First, the call goes to a service, not the dealer. So, they have to call you back. Then, when they call you back to find out what you need, they have to call you back with the answer.Also a 6 quart oil change with filter change $111+. Too much. Getting the full synthetic oil I prefer and the Motorcraft oil filter changed at another location, $66

I waited in line for 30 min. I was ignored. When someone finally asked if I had an appointment, I said no. Everything on the website and signage showed no appointment needed. She stated they are short staffed and the one lane out of four that was open, was about to close for lunch. If she would have acknowledged my presence to begin with, I would not have wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break.

They were late getting me in even after I made an appointment. I had to ask them if they checked all my fluids they didn't went back and had to add fluids. Paying $120 for an oil change I would expect them to check all the fluids in the car. I've always used Fast Lane since I bought this car I will not be back.

Quick in and out oil changes and friendly service. They also call and follow up to make sure I was happy with my service. 5 star service.

I've been getting my service done there for the 2 years I've had my truck. I'm never there any longer than about 45 minutes and the truck runs like the day I bought it.

We had a appt at 9am but it took them 2 days to do a recall that was a 15 min job

Every time I come there is an issue. If you arrive early they make you wait 10 minutes or so. My appointment today was for 7:30. I pulled up at 7:31 according to there clock. The lane was backed up 3 cars. The service advisor walks out at 7:37 and says i was late so I would half to wait 30 minutes which turned into longer than that 8:23 to be exact. When I mentioned to him I pulled up at 7:31 he said our appointments are tight and if you are not here we take the next appointment. This used to be the best place but it has changed dramatically in the last few visits. Once my service contracts are done I m done with them!

I had a recall on my car and went by to talk to them about it. They scheduled an appointment to have it fixed for me. Told me it would take 2-3 days, which was fine with me. My salesmen made sure that I had a car to drive while it was being fixed!! They got my car done in one day!! Great job! I highly recommend them. We have been a customer of Long-Lewis, Muscle Shoals for over 27 years. I won't go anywhere else!!

They are understaffed and failed to notify when repairs were complete on my vehicle. Good people but management needs to consider adding techs when one needs to leave early in lieu of making people sit on hold for 45 minutes to check and see if a repair is finished after being at the shop for over eight hours.

First was meant by a girl with a attitude,that was not so nice. Then everyone was standing around eating watermelon and talking. Finally after 30 minutes or more my oil was done. The guy who checked us out was nice, wish I could say that for the rest of them.

2 years I have been taking my truck in for oil changes. It was convenient because I live a few blocks away. Every time I ask them to grease the front drive shaft. This has to be done on all 4x4 4th gen dodges. They did not do it at all, ever. Not only is it real dangerous if the front drive shaft locks up. They flat out lied every time. The service manager said he would get the needle grease fitting and address the deficiency. It has been 16 days and no word from them. They lied and put me and my family at risk.

only thing "quick" is the way lose records so they dont have to honor tire warranties, to many places to get tires and service to be treated like this

I went to get brakes said I didn't need them it might be my master cylinder but they were all very nice to me and there was no charge
