Joe Hudson in Oneonta was an excellent experience. I hit a deer and they made getting my car back to normal an excellent experience. Autumn was very nice, knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and kept me informed.

They were great. The part price was high (only because it had to be ordered directly from Ford), but the labor cost was low. Very personable and intelligent staff. They kept me updated with text messages. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's

JHCC in Oneonta, AL repaired our 2012 Escape. They had some difficulty getting undamaged replacement parts from their suppliers but persevered and succeeded. The extra time was not a problem, especially after seeing the final results. My husband told them "getting it correct is preferable to getting it quickly". It is beautiful and the paint match is perfect. We were unable to pick up on the finish date due to prior travel plans but they worked with us on a later date and we are very satisfied. We definitely recommend JHCC for collision repair.

Just had our Chevy Silverado repaired here after an incident with a deer. They did a wonderful job. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work done on there vehicle

Great customer service, I was updated with the repair status of my car daily! Some of the nicest people I've had dealings with in a while! The repair guys do a fantastic job at Joe Hudson Collision Center in Oneonta, Alabama. I'm very satisfied with all the people there. I would recommend them to my family and friends to take there vehicle in for repair! Job well done guys and ladies. Thanks for getting my car repaired and looking great in a timely manner.

Extremely satisfied with Joe Hudson's Collision Center. Very skilled, knowledgeable, honest and fast. Got my truck back within the week. Everything is guaranteed as long as I own the vehicle. I was in a accident and their insurance used Joe Hudson to repair my truck.Also learned that my insurance company also recommended them.They completed the repairs in 4 days which I found to be really quick. But they did an excellent job on repairing my truck. And they offer a lifetime warranty to boot.Will definitely use them again if ever in need for their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

This is the most professional car repair facility I have ever traded with. They were extremely transparent and thorough . I knew what to expect and they lived up entirely to their commitment. I picked my truck this afternoon to find it not only repaired on time and correctly but it was spotless inside and out. I only rated them 5 stars because I didn't have an option to chose more. .

Kevin and Chris were GREAT! They answered all my questions, analyzed the problem, quoted me a very reasonable price and completed the job. I am extremely pleased with their work and will always go to them first when I need a repair. They office staff were also very polite and helpful. Great job everyone!

Just WOW! From start to finish it may be the single most professional operation I ve ever been associated with. Leadership from the top shows in the finished product. I was taken to my car by a very polite professional who went over every square inch of the repairs done. I was give any amount of time I wanted to look and comment and when I left Everyone shook my hand and told me if I had any issues to give them a call! We are so lucky to have a business like this in Oneonta that their whole focus is REALLY in customer service. To everyone in the office and the shop THANK YOU! We are very pleased with our car and more importantly with your GREAT SERVICE! Well Done!

My repair was handled without any problems. Phone calls were given good time and attention. The checkout was detailed and friendly. Easy pick up and drop off with Enterprise Rental Car during the repair. Completely satisfied with the repairs and service.

I took my daughters 2019 mustang gt in to have them replace the front bumper cover and fix a tiny dent in the fender. Upon receiving the car it was a mess. There was pin holes all in the fender, paint sags all across the bottom of the fender, and trash in the paint of the fender and bumper cover. They obviously used a second hand bumper cover because there is a crease on both sides like it has been ran up on curb. It could have been fixed during the blocking process. I took the car back and showed them what a mess they had made. The service manager said he was going to make it right. I let them know that I wasn t going to be happy unless they repainted both the fender and the bumper cover. They insisted on wet sanding and buffing the bumper cover. Upon picking it up the second time the fender looks pretty good but the bumper cover still has a lot of trash in it. The service manager said upon picking it up the second time that a lot of the trash that I had circled with a dry erase marker was bug guts. I couldn t dispute it with him the day I picked it up because it was a dark cloudy day and the car was covered in pollen. I gave them two chances to get the car right before writing this review.

Highly recommend! They did a great job on my truck! Even washed & vacuumed it! Since it was so clean,I noticed a small scratch on the side that I couldn't remember seeing before (but was probably because it stay muddy most of the time) I drive a truck because I live in the country so it STAYS muddy. They buffed/touched it up anyway! They didn't have to do that but didn't hesitate and went the extra mile! Thank you!
