Very rude. Didn't greet me when I walked in for service. First impression lasting impression. Really felt like I didn't belong.

I have been going to A&W AUTO shop for over a year. They are very friendly and honest. They have worked on both of my vehicles and had no problems. Very good mechanics . Highly recommend.

Fuel system. I called and told them my problem with my car cranking after putting gas in it. He told me what to do to get it crank and to bring it to him. Right away. Very nice business people. He diagnosed my car , order the part and then fixed my car. The wait wasn't that long. Thank you. I will be back.I recommends Adams & Williams Auto Center.

I worked here about 30 years ago and live out of town now. My wife was in Opelika and her low tire light came on and she called me to see where to go I told her how to get to A&W and Randy took care of her. Thanks Randy!! I have now had two experiences with A&W automotive. I have 2 children at school at Auburn so feel somewhat vulnerable send them somewhere I don t know. On the recommendation of a friend, I send their car there for a clutch cable issue. A&W let me have my choice of cables dropped shipped directly to them to save cost. Second time was for something that after they quizzed me about events leading up to the cat converters being clogged, come to find out was probably caused by an accident. I have found them very informative, honest, forthcoming, educational, and pleasant. Highly recommend them(and I typically don t recommend many car repair shops!)

If I could give zero stars, I would. I heard several horrible reviews about them, but took my vehicle there anyway. HUGE mistake. Five trips, $4000 later, my vehicle is still messed up. Every visit was more expensive than the last. They would not give us estimates, fixed the vehicle without approval, and replaced things that did not need replacing, just to rack up a hefty $$$. I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone that will listen why.
