I am a 81 year old woman. I have been using Jiffy Lube for a few years. Store 3956 in Muscle Shoals has an honest trustworthy and pleasant employees. Tyler, the manager informs customers with all information, including the cost prior to doing the job. Donald, the mechanic who replaced my rear brakes, took my car at a time to accommodate my schedule and did a very good job. My car is never left messy/dirty or anything but first class service.You have great people working at 3956 and they take very good care of me and my car. Thank you

Prices are so high and I am sure they are reasonably competitive but the last time I got an oil change it was like $75 and this time it was $130. They need better coupons to give customers a better break and they absolutely should offer a multi car discount if you bring in more than one vehicle. Service was great though and they were very attentive and informative.

This place is amazing! Came in to get my oil changed, and they even vacuumed out the floor boards real quick. So polite and talked through every process. I could tell they all were sick and it was cold out, but they did not allow that to deter their customer care. Thanks, Jiffy Lube Muscle Shoals!

A friend brought his car in to be serviced, he sat in the lobby while it was being worked on. After he left he counted his money he had in his middle console and was missing $$$. He called and the guy got an attitude and cussed him out. They had no business going through his car the way they did. No one should HAVE to hide their money in their own vehicle. It was not in plain sight. They were searching through his car, so don't trust anyone there.

The service at Jiffy Lube was outstanding. The employees are above friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable during the service and satisfied afterwards. I will definitely be using Jiffy Lube again and I will let others know of my experience there! Keep up the great work guys!

After going to a box store competitor and being treated poorly (waited in lube line as directed for over 20 minutes only to then be told they decided they were NOT going to change my oil!), I was afraid I would not be able to get my oil changed before my trip. I decided to stop at Jiffy Lube on Avalon Avenue, Muscle Shoals AL. The gentleman met me on the sidewalk and was eager to assist me. He told me to have a seat and he would take the car around and into a bay to get an estimate of cost before doing any work. He came back and told me the cost and what all it included, I gave him the go ahead and within 10 minutes I was completely done and at the cashier counter. The building was spotless and the employees were so friendly. It was refreshing to go somewhere that still believed in GOOD customer service! I will definitely go back!

Quick, friendly service. Went in for an oil change and asked the technician if my tires needed to be rotated too. He said no, which was a pleasant surprise since most of these places try to push services. Had a $25 coupon which was nice. Overall good experience.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for a long time. I am upset because I had to return four times to have them reset my DIC. Yes I can do it but I needed to make a point. I shouldn t have to make a second trip. Also I thought they were checking all the fluids. My radiator was bone dry the manager told me. I don t understand why it wasn t checked all the times I ve been in for service. One other detail I m very concerned about is there s a different manager in charge every time I go for service. That doesn t set well for your customer service. Yes I would love to receive a call

I am a regular customer for this Jiffy Lube. Employees are friendly and professional. I appreciate their attention to servicing my vehicle. They have always done that little extra, always with a smile, and it keeps me coming back.

They are very friendly, fast, & efficient. They changed my oil, checked everything, went over possible trouble spots, vacuumed out my vehicle, cleaned windshield, & even offered me a free water while I wait. Didn t take long. Recomend using the Florence location instead of the Shoals one. Went in to do a quick oil change, they said the were about to close. Had more than an hour with 1 car in front of me. Drove to the Florence location and got completed way before closing time.

I went for an oil change but he let me no I needed a battery so I wouldn't burn out my alternator didn't want to so I went an bought one they are good people an awesome they let u no major problems that save u in the long run love this place

No one was in line, but cones were blocking the bays. Three men were standing around. I asked about an appointment, and he said it was first come, first serve. I said okay so can I get an oil change? He stated he just let everyone go for lunch. He said they were so busy that is the only way they can get a break. Again, workers are just standing around. Why don't they rotate lunch breaks like everyone else? I was trying to get a quick oil change on my lunch break.

Super friendly on call, knowledgeable about my questions, took care to provide exactly what I needed, offer upfront estimates and educate me before any additional services rendered, and zero pressure- all with the friendliest disposition despite the 100plus degree temperature we were experiencing that day, oh and the lobby was nice and cool with TV , reading material and free beverages for clients ! In and out in , think I was 15 min maybe!

This week, I went around lunchtime expecting to have to wait. I was taken right in and the whole oil change process was maybe 20 minutes. I suppose this is unlikely to happen each time but I was impressed with the service and the staff. I have been here before (last summer) and had a similar experience. That day I waited for a few minutes before my car went to the bay, but it was fine. Great so far! Will probably return.Service: Oil change
