Great place to shop, so great I got a job there. Cam has more auto knowledge than anyone I have ever known. Randy is great too! We offer almost everything for your car or truck, and if we don t have it we can get it!! Give us a shot!!

They did a great job of helping me find what I needed. Then correcting my mistake when my husband showed up and found what we really needed. It was 1 of those " I goofed " days, lol.

Will not answer phone. I own a transmission shop an they deliver parts I did not order an charge them to my account an takes forever to get my money back also when I order parts an promise a customer after being told next day it's a week later an I don't need part then I already got them. They need someone experienced not a good experience!!!

Always and i mean always have the best buying experience with the oneonta al store. Those associates go above and beyond helping myself and my family everytime im in the store no matter what the need may be. They are friendly and know their parts and parts providers and they know and call me by name everytime im in the store. I trade there weekly and i send all my friends family and customers to the Oneonta al store simply because of the associates and their well run store. My opinion they all deserve acknowledgment and a raise because good help as they are is few and far between

O'Reilly's never fails me when it comes to having what I need. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If a part isn't in stock I usually have it by the end of the day or the very next morning. Plus, the quality of parts just cannot be beaten.

I've just begun using O'Reilly's more. I used to solely use Advance Auto but after coming here and them having the part I needed in stock where other stores did not, I've now made quite a few more purchases here. The staff is always kind and very helpful and actually seem to know a good bit about what they're selling. I'll become a repeat customer for sure

Terrible terrible customer serviceI went there on July 3rd around 7:30 pm because my battery was acting up so I came to get it checked was told by Michael that the battery was bad and I needed a new one so I agreed to buy a new one from them...he installed it was very nice and I went on my way...the next morning July 4th I woke up the car was fine until later that evening and it wouldn t crank...now no one has touched it or done anything to it since he installed the battery when I opened the hood the things on top of the battery were very loose...so I got them tight enough to get me back to this store only to find out they had closed at 7:00 but I happen to catch a younger girl who works there and asked for help...she got ahold of a manager, Christian I believe or so I was told that s who he was and he proceeded to tell me that since I drove off with it working it wasn t their problem anymore and it was a holiday so they weren t going to deal with it...finally made it back home and managed to get it to Wilks this morning and they said it should have been changed or fixed when Oreillys put the battery on...I understand y all are not mechanics and if Wilks had been open when I got off work on the 3rd I would have gone to them first but I was stuck coming to y all and then didn t even do the job correctly. If you can t tell me that something needs to be replaced on a battery that y all installed maybe you shouldn t put them in at all...I have already called the corporate office and plan on talking to the district office as well...I will NEVER be back and I will be sure to let everyone know how I was treated...

If we are talking about the Oneonta store hands down awesome! Very helpful very appeasing as much as they can be or are allowed to be. They tried their darndest to resolve my issue

Place went down hill now that the store manager Andrew is gone. New boss in there is just rude. Sorry I inconvenienced you by buying a $200 AGM battery and having you put it in. Next time I ll go to advanced or autozone.

I went today for a unique lawnmower belt and I was surprised they had one. We just measured the old one and they were very helpful finding a v belt to match.

I Just left the store. Gary the man that waited on me was Extremely rude and not helpful i went in for a fuse he told me unless he had the fuse he couldn't help me i told him i had no clue where the fuse box was and he tells me well ma'am thats what your owner manuel is for absolutely rude! I will never go back there again!

The only place I do business in for parts. During the week, ask for Randy. He will take care of you. The weekend crew needs more work. They don't know what they are doing.

Ordered parts ahead of 're. Was told every thing was in stock. When I got there only half was there. Not very knowledgeable about what I was needing. Seemed to bother them when asked questions.

They resurfaced my husband's rotors and did a great job!
