collision began when I brought in my blue 2017 Honda Civic for a necessary hood repaint due to severe oxidation. The level of service provided by this team is truly commendable. Their initial quote, which was approx 30% lower than the rates offered by the next highly rated shop in town, underscores their commitment to delivering high-quality services at an affordable price point. On top of that - Robert repeatedly reminded me that I had a lifetime warranty on their work.One of the standout qualities of CT Collision is their efficiency in project completion and superb communication throughout the process. The prompt and well-coordinated execution of the hood repaint, coupled with their transparent communication, left a great impression on me. Even when I returned to address a minor overspray concern, owner Robert demonstrated an amazing attention to detail by identifying a subtle grit in the hood paint that I had not even noticed (and probably never would have). Despite the negligible size (to me) of these imperfections, he insisted on a complete hood repaint at no additional cost, demonstrating a dedication to perfection that went far beyond my expectations.The speed at which they addressed and rectified the issue was truly remarkable. To my surprise, in less than 24 hours (dropped off early Wed morning, done by 1100 on Thurs!), my car was returned to me with the hood now flawless, exceeding my initial expectations. CT Collision's commitment to providing top-notch services, coupled with their affordability and unparalleled customer service, will definitely make me a repeat customer should the need arise. Robert and his lovely wife were the most supportive people during stressful time, as car accidents and insurance dealings are. Robert kept me informed every step of the way with updates on my vehicle, calls from insurance, and reasonable estimates (price and time). The CT Collision crew had my baby as good as new in no time! I have taken two weeks to drive her around, and I m elated to say that I haven t had any issues or concerns. My 2018 Nissan Altima still has all of her spunk and charm

I can't give CT Collision enough stars, especially Robert. They very quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. Their honesty, integrity, and communication were top-notch. Living out of state, and not knowing one business from another to choose to repair my car, it was such a relief that folks like this still exist! They will definitely have my business going forward!

I cannot say enough good things about CT Collision. After talking to and receiving some estimates from a few different shops, I knew that my husband and I could trust Robert and this family business to take care of our needs. I had some paint damage to my fender and hood and the estimates at CT were the most fair AND they offer a lifetime warranty on the work they do! After meeting Robert, his wife, and son it only felt right to go with them and we love supporting family businesses. They were honest and made me feel like I could trust them. They did NOT disappoint!!! My car looks amazing, they were on point with their quote and final price, and had my car finished within 2 business days, just like they said. I am so grateful for them, and my car looks brand new again! Please see the before and after pictures! PS, don't park you car next to a horse field, they bite cars.

CT Collision is really remarkable. I would suggest anyone to use them. Completed my car quickly and looked like it had never been damaged. They were able to match the black paint perfectly. They were really really kind and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Truly can't express how great they were!

Ct Collision is the best in the business. Ive used several body shops over the years but Robert Conner is my go to guy. Without question he will do the right thing and a great job everytime!! He also calls to keep you updated along the way, which no one else does! Dont make the mistake of going somewhere else.

CT Collision center is outstanding. I have had them work on two of my vehicles and their work is amazing. They are friendly, HONEST, and due top quality repair. I do not typically write reviews, but my experience with them was so positive, it seemed appropriate. I went to several other shops who were clueless about how to fix my car latches and locks. CT Collision knew exactly what to do, immediately. They communicated promptly and accurately and did a fast, quality job. The price was extremely fair. You do not need to have been in a wreck to get great car repairs here. They have friendly experts who know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Great family business. CT was mentioned to me a while back by the guy who manages the fleet where I work. He has very high standards given our vehicles have to work perfectly. A few weeks later I almost totaled my personal truck in a collision with a deer at 65 mph. CT seemed like the obvious choice. My truck was fixed perfectly in just two weeks. The owner called me three times along the way with progress updates. They did a great job and explained exactly what was being repaired. Wow! Robert, Josh, Heather, and everyone else at CT blew me away. My car looked brand new and it is so obvious that everyone there works hard and takes pride in their work. All their work is guaranteed and top quality. They are also organized, professional, and efficient - far better than any other body shop I have ever used. The people at CT work so hard and are so incredibly fair with pricing. Robert the owner also called me regularly with updates as did his son Josh.This is an amazing family owned and run business. I will never go anywhere else again for body work and I feel so lucky that I found CT. I could not be happier and I absolutely recommend CT to everyone. CT Collision did an excellent job on our Lexus. It was a small fender bender, but they made sure to get it back to factory condition. The process was very simple, and everyone there was friendly and professional. They had the work done in 24 hours after dropping it off, which is incredible. It was an insurance claim, and they handled communication with them once the claim was approved. I highly recommend them for collision repair!Service: Painting

CT collision were incredibly efficient and worked our vehicle in in a VERY timely manner!! Their work was amazing and made my vehicle look brand new again. The people who work there (sorry can t remember names) are super friendly and down to earth! I really appreciated being treated as a person vs just a number to them. We cannot say enough good things about CT Collision and the staff. Robert and his family are first class! After getting a few estimates, we knew we wanted Robert & staff to take care of our vehicle. We had to replace the majority of the front of our Escalade and it looks brand new after they were done with the work. They also offer a lifetime warranty on the work they do! Our car looks amazing!! Thanks again for the great repair work and conversation! Would recommend CT Collision 10 times out of 10!!

