Very helpful staff. I usually love this place, but that day, there was no one in line. I had to wait for 10 minutes, and then, he passed me off to someone else. It's usually much, much better!

I've been coming in for the past 3 months and I've gotten an amazing service by young lady named Michelle. She has been very knowledgeable and help me with all my needs. I think this young lady needs a raise or something in the company because every time I go in she's smiling she's happy and she always greets me at the door. Thank you again Michelle for your 5 star rating for me

I orderd my cherry bomb glass pack online. I went to pick it up at around 6pm the same day. It was ready and very easy to check out. The people was nice and friendly. I would recommend going here for sure.

The only reason I give it a three is I stopped to change my radiator hose after work. A five minute job turned into a whole forty five minute job. I asked for a pair of channel lock and they gave me the smallest black handled plyers I could barely use. Other than than after twenty minutes of a co customer trying to help me with a language barrier included and me trying from a little mishmash box of sub par tools. What I assume is the manager in charge the only person who though to put an effort in helping. Brought be channel locks and a screw on set of clamps which I used one of to get it handled. It took a minute but I was able to change it in the parking lot and be on my way. I'm a woman Andi understand the co customer trying to help but if he had moved sooner I would've been able to finish it up bc honestly he wasn't doing anything I couldn't have done. I just wanted this stranger out of my way say I change it now from three to four. It's not their fault.

The Oneonta AutoZone is hands down the best store in Alabama. I really appreciate the way Michelle goes out of her way to help people like myself get the parts we need fast when they are not in stock.If you need any auto part. Call AutoZone first. You wont be let down.

I went into the AutoZone today first thing I seen was a female waiting on people I said oh Lord I hope she don't help me a woman don't know you don't know what I need well another guy started helping me come to find out had to call her over to find the parts I need well her name was Michelle and I got to say it was a great experience she's very helpful and I give her a two thumbs up thank you AutoZone and Michelle

My prime place for auto parts in Oneonta. They seem to have a better stock of parts to fit my vehicles. They can answer questions that i need answered and their prices are in line with what their online store gives. I think they are cheaper as well.

I went in there to get prices for a part that I needed for my car and the gentleman was very courteous and looked everything up on the computer and double check to make sure I have the right car and the make and then gave me a quote on the price and even printed out a receipt showing me what the part number was and in fact that the part was in store and all I had to do was come in and pick it up and pay for it and they have a cool reward program they gave me a card and sign me up for it and they're very knowledgeable even with older model cars I highly recommend it for someone especially a woman because they give you an honest fair deal

I've been to O'Rieleys and Advanced Auto Parts multiple times and always got mediocre service, but a friend of mine that owns a speed shop told me I should try Auto Zone and they were right on point and super fast. The employees seemed eager to get me taken care of and were alot more knowledgeable. I will plan on using AutoZone from now on.

AutoZone often has my part for the best deal. The staff are equipped with the information i may need. Very reliable. I purchased a water pump for my explorer and received warranty and a was explained a convenient extensive return policy.

I went to AutoZone to ask for assistance with putting in a tail late for my car. George really helped me. He went over and beyond his customer service. I would recommend him to anyone that goes there. Thank you George for helping me!!

The staff here is always helpful and the location is easy to get to. The Duralast brand sold here is very good for the price. The reward system is great too

Waited in line for 10 min to get 2 simple parts from off the shelf and they helped 2 people that just walked in instead of the people actually in the line. Why have a checkout line if you aren't going to honor it?
