This particular walmart will not cover the road hazard repair that you pay extra for. The workers are incompetent and lazy. Took my truck it for a patch, balance and rotation.1st, I waited for 40 minutes while 4 employees (2 working 2 watching) tried to figure out how to turn off a Tire pressure monitoring light on the one car that was there ahead of me (3 open bays, 1 car getting worked on by 4 people ) and yes they were unsuccessful.2nd once they brought my truck in an employee came out to tell me they would not cover the screw in my tire because it was outside the first tread (see attached picture). He said it was Walmarts policy, saying this is what Walmart considers sidewall , if that s the case Walmart needs to stop selling this service because anyone that knows anything about tires knows this IS NOT A SIDEWALL. What this guy is telling me is that Walmart will cover approximately 30% of my tread 3rd It took them 2 hours to balance and rotate tires. Being that it took this same Walmart an hour to balance and mount these same tires 8 months ago, I think it s fair to say these workers are lazy and or didn t know what they were doing.It should not take almost 3 hours for balance and rotating tires. Walmart, you are in fact, a joke.

Somebody lied. "oh, we can't fix your flat right now, we're only taking appointments. You'll have to book that online," but if it's possible, to book a flat repair online it's buried so deep it might as well not exist."We have a technician coming in at 11am"... So what really happened is one of your morning techs didn't show and someone told the cashier a story to tell. I don't know what the issue is with this location, but the auto service has gone downhill quick. It's really making me question my Walmart+ subscription!

They don't do alignments. At the advice of a staff member, we ordered our tire off the website and intended to bring it back there once it arrived. They said it would be 3 days. Over a month later, it hadn't arrived. Cancelled the order. Meh.

There is one employee in particular whose name is Michael Armstrong from my understanding he hasn't been there very long but I have to say if I had anything to do with it he would have a raise and he would be moved up because he is an excellent employee and he deserves to be acknowledged for that I will be returning.

I was a bit hesitant to order my tires online. I'd never done that before, but by ordering your tires yourself you can save a lot of money and still get the tire you prefer. So I went to the Tuscaloosa Walmart first to attempt to get help ordering my tires. They were *not* interested in helping me at all, so I left and went to the Northport Walmart. I'm so glad I did. The manager (female) was so busy, the phone was ringing like crazy, there was a line of customers, and she'd just come inside from unloading a bunch of tires off a truck! Yet, when I told her I was hesitant to order my tires myself, she was super nice and took the time to help me and assure me that ordering was easy. I left without ordering to think some more about it, and came back the next day. I spoke with another young man and he helped me order from his system/register (vs my phone) but gave me the Walmart.com Roll-Back price that showed on my phone. We ordered them, the tires were at the store the next morning by 11am, they installed them, changed my oil, and in just over 2 hours I paid and drove off with my new tires. It was the easiest thing in the world. All the employees, including the mechanic, I came in contact with relating to my tire purchase and installation were courteous and helpful. I cannot think of any reason not to give them a 5 Star review. So I did.

The gentleman that assisted me with the after market system in our corvette was very knowledgeable and experienced in car audio systems and he went above and beyond by actually helping me install the part and making certain I didn't even have to leave their parking lot before I had my audio system up and working properly. He more than exceeded my hope of just getting the correct item I needed & any expectation Wal-Mart could have required of any of their employees as well. I am very grateful for him and his willingness to help me. Wal-Mart has one employee that they should definitely be giving a raise to soon!

This place literally takes forever. I had a tire installation at 12, which should have taken an hour. I didnt leave until after 3. Not to mention there is barely anyone servicing the area. I had to walk around for hours trying to keep my toddler occupied. I had an appointment but clearly that didn't help.

If I could give negative star I would. Lug nut caps are not lug nuts. They are never meant to have any socket put on them at all. Well new tires are worn-out . Because they never rotated them even though was told they were . And caps on lugs are messed up . So new tires are bad . My caps are bad and I'm stuck with problem. Horrible oil change services! My husband has gone here a few times to get oil changed and has literally waited hours each time, enen when there were only 2 cars ahead of him. My husband has seen the employees literally sitting around while he is waiting. He just went yesterday and ended up having to leave without an oil change after waiting 2 hours. He asked at one point how many cars were in front of him and was told 2. An hour later guess what? There were STILL 2 cars in front of him It's charity than anyone else around until you factor in how much your wasted time is worth. He called to speak to a store manager but he was "unavailable." The employee told him the manager would call him last night but that never happened. Unless you enjoy spending hours at Walmart, at the very least 2, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Says they close at 7. Arrived at 6:30 for a simple tire plug. Was told they are not taking any other orders because they had to "clean up"Customer service at Walmart is secondary to getting off work early

I asked them to change the battery, they did it an it broke the radio.They were in charge 15 minutes of the car, the radio was working before: they say they have no responsibility for that event... They were not helpful or knowledgeable to find solution.

The mechanic refused to look at my tire because "the tread was uneven." It's amazing how I took it to Firestone & they didn't seem to have a problem

Went for oil change Full synthetic better price than everyone else.Went at opening and service was fast. Very satisfied. Will go back.

The slowest service I have ever had at any auto care center. Was told an hour to get an oil change and after an hour they haven t even brought my vehicle in. Should have read the other reviews.

Husband takes car up there for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Been there over two hours and was there before two other cars but now he is behind those cars in terms of service?

If I could give it a minus I would terrible service. Waited close to 3hr to change 1 tire. But the workers take there lunch like clock work.
