Bought a t550 bobcat and I ve ran 13 hours. It s had to have a back idler, track idler , bucket tilt actuator, only 3 ounces of oil in the drives which carry s 12 and no dates on when any filters were change . I say beware.

bought a used telehandler from them sight unseen I was told it had been in their shop inspected and was job sight ready. I live in Ohio so i paid a trucking company to bring it up, as soon as I backed it off the trailer it started leaking fuel wile chasing the fuel leak i found broken motor mounts which they were kind enough to send me (the wrong ones) ended up having to put a new injection pump on it and buying the right motor mounts from a jcb dealer here long story short im in a 33k machine another 5k in repairs and havent had a chance to use it yet. after I informed them the motor mount was wrong the ghosted me and will not return phone calls

I dont usually take the time to do reviews.But I Wanted to take the time and say thanks to Leslie in the service dept.I purchased a Massey Ferguson GC1723E back in the spring.I have been EXTREMELY pleased with its performance.But I had an issue with the front end loader.Called Leslie to set and appointment to bring it in.She told me what to look for before going to the trouble and time down to bring it in.She was correct it was a loose hose connection.5 minute fix and I was back to working!Oh and by the way I should have taken time to make a review before for my salesman, Jason.He was great also. Basically did everything over the phone and I came in and picked it up with ease. I explained to him what I needed and was looking for and he made the perfect selection that fit my needs.Thanks to both Leslie and Jason for my experience with Artec Tractor and ownership of my Massey Ferguson GC1723E

I got me a Mahindra from Artec. The Team was super friendly and helpful. Had a price from a dealer 140 miles away, with personal pick up. They came as close as they could and delivered to my door.10.18.2022Update, I had an issue with the Tractor, this was properly my fault, talk to the Team, the Service Manager called me back and gave me directions to fix this issue in minutes.This is a company I like to deal and work with.Now I have to drive by again and get some Drone Pictures from Artec and get them on Google. Artec thanks for your support.I keep to my promise.Highly recommended.10.18.2022More than highly recommended.

I bought a 1840m tractor 2 years ago from them and it was a fantastic experience then, and now I've had them add a 3rd function and grapple to it and my recent experience was still fantastic.I will definitely buy my next tractor from them!

Thank you Artec. I was hesitant, buying over the phone from out of state, but everything went great. I delt with Jeremy sales, and Carmen finance. Called about tractor on a thursday, talked to Jeremy. Called backed Friday morning and bought it, Carmen gave me instructions how to wire the money, did that the same Friday afternoon. Tractor was delivered that next Monday. I have had the tractor for a month now and everything working just like it should. 2018 Mahindra 4550. Great buying experience, would recommend to anyone. Tractor was what they said it was.

Kristy is amazing and went above and beyond. We purchased a Spartan zero turn as a gift for my dad. She made sure it was the right option for the property since we are out of state and could not be there to see it. Paid for delivery and two hours later it was delivered. Thank you very much Kristy!

I had been shopping for a tractor for awhile now and called Artec to make an appointment to come in and see what he had on his lot. I had been looking at Massey Fergusons the 2850E but I thought Artech didn't carry any longer. When I arrived I saw several to choose from and Massey Fergusons too. I looked at the Mahindra and I liked those but somewhat had my mind on the Massey Ferguson 2850e in which he had in stock!! The price he (Jason) gave me was much better than the prices I got from others!! I was going to use my bank but it turned out that he got me a much cheaper rate plus insurance was cheaper too!! I signed the papers and they even delivered today!! Nothing to say other than this is a great place to buy a tractor!!!!

You never know about online companies anymore but Artec and Jason have been the best. I purchased a 28,500 backhoe and the transaction was flawless! I would purchase another piece of equipment tomorrow if I needed it and have every confidence that the transaction would be just perfect

I own a Bad Boy mower and have had it for 7 seasons. Artec has always done my service and parts replacement. They have a friendly staff their and always done a great job and they let you know what needs to be done before any work is done other than what you told them what service is needed. Pat has always been fair and honest. Thanks Artec for keeping my Bad boy it top shape! Go see them today for a new or used mower. You'll be glad you did!

