This place is great! Sam is the most amazing car salesman and these people don't charge you for all kinds of strange things the price is the price. They also don't work off commission. I HATE to car shop but Sam made this experience as easy as possible. I'll definitely be back!

I bought a car yesterday and the process was so simple and easy! My salesman was Tamarien Davis. He is so sweet and professional and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. If you go, definitely ask for T!

There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would recommend this place! Or any other Long Lewis auto dealership.They have zero communication in house @ the Muscle Shoals location between customers & the service department & management. It s UNREAL how long they will put you in a loaner vehicle and not give 2 cents why your vehicle is even there to be repaired. Heck if I had of known previously, I think I would have just continued driving loaners .And add my trade in was sold quickly so I didn t have the opportunity to get it back. Regardless of 3 day warranty.Then receive a check from them MANY MONTHS later with attached paperwork stating that the attached check was to be paid to me and after 2 months in my back Long Lewis played the VOID CHECK card and have nothing to say about it.I wouldn t trade a POK�MON card with LONG LEWIS!!! PERIOD

Used to be a great company, now they just have a real scamy vibe. They won t give an honest price on a new or used truck. It took two days to get a final price on a truck and it was 4k over the no haggle price. When questioned about the price the salesman literally just walked away.

Back in the day when it was Family Ford I could give this place 5 stars without hesitation. Now, when I need parts either nobody answers or when they do answer. They never call you back when they say they will. I tried calling the parts department several times a little while back and nobody answered. I needed to go to muscle shoals anyway so I tested my theory and I was correct. My phone rang for 25 minutes and I walked in the parts department and they were just listening to the phone ring. I told them I had been trying to get in touch with them to order parts and they say the lines are down when they were clearly ringing in the parts department.

Molasses Service at this place. Too busy playing switchum to call you back. Three weeks for a sensor and still not done. Pitiful.

We operate a fleet of vehicles used on a daily basis. We have taken them to a number of dealerships when mechanical or body issues arise with much disappointment. Then one of our employees mentioned Long Lewis in the Shoals. I was hesitant with our office being in Huntsville, Al, but with the responses we have had from all of the local dealerships, I though why not. That is when I met Samuel Moon, with Long Lewis Service Dept. Since then we do drive or haul all of our repairs to him. He responded quickly and efficiently to keep our fleet rolling. Thank you Samuel! We will not be wasting our time going anywhere else, even if you are over an hour away.Services: Transmission, Brake service & repair

My key fob died tonight and I was able to get into the car but could not figure out how to start my car. The alarms were going off and it was a very stressful moment. I called the service department at Long Lewis and Dominic Phillips answered the phone. She was the absolute sweetest and tried so hard to help me get my car started. I finally figured it out and was on my way, but I wanted to be sure to mention this young lady because she went above and beyond for this stressed out gal! Thank you Dominic for all your help!!

Purchase of new vehicle- This dealership seemed to "really have it together "compared to some others. Our salesman was Blake Stutts. He did everything he could to help us with discounts etc. and had great knowledge of the vehicle. Time is the real test of any business, so far I am happy.
