I have bought 3 buildings from H & H buildings in Muscle Shoals over the years. The most recent in April of 2024. I m impressed with their phone etiquette, their personal etiquette and overall friendliness. The delivery went off without a hitch. The two gentleman that delivered and set up the building knew their business and did a great job. The building s themselves are well built and have never leaked. It s all good!

The sales person Rusty was very friendly and if he didn t know the answer to our questions he asked rather than guessing. We were accurately informed of what was and was not included. Delivery was on time, friendly and done correctly. Very excited to get it filled up and jump in!

I highly recommend H&H Truck and Outdoor in Muscle Shoals AL. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for several years now and will continue to do business with them. Bill Brownell has went above and beyond to find what I need and I appreciate his dedication to customer service. Great people! I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business!

I recently shopped here for a hard to find accessory for my side-by-side. Lo and behold they had the part. I had the pleasure to deal with Rusty, a sales professional, at the Store in Muscle Shoals. I can t safe enough how accommodating Rusty was. He was also polite, personable and professional. I needed this part in a timely fashion as I was leaving on a trip with my side-by-side. Rusty made sure I had the part in plenty of time for my trip. Thank you Rusty and H and H for a great shopping experience at your Muscle Shoals store. I know H and H in Muscle Shoals will be first on my list when I need something in the future.

Bed cover installed in a timely manner and the operation was explained throughly. Very happy with the cover and the service I received from the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Price was also reasonable.

The people at H & H were great to work with. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful in getting exactly what I needed. The installation process was quick and easy. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back the next time I need accessorries for my truck.

Bill was very courteous and helpful on the phone and answered all my questions . The text messages to confirm appointments was very handy and appreciated . The job was done great and in quick fashion . The sitting room was cozy and could easily spend the day hahaha. I would higher recommend this establishment to anyone looking for truck and car supplies and services for accessories. We had a tow hitch on . And sheesh we almost considered buying a hot tub .. great prices in sales . Thanks so much Bill . Sorry don t remember the name of the other young man , but he was great too!! Thanks so much !

Very competent, knowledgeable people .. answered all my questions about a bed cover pros & cons of each style and I bought the unit that was recommended . Also they started installing the cover right on time and finished early . I ve already recommended H&H to two friends and they have definitely earned my business.

My father purchased a building from them a few years ago. When called to see about moving the building to another location, they said that it would cost $900 to move it. They should offer that service after the amount that they get for the buildings. So before you purchase a building from them, just know that you will be charged to have it moved to another location if you ever need it moved (moving, etc)

Great service, new brush guard looks super on my truck. Staff very helpful and was very patient with an old man going through 2nd child hood. Not my 1st time with H&H and will not be my last.Went back and got my light bar under the tailgate on. Looks great and very happy with it. Very visible and far better than those cheap auto store brands.

Excellent work! There was a blemish on the bed cover that was installed and they gave me the option to reduce the price or to order a new replacement. Excellent service and attention to detail. I would recommend H&H in Muscle Shoals to anyone in the market for truck accessories.

Great customer service I bought my pool from Dylan. He also found rain guards and weather tech floor mats for my Toyota Avalon. I would recommend anyone that is looking to by a pool or truck accessories go see these guy