Yes sir, I agree, lets tell the WHOLE story. I paid $8500 with the money from my insurance company and the the tractor was supposed to be like new.At that time I inquired about taking the $8500 and applying that to a new tractor, but was discouraged from doing so. Then after getting it fixed (except for the brake issue and algae in the gas tank) you only offered me $5,000 for the tractor. My tractor was rebuilt at Artec with the assurance that it would be like new. (It is 2012 garage kept and looks new with 40 hours.) It cost $8500 to fix it, but Artec would give me no trade in on the tractor and after it was rebuilt they would only give me $5000 trade in. I would have done better taking the $8500 and putting it on a new tractor and you should have told me that. The general consensus is that you made more money "fixing" the tractor for $8500 than letting me use that insurance money towards another tractor. And no sir, it wasn't your fault that I ran my tractor into a pond (cheap shot by the way). The fact is you made out handily by charging $8500 to work on a tractor that you say is only worth $5,000. (Slick move) This is and was an integrity issue .

Have bought all my Stihl equipment from there.as well as parts to date.Scott in parts is GREAT very knowledgeable and very helpful.I buy olser Stihl saws and add them to my collection. Scott always gets the parts for me.GREAT people to do business with.i have bought literally thousands of dollars of Stihl parts there over the years and will continue to do so.anybody that says Artec is bad is just plain mad or sense less.their good prople and they will treat you right!!

I spoke with Daniel at navuoo regarding a sparta n mower and trailer. I had straight cash and we agreed on 6500.00 out the door. I looked around and even spoke with cory at the jasper store. It was going to be closer for me to go there and pick one up. He said he would have some in that next week. He would call Tues one way or the other. Never head from him. But I called Daniel back and the price we agreed upon went up 200.00. not what we agreed upon. To me you're only as good as your word. I had CASH. who turns down cash? we bought from them in the past cant say I will now.

I took my 2014 Bad boy Elite lawnmower to be serviced for the upcoming season, I asked that the engine oil be changed and the hydro motors ol be changed then adjust the control arms and while they had it check! I repeat check the deck bearings and belts, I left my mower on fri feb17th when I called on fri the 23rd to see if my mower was ready they were still working on it, they without talking to me took it upon themselves to replace all of the deck bearings, all of the idle pulleys, both belts, the battery adjust the control arms tighten one of the hydro motors and sharpen the blades at a cost of $665.99, now let me just tell you this machine only has 217hrs on it and all of the deck bearings have been changed once already two of them by Artec so why did all of these things need changing all at once? The answer is they didn't! Now the parts representative did say he was sorry that nobody contacted me and offered to run it back through and put all of my old parts back on but! Who's to know what I would have after all of that? Besides after taking a whole week I don't have the time for all of that!!! UPDATE!!! Artec tractor reached out to me and told me that they made a mistake that I should've been contacted before any repairs were made and given the option to decline the repairs, let's just say they made it right with me and gave me their deepest apologies that they do not do business that way and I believe they are sincere so once again I would recommend this business, let's just chalk this up as a breakdown in communication. Thank you Patrick and Artec Tractor for making this right.

I have bought everything from small engine products to chain saws to utility trailers and have had nothing but the best service out of Artec Tractor and their products. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

My elderly father in law has spent several thousand dollars there and wanted to talk to the manager about a problem and was talked to like a dog. The employee there even said some nasty words to him... i would never do business with them if they were the last place on earth... they even told my father in law they were a multi million dollar business and didn't need his whining attitude business...not a good way to run a business at all..

I had previously rated them 4 stars based on purchase experience. Due to there cruddy service and maintenance I am reducing that to 1 star. If you buy it from them I would find another place for maintenance. I will not deal with them in the future.
