On 26 January 2024 was involved in a car accident, Jacksonville state trooper deemed car un drivable and had it towed. Taylor Automotive was location car towed to, on that day I called and informed them I am approving release of care to my insurance State Farm who would come pick it up. Since it is the weekend myself and my husband both called again on Monday approving the release to State Farm. Once State Farm got there they would not release it. I called Tuesday speaking to Taylor he stated oh yes I left them a note to release it . Finally that Tuesday car was released and they had to drop the storage fee because it was their fault. I go today to the secure location State Farm had car to get belongings including car tools, insurance card and several other items to find EVERYTHING was stolen. Now the secure location was very professional and secure, I called Taylor automotive and the girl stated oh yea I saw some of your stuff in your car (why was she in my car), then she said yes she spoke to someone on that Friday and Monday, but she wouldn t release the car then tried to back track, she then said well your back of car wasn t shut (the back of my car was hit from behind it was shut and couldn t even be opened) she made several excuses to why my stuff was not in my car and why she would not release my car to the insurance. She cares more about who said the company was sketchy than who is stealing at their company. Was a couple hundred dollars worth of items and money and one item I can never replace from my 4 year old nephews funeral. The company tried to get money out of the insurance by keeping it there and stole all of my I belongings when I have already been dealing with traumatic stress from the crash. Would never recommend this company!

My semi broke down near Lincoln, AL Friday afternoon, Taylor's Towing responded real fast to the assistance needed, took me to the mechanic shop safely, the owner and operator is such a friendly, professional and honest person that even after he dropped me off, he kept calling me to see if I needed help, I highly recommend Taylor's Automotive for your trucks needs if you're ever in a breakdown situation in the area.

Stole my wrecked car off the side of a public road. Didn't let me know for over 2 weeks. Now, they want 1500 bucks for a totalled car that they stole. See you in court, thieves.

Difficult to locate a valid phone number for via online! I had spoken with the receptionist one afternoon about the steps I needed to take in order to regain possession of my vehicle that they had impounded. When I told her that I really didn't even want to get my car from them, only my personal things out of it, & that I have the title for it too; she then mentioned me signing over the title to them in order to waive/void out their "recovery fee $35" to retrieve my things out of the vehicle. I was not able to make it by there to get my car bc a family member was involved in an accident and needed my attention more. Weeks pass.... couple of months, I again reach out to them.The receptionist informs me that "your car has been sold". I asked "what about my personal things that were inside?" ??She really had no answer to give me.I can't believe they sold my car in less than a years time at that! I believe it was maybe 6-8 months my vehicle was in their impound before they took it upon themselves to make a profit of my misfortune.

I met Mr. Taylor through work he seemed honest! To my knowledge, he wants to line his pockets and take advantage !! I had him come pickup my vehicle so his shop would make money and he charged me for the tow ? No , Mr. Taylor you fooled me , you sure know how to get into the pockets of a person. Worst-case was he kept my vehicle for 3 months! Good that I had another car. Best part is the phone call I got !! Asking what my bill was for 2 months, finally got the bill , now he wants his money.. wow ,desperate or deceived? Get my vehicle back and towed back home , HIS SHOP could not fix it correctly!! That is a dishonest place ! Thanks for bad service

They towed my car when i needed it on a time line. Service clean. Services were fast ,on time and reasonable. When finished my repairs were completed and professionally done. Ive had some since repairers completed. My car is running fine. Thanks to a experienced shop.

Called them to tow our pump truck after we broke down. They came IMMEDIATELY! Their truck was gorgeous! Largest, cleanest, nicest tow truck I have ever seen and the driver was professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. Will definitely use them again! Thank you from Ultimate Plumbing and Septic Sevice!!

Headed back to Taylor Automotive as we speak (on time this time ha). Through a rather unfortunate serious of events my car was impounded in a rather bothersome way last week... Fortunately my mother my sister and I were treated great by the staff who handled all of the strangeness with confidence and a light-hearted consternation. Great facilities and extremely well kept.Services: Vehicle purchasing, Part finding & extracting, Vehicle rebuilds, Vehicle wrecking

If I could give them negative 5 stars that would be gracious. They want to charge me $248 for a 1 block tow. Then laughed behind my father n laws back. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but them

They were really friendly. Went to get my tires rotated and balanced. So far so good. I had my 2 year old with me and they even brought toys out for him to play with.

Would not let a mother with 2 kids pay 70.00 to take the car her only form of transportation he didn't have the car hooked up and only money she had very rude behavior what has the world come to no kindness at all hope he don't ever need to be in the situation himself. GOD BLESS him

50.00 for a 2 mile tow not bad but said they fixed the car broke down again the next day. They are friendly but not good at fixing the problem
