I went in to get my Brakes checked after a little wobbling when stopping. The guys were great. Jennifer Fuller was there and very helpful and they got me back on the road within two hours. Texted me to let me know that my car was ready and gave me a lifetime warranty on my brick pad, so I don t have to pay for brake pads on my car ever again. Thank you!

The best of the best!!!! I have been using them for years and will probably use them forever! I m always a wreck when I walk in because if I am there .that means something is wrong. But I always walk out with a smile because they are patient, friendly, and always do a great job!!!! They have been a true lifesaver for me more than once! A+ every time!!

Cannot thank the staff enough for a job for addressing my concerns, quickly making the needed repairs, and earning a customer for life!I had a slow leak in both rear tires and took the vehicle to a local dealer and was told there was nothing wrong with the tires and sent away. An appointment was made at Shoals Tire & Wheel and they found the leaks, a nail in each rear tire, and made the necessary repairs.They have earned a customer for LIFE and I highly encourage you to give them a chance to address any concern you may have when it comes to your tires as well!

These guys were grate from the start where everyone else was charging 2 to 3 timesore for the same product these guys saved me a lot of money and wheny truck needed some new parts again they came to the rescue and explained on detail what I needed and as I puckerd and asked how much again it was so affordable and reasonable I would have been stupid to refuse the repairs these guys are awesome and I'm glad I was directed to them they are fair and the quality of there work is empeckable

These people have always been the best in the Shoals area but yesterday I was I was overwhelmed when I arrived and when I left I felt peaceful. They were extremely busy, around closing time and they went over and beyond checking out my truck and charging me nothing for their time and patience!

I was needing a set(20) lug nuts for my wifes Durango, when I got there they were closed but unlocked the door and sold me what I needed and even gave me a discount!! Great people, great service pleasure doing business with them! Will go back and recommend them 100%

This is without a doubt the best place to go in Muscle Shoals to have a tire repaired or replaced. I ve brought in two different wheel and tire assemblies that I removed from the vehicles, one being a 22 x 12 wheel and tire with a -44 offset which nobody else local could do and they did that one and another one I brought in on a separate occasion FOR FREE!! Great customer service experience. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

I had a wonderful experience at Shoals Tire & Wheel . The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and they re very dedicated at providing great customer service. Prices are affordable and reasonable and very fast service . I had 4 new tires mounted , balanced and had an alignment done in less than 2 hours . Definitely coming back . Make sure to schedule your appointment!

Second vehicle I have taken for alignment both came out great. One was a dodge dually which has always had alignment issues, not any more still driving good year later. Last vehicle was a sequoia with 190000 miles drives like new. Great job!

Had an issue with boat trailer tire. Service guys patched it and had me out within 30 mins. Great guys, very friendly and didn t charge for patching tire. I will be back with all my tire needs

Jacob is super friendly guy. Definitely good to have him at the front greeting customers as they come in. Staff overall seems super solid. Type of customer service I have yet to find at any other tire place.
