I highly recommend visiting Bama RV of Opelika! For those who dealt with the previous RV business that was there, Bama folks are absolutely wonderful to work with. I definitely would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a camper or that needs to have their camper serviced.Our salesman, Chase Farmer, was a joy and he answered all our questions, knew all the ins and outs of the units we were looking at, was professional and joined right in with our family bantering . All the staff from owner to service area were terrific and knowledgeable.

Take my advice and stay away from the service department at Bama RV in Opelika! I've owned an RV for over 10 years and they are the most incompetent people I've ever met!Well it seems you had a Grand opening last year 2023! I brought my camper in during August 2023 for warranty work and replace a display pad. I was notified in September what would be covered by the warranty! I didn't hear from Bama RV until late October and they told me they were waiting on parts. Time move on until November and then I found out they had put a hole in the back of camper all the way into the bathroom. We payed a visit the next day and found the outside hole had been repaired but the the bathroom was still pending! They had done nothing on the other repairs! In December they told me the inside bathroom was repaired but nothing else! I talked to the manager and within three days all the work was completed! When we arrived to pick up the camper we found the bathroom floor was soaking wet including both bathmats and glue was all over the counter top! We also noticed a piece of vinyl in the kitchen had buckled! Your so call supervisor ripped up the vinyl and told us he would replace it when we returned for our annual warranty maintenance. The floor had been repaired earlier due to slide problems of which I thought had been fixed. So we took the camper home and discovered they had stolen nearly 500 dollars worth of fishing tackle! I called Amy Mathews, service manager, and told her what had happened! No response! We carried it in for the annual inspection and they refused to replace the tile without charging me 300 dollars for an estimate only! They told me the supervisor was not there anymore and what he told me was null and void! Your Napoleon syndrome manager needs to understand, Bama RV hired the supervisor and is liable for what he has done and said. The term "in good faith" is used in civil court to hold people accountable! I repeat, your crew at Bama RV is incompetent!

Great experience all around. George, our salesman is very knowledgeable and made the buying process so smoothe. On the day of delivery, Bryan explained in great detail everything about our new trailer. He also set up the load distribution hitch and explained its use. I am horrible with names, but the lady that runs the store was also great. Great and helpful group including the rest of the sales staff and the technicians in service. The last kudo is to the nice woman at the front desk!

After months of looking we found the right one. We Picked up our new camper this weekend from @OpelikaRV. Billy, Bryan, Melinda and the whole team took such great care of us, and on short notice. Their service after the sale has been second to none. It's nice to buy from a dealership that truly appreciates their customers.

I really enjoyed my experience with Bama RV . They were honest and Brian did a thorough walk through with the unit we purchased. Our salesman Chase was very courteous and helpful with any questions we had . I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to purchase an rv .

Long story short we were going to get our RV else where and I am very glad we decides to go with Opelika RV Center. Billy was awesome to deal with, he made the buying process from PA simple and Painless. We knew what we wanted and he delivered. Upon arrival everyone was super nice and friendly. The service Rep Bryan was awesome he took his time to go over everything with us since this is a huge change from our previous camper. They allowed us to switch everything from our old camper to our new camper right there in the lot. I have nothing but great respect for the Opelika RV center team, they were very professional and welcoming. I Highly recommend Billy he is notpushyanf works for you as the buyer!! If Icould give this team 1 million stars I would.

I took my Durango Gold RV here on August 5th for the annual warranty check. The warranty ran out on August 23rd. A needed part was not ordered for my camper until September 9th. I called and called the service department and got the same old song and dance. So on September 29th I went to Bama RV to find out why they waited until the warranty ran out before looking at my camper.Still no answers. I pulled my camper off of their lot and took it to another RV shop. Bama RV is so rude I asked to speak to mangers and the owner, was never able to and never got a call back.

These guys were great Billy was super patient when I was looking at all of the RVs. Amy in parts was amazing and searched around for an extra key for me. Bryan in the service department really spent the time to explain the features of my new trailer.

Chase and Nick were great with Walk thru and assist moving our "stuff". Very disappointed with paperwork and still unable to title rv. NO INFO TO DATE ONON WARRANTY OR MAINTENANCE CONTRACY.

Opelika RV was great! The service was top notch. We were immediately greeted by George who listened to our needs and showed us a model that matched those needs perfectly on the first try. Ronnie gave us all the numbers quickly and without pressure or hassle. The service guys, Chris & John, did a thorough walk-thru with us, cleaned everything up, and got us ready to go! Overall our experience was everything you'd want when making a large purchase. I would highly recommend Opelika RV over any other local dealers!

Everyone was very professional..Chris did my walk thru and explained everything to me in a way that I could explain to my parents who actually purchased RV. He was very polite and knowledgeable and took extra time to make sure I understood everything that he was showing me. Finally found a place that cares about their customers and are willing to lend a helping hand when needed..BRAVO Chris and everyone for making this a great experience.

The sales are service department are wonderful, everyone is super nice and helpful. They also have great deals and prices! Brian serviced our camper and made sure that everything was perfect before we left. He explained everything thoroughly and helped with any questions/concerns, gave demonstrations on how the camper works, and pointers on what not to do. Very pleased with Opelika RV Center!

We have been calling and leaving messages for a month now with no answer and no return calls. Our camper has to be scheduled for service to keep the lifetime warranty. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. How are you supposed to keep your lifetime warranty if they refuse to answer phone calls or return calls?

I wasn't sure about what I wanted or how big of an RV I needed just for me. But Chris Wilson was a huge help. Especially in the one I will be getting soon. He explained everything and how it works. Great man and knows his job and how to do it. Will recommend him to everyone!!

We love the camper, but do not expect any kind of service or repair work under warranty. Brian will lie to you for months and the camper will never be repaired. They just want you to bring it up there every year or it warranty check up and pay the $200 each time. That is what keeps the service department and then. I will never go back. Oh, and I just saw that they bent the fifth wheel mount on the RV as I was loading the camper up to take it home.

If I could give this no stars..I would. They lied about the pricing 4 different times. They also tell lies about the rebate added and act like it s running out of time so you can hurry up and sign. When I finally sat down to sign they had a whole different price than what was agreed upon. I chose not to sign from all the lies. I went with another company. Thank God I did got a cheaper price for a better camper. There were no lies and and rushing.

I have one thing nice to say, their staff was always polite, otherwise this would be one star. It took me about 4 months to get my registration paperwork to me. I called probably 20 times and spoke with someone about it since I started calling in August. This caused me to miss several camping trips, considering I can only get a 30 day temp tag. I also called about the Thousand Trails subscription they offer when you buy from them. Finally I got the paperwork with a phone number for Thousand Trails. When I called, my information wasn t even in the system. They offer a lifetime warranty and now I am very concerned about how that will be handled if I need to use it. I would not refer anyone to go here unless you live near the dealership so you can stop by to get your paperwork, if they have it.

really good and fast experience purchasing through them. I will say I m disappointed on customer service though. I have called multiple times on a scratch dented fridge , We notice when we got to our place. They have said they would call back and never have heard anything back from them.

Travelers, be aware that this place does not allow passenger riders. If they are not 4'2 or 10 years old, they can't ride.We were passing by and decided to stop here but couldn't ride because that. Kids were sad but found Urban Air a few min down the road and had so much fun.

Place was great when we purchased here. But now no one is answering the phone. Wondering if this business has been sold or has gone under. But cannot get in touch with anyone to find out. Our RV manufacturer was also not notified of the sale of our unit and we cannot get warranty work performed.