This is THE PLACE to go for any kind of body repair work: I took my car here to get repaired and I am so glad I did. I took my car to two other places, and this place offered the lowest estimate. CT Collision did an AMAZING job on my car. I am thrilled with how my car turned out. Mr. Robert was great about calling and communicating, and he is an honest, hard-working man. Robert Conner was very professional, punctual, as well as provided outstanding customer service when he fixed my car. He kept me up to date every other day involving the status of my car being fixed. He was very knowledgeable in terms of explaining what needed to be done to the car and the steps to take when it comes to insurance claims. In addition, I truly like that he has a sincere Christian heart and so does his wife! They are good people! It is very obvious that this is a family oriented and customer oriented business! I HIGHLY recommend CT Collision Center if you are in need of getting your car repaired after an accident.

Hit a deer and did $10k worth of damages. I took my 2019 CRV to CT Collision. Robert and staff did a phenomenal job. The paint job is flawless and matches perfectly. My car is back to original condition and you wouldn t be able to find where it was damaged. My husband is an auto technician and he went over it very carefully and he was completely satisfied as well. Got in a fender bender that kept my door from being opened and no other shop could see me that day to get my door back to working. I called Robert at 4:30 (close to closing time) and he told me to head to the shop and he could fix my door so I wouldn t be without a car till he could fit me in for a repair. I dropped my truck off the following Tuesday and was very impressed (because of the extent of cosmetic damage) that I was able to pick my truck up the next week. I was kept updated with pictures and a brief description of what is being done to my truck. This company should take pride in how amazing their customer service is and great their work is! Highly highly recommend CT Collision for any body repair needs!

CT Collision did an amazing job on my car. The front fender of my car was dented and scratched by a large truck and CT Collision got it done on time (3 days) and it looks brand new. As a young girl going to Auburn, I wasn't sure where to go, but CT Collision was highly recommended by many locals. Kelly who works in the office was even nice enough to drive me back to my apartment so I wouldn't have to take an uber. I cannot recommend this business enough!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service. Robert went above and beyond on repairing my Jeep Wrangler. He worked diligently with part suppliers as parts were difficult to source. He also worked on my behalf with the insurance company to make sure the parts required were OEM and all repairs necessary were performed insuring the Jeep is safe to operate. Robert and his crew did an amazing job on my 4Runner. The front panel had a dent in an odd spot near the windshield. Many places in town wanted to overcharge and take out the windshield. Needless to say Robert got the job done without overcharging or removing the windshield. My car looks brand new again and the final price matched my quote. Great place!

When I first was looking to get my vehicle repaired after a fender bender I brought it to a well named repair company and it sat there for 2 months while I waited. After they said they could not do my repair I started shopping around and found CT. After calling and getting helped with getting my vehicle towed I was told they were booked up till March so I waited it out ready to hear back then. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard back about a week before March with an estimate. After mentioning just wanting my vehicle back to drivable condition it took 2 days of work and I got a call saying my vehicle was ready to pick up. Overall the service and the friendliness make CT an amazing option if you are looking for a repair. Thank you again for all the help getting me back in my vehicle.

The family that owns and operates CT Collision is wonderful, and I think that is an important factor of why their business is so great. They treat you like human no matter who is responsible paying for the repair, you or insurance. I paid out of pocket to get my vehicle's body repaired here after a minor fender bender and not only was the quality of the work exceptional, but I got my ride back within the same week I dropped it off! Efficiency at its finest. It was a pleasure working with the people there. They were knowledgable and personable, straight forward and fair. I'd go back again and again. In fact I dont trust another place in the Auburn area to exceed the experience I had with CT. Thanks!!

I just got my car back this morning. I was so surprised when Robert phoned me my car was ready because I just dropped my car yesterday morning.Other Bodyshops told me that it will take 3-4 days to fix my car but Robert made it happened less than 24 hours. A deer rushed to my front passenger side bumper so my bumper tore apart and the washer fluid reservoir was broken. Also the body part above the tire was dented.Robert was a genuine person who wants to help people like me have an accident suddenly. It s real hectic to experience an accident so I was so lucky to find him and fix my car with his help.He showed me all his efforts to make me feel comfortable and trust him more.He made a honest estimation that other shops refused to make one when I told them I was going to use certain insurance company.He checked the manufacturer parts with the insurance company s limited estimation when I was with him to make sure all things on the go.Moreover he gave me a ride back home and picked me up since I don t have a ride.It was really nice experience and I want to recommend CT collision to all who needs fix his or her car. I don t need to mention about his excellent job quality.
