I put my truck in this shop to repair an exhaust leak, $500 later when I picked it up after nearly a month and a half I STILL had an exhaust leak. Took it to another shop and have picture proof where evolve broke bolts in the head and stripped manifold bolt holes out of the head and broke my dipstick somehow among other things they messed up that they failed to tell me about. I tried to reach out to see how we could get this fixed because I m now having to pay another shop to fix the messed up and broken things that evolve caused. Of course I get no response from them though. I would not take my vehicle here for anything ever again. They lied to me, broke brand new parts and still put them on, said they swapped gaskets that were never swapped. Overall it seems like they just thought I wouldn t catch these things or I wouldn t take it to a different shop since I had already paid them so much money. Terrible customer service, terrible vehicle service, and overall terrible experience. The last thing he said to me was yeah it still has an exhaust leak when that s the whole reason I paid him $500 to get it fixed.
