Big thank you to Chris for getting my ride some new shoes! They went all the way to Birmingham for the tires I wanted and had us ready to go before we had to be some place by noon. $100 off wasn t a bad deal either!!! Thanks again for the fast and friendly service

Came here for an oil change and tire rotation, these guys are extremely efficient and kind. Won t haggle you or try to convince you need something that you don t. Thank you Mykal for excellent service and your kindness!! We will be returning!

What an amazing crew! Stopped in this morning for an oil change. It was problem free. The guys were so professional, and listening to them interact with one another, just having a good time while doing their job, was a treat.That's the sign of a great manager; the employees are happy, which means they do a great job!

This shop is my new go to. They have the best customer service I ve ever received from any shop, let alone the actual service they provide. They do not try to hustle you, only to help you. They have great people working here and you will know you and your vehicle is in good hands. Thank you Jaden and Daniel! You guys are awesome.

I pulled in and in less than a minute the staff was out at my car with pen and pad. It s 30 degrees here today. I told them what I needed and they immediately put me over the rack to address my oil issues and need. They were prompt and courteous. I would definitely come back and recommend this business to others.

So I brought my mom s car down here for an oil change and y all these people were absolutely on point. So super professional and sweet. Told me exactly what they were doing, what I need,etc. without making me feel stupid (which I get a lot at car places since I m female )100% will be returning! Thank you Jadon and Mychael!

Billy was very cool and professional. Friendly people and they were very thorough and fast. But they were extremely overpriced. I spent over $100 just to get an oil change and I didn't know it was going to cost that much until it was already over with.

Jacob and Michael are the best around. They helped out my friend so much. They were upfront about the costs of repairs and did everything that need to be done so she and/or her son would be safe on the road. Please don't pass these guys up! Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Excellent service. Very punctual I was greeted as soon as i pulled on the lot by Mykal. Jacob the Manager himself was our primary technician, and seeing the interaction between Thomas, Billy, Ross, Mykal, and the manager made me see how much of a family they are here. It was a pleasurable experience, and i will be returning

These guys take care of their customers! Top notch! I ve been blown off about my truck, took it to these guys, told them what I was feeling, $20 advanced inspection, told me what was wrong with it, got me a quote and had it back to me even before they originally planned! Considering they are FULL service, they will get ALL of our business from now on! Instead of waiting on my shocks to come in, they found them and went and picked them up! They were able to align my truck with no trouble! I have a lifted mega cab dually. There s nothing they can t do! Thank you so much to Jacob, Tracy and the rest of the crew!

Very professional quick and treated their jobs very seriously. They even gave us a free oil change bc the system flagged them for one for something the oil change in trusville did. These guys are great I recommend them to everybody.

I went and had my battery tested and was told that it was a bad battery. They tried to sell me a battery even though there was a sticker stating the battery was put in in July of this year. Instead of telling about it and advising to get it replaced under warranty they tried to scam me. I also went to multiple different shops and had it tested and it tested good at every single one. Do not trust them as far as I can spit them

The best service I have received! I have been going to express oil for 15 years and today has been the best out of any other place I've ever been. Chris B is exceptional, he never pushed anything on me but gave me recommendations and was completely honest with me. He has integrity and that can be hard to find nowadays. Highly recommend him and express oil!!

Honestly, I called and when they told me $40 for a normally $10 tire plug, I just didn't waste the gas. I know the economy is bad but that taking advantage of people. This is a 10-15 min fix and asking $40 is just scamming people. Sorry Express, but you're JUST NOT WORTH IT.

I used this location for the 1st time today. The staff was friendly and the service was very fast. The attitude of the staff was the best! I am older and don t do business with rude or unkind businesses. This place has the best attitude of anyone I have dealt with in a long time. I have used Express oil in other locations but this one in Oneonta is the best! Go see them for your next service. I was not reimbursed for this review!

I cannot express my gratitude for the job these guys did for me today. I brought in a absolutely impossible task and they didn't hesitate. After a wreck a few months back I destroyed 2 of my wheels so I ordered some new ones but needed the old tires swapped on the new wheels that being said these are 26x14s and that alone is not a simple task. They not only swapped the tires but replaced both wheel bearings and were able to achieve a alignment on the 26x14s with a 9 inch lift. If you have anything you need done bring it to these guys please the attention to detail and mechanic skills and knowledge is unmatchedin Alabama I've never used a express oil change before in my life but I will never go anywhere else. Thank you again guys and I'll be seeing you soon for the nextt rou d of upgrades.

I took my BMW in for an oil change & I mentioned my heater was not working so they checked the coolant instead of deferring me to the dealership which wldve surely found something very expensive that needed to be fixed. They were professional, in & out in 15 mins, inflated my tires to correct pressure. I recommend this business.

I was one of their first customers on Friday. The staff and manager were all friendly. They worked seamlessly together. Everyone seemed to enjoy working together and they were very attentive to me as a customer. They explained and made suggestions to keep my vehicle in top shape.
