This was a great car wash when it was Overflow. Since the changeover, there was no communication about it changing. My unlimited plan worked, and then didn t. When I tried to change it over, their system wouldn t work right. Not sure what they changed, but the wash doesn t do as good as it used to. Leaves several spot untouched on my wife s car. The vacuums sometimes works. Go back to the Overflow days and let that be a model. The staff was friendly and seemed to care and the pre-wash area is nice to have. Also, for the $26 wash, some towels would be nice to have after the wash.

Ended up being charged three times for one car wash by this place because the employee who ran my card said it wouldn t take my card and he ran it multiple times. All of them actually charged my card. Contacted the company via website to get it taken care of; got no response so I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Will not return.

When this wash was Overflow it was really good and we were members paying $34.99/mo. Since Take 5 took over it has gone downhill. The pre-wash/wheel wash area will have little to no suds and dirty brown water. I normally go in the morning before lunch and the water will be brown.The tire shine does not work. You can snap your fingers after rubbing your tire.The wash never gets all of the bugs off of any car we take through.The first spinning brush on the right side hardly touches the car.The speed through the wash does not allow the final rise and blow dry to get all of the soap off if your cowl holds water and soap.I reached out to Take 5 and got good customer service from them in terms of response but the location NEVER reached out to me and did not make improvements.I just cancelled out membership yesterday and will look forward to the new carwash coming in 2024 to the intersection of 82/43.

I tried their service. The pre wash is dirty, greasy brushes. I own 5 cars. If I wanted to do a pre wash my self I wouldn t go to a car wash. So I canceled at the store and he confirmed I canceled. Then I get billed 39.95 December then January. I tried calling corporate and no people to answer my call they refer me to the website. I can t get my refund through the website so what do I do. When you bill someone after a cancellation that thievery.Update I went back to the store with proof from my latest car wash and I was told the would refund my December payment they wrongfully took. Only cause corporate took over I later found out so they figured I wouldn t notice or what. They still haven t refunded my money and you can t talk to a human, only a machine and they don t return calls. Shame on you take 5. I ll be suing for fraud and damages next . Don t do business there. Pre clean is nasty and brushes scratch and put grease on your vehicle . Go elsewhere I promise you will be happier.

Although they were fantastic when the first opened as the months have gone by that same feeling ad worn off. Their vacuum usually has some sort of issue, and the fact that they don't have two types of nozles for it is a serious negative considering the other options available. On top of that, the detail center is usually not stocked with required materials, and lack of mat cleaners really prevents me from giving, this location a better score.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FOLD YOUR MIRRORS IN. Had an incident where my car was damaged by the car wash (ripped off the cover to my mirror leaving all the wiring exposed.) While the workers were all very nice and did try to help, it was HELL to get through to their claims company and receive reimbursement, and I had to drive with a damaged car for over a month. Just know if something goes wrong here, it s going to be 100% on you to be persistent and get it resolved; they aren t going to cater to you even if it s their responsibility.

I came in today even though it was raining. I had worked on the car yesterday so it was covered in antifreeze and oil. Got the medium grade wash and it was good to go.

ETA: after much work on my part, this was refunded.Be careful. This car wash will take your card information and fraudulently charge your card as if you've signed up for some kind of membership. Their phones are additionally undergoing some kind of "service" so that you cannot speak to anyone and you get routed through their ridiculous chat bot on the website.

Wow has this place gone downhill. Rug cleaner is always closed, staff literally doesn't do anything. Pull in straight? Stop here? Spray your grill? Nope stand here and wave. Could probably accomplish more with a blow up Santa Claus

I really like this car was. It has a lot to offer for the amount you spend. The employees are always so nice. The car wash always gets my car sparkling clean. I like that they have free towels to use to dry and polish your car. The vacuums always have good pressure.

A great and inexpensive car wash. Can do a monthly membership and wash daily if you prefer. The interior floor mat cleaning machines all work unlike some other car washes in the area like Marc-1. Friendly employees always willing to help you out when possible.

Try to avoid this place at all cost 5 vehicles came out damaged and unclean. They don t handle things very well from the workers, managers, district to corporate they only want your funds don t care about your satisfaction or damages. Pure GREEDService: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

They didn t perform any services. My last trip through the car wash left grease on the driver s side of my vehicle. I m going back by today 4/17. I have the unlimited washes. I used the vacuum for the first time. It worked really well. And the floor mat washer is awesome!

Love love this car wash. My car is always perfectly clean when I m finished. It s so nice to have the extra cloths for detailing. I also love the air hose and floor mat cleaner. Also the dash cloths are a nice perk. Hopefully the air fresheners will be back soon. I do wish the vacuum system had a different nozzle. I have a hard time using the crevice tool to vacuum. I would give 5 stars if the vacuum system had a different nozzle.Service: Vacuuming

Love this car wash! While the wash itself is automated, they provide you with extra tools to clean your car the way you want it done. The vacuums are very good and they even have these little air compressors at every vacuum station so you can use it to blow out those hard to clear parts of your car, particularly around the dash and cup holders. It may be a couple of dollars more than the other car washes but it just cleans better.

Car wash is great and vacuuming area is clean. Attendants are also nice and friendly! The only item I wish they still had are the complimentary dash wipes & rags. Understaffed. No soap in the brush buckets....just dirty water. Drive through gates broken. Inconsistent application of products in the wash. No floor mat washer anymore. This used to be my favorite carwash in Tuscaloosa but a big step down since the changeover to Take 5. I'll be going elsewhere now...

Been a long time customer of this location (since previous ownership), and sadly it seems like new management wants to drive customers away. Thankfully, there are still managers left from previous ownership putting up a good fight against a horrible company to give customers the best service they can!

I was very pleased with the outer cleansing of my car. However, I need the staff to do the interior cleaning of my car as well. I m a senior citizen and have serious back issues. If you perform this service, please advise.

When Andy owned this place the display on the right showed what wash you were getting. Now it don't. We pay for the best wash that's drafted out of the bank every month. Even if I'm getting the hose, my mind will be at ease if it would just say I was getting what I paid for.

Well stocked supplies to clean your car with. Machines work. Only thing I noticed was allot of trash in parking lot. First time since they opened I noticed it. Seems to be getting worse over last month. Not as many attendants as used to be so may be reason. But still a great experience. Hope they try to keep up as Northport is notorious for letting facilities go down over time.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing
