Soon as I entered the building I was greeted and everything was explained to me perfectly. Came in to get an Oil Change and asked about a wheel alignment. Wasn t able to get the alignment but the whole experience was still great. It was also my first time using Firestone and I can say that I will be coming back. Thank you Firestone and the team members who helped me and my car.

If I could give 0 I would I would not take my vehicle here again. I would recommend nobody take a vehicle here. Oil Change and alignment done here did fine on the alignment oil change not so much...picture clearly shows the "warranty" seal not broken and an oil filter that was 3/4 of a turn too loose. The Fram is one that I put on correctly you can see the difference in the fit of the filter to the housing in the two pictures.

The team was friendly and efficient. When there was a difficulty ,the tech explained it very clearly and quickly. I have and will recommend this location to my friends, and this visit was my mom's truck. Really honest employees, that won't try to sell you unnecessary services or parts.

I had a 2:00 o'clock appointment. I took my car and dropped it off at 11:00 o'clock due to having to be a work. When I got off work at 5:00 o'clock after I got off work, I had to wait on my car for 30 minutes before they were still working on it. I had a 2:00 o'clock appointment. I shouldn't have had to wait.

Onye & his team were in incredibly helpful with my college student who was having tire issues two hours away from home. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have. We will definitely be using this location and recommending to everyone we can.

These guys went above and beyond for me. I went in for an oil change and they made me aware of a very dangerous problem and made sure my daughter and I left there safe that day! I gave them a 5 star review but if I could give them 1000 stars I absolutely would. Never taking my family s car any place else besides this Firestone! Absolutely 100% recommend them for all your car service needs! And if they can t fix it they will send you to someone who can!! Absolutely love these guys! Thank you so so much!! Where most places have thrown customer service out the window just because they can. This place was awesome. They took the time to explain what was going on and made sure that I understood the consequences for not fixing it. They took care of what I needed Awesome experience. The shop was very clean, staff was courteous. The manager explained every thing to me to include it would be a couple of days to get the diagnosis as well as a couple of days to complete the repairs.

Brakes went bad on my trip, took my car in for repair, they ordered parts and replaced my rear brakes. Took about 4+ hours out of my day, but, I didn't have an appointment and they worked me in, so can't really complain.

Bad customer service with lack of communication. Work took far long. Performed inspections that were not necessary only to find out the problem was the alternator like they were told. Over an $1150 charge for a battery and an alternator that took almost 2 days. Definitely would not recommend.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, BatteryServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I took my car in about two weeks ago got my oil changed. I checked the oil b4 I left the parking lot. It was at least a half quart low. So they didn't fill it up all the way. Also was told to come back when the electrician was there to check my headlight harness out to have it changed out. I just called and asked if he was there. The guy on the phone said he was there but not to bring my car in because he was tied up. I ask him if I could bring it in just to have him look at it and price it and the guy said no he is tied up for today. Well I guess I will find another place to fix it then. Also I was priced $34. For my oil change when it was time for me to pay it was $50.they didn't do anything extra to my car. No I will not be back.Service: Oil change

Couldn t ask for better service. They ve replaced my husband s tires and did a diagnostic on my engine. Unfortunately the car wasn t fixable but they were quick to let me know and explained it very well. I was expecting to pay for the diagnostic and was told I didn t owe them anything since they couldn t repair it. They told me it was bad business to charge customers when they didn t perform any repairs. Every time we have called or gone by we ve spoken to Ronnie. He s a great guy and is very honest. He ll make sure everything is taken care of and will get you the best deals available. Great people and will be taking my vehicles here from now on!!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

A whole set of tires a year ago. Because of some incorrect alignments from them the tires were already wearing out improperly and all needed to be replaced. I don't trust them and will never bring my car there

Three visits, Three different techs, one being the place's "master tech". Wasted time, gas and money. Be fine if they'd tell me straight up from the beginning that they don't how to do something. But telling me "that's just how it is" is less than I could of done myself. Third time's the charm, and ended up leaving with an alignment more crooked than when I came in.

They are the absolute slowest, place ever. I even made an appointment for my work vehicle because I had to go out of state and wanted to make sure all the fluids and all were brand new. I arrived early for my appointment by roughly 5-10 minutes. They have 6, maybe 7, bays...there were 3 vehicles in the shop, 2 people actually working, 4 workers just walking around, and 3 more just standing outside smoking/vaping. After over an hour of waiting for them to just pull my work vehicle in the shop it then took them another 30 minutes to start on it. After they FINALLY got it down from the lift it sat there for another 45 minutes while seemingly everyone walked outside to smoke, talk about who could do the least amount of work that day, etc. After taking nearly 3 hours for a job that should take 20 minutes it is guaranteed that I will NEVWR bring any of my vehicles here ever again. If you have nothing to do all day but just watch people do everything BUT work, bring your car here. If you have stuff to do and are in any bit of a hurry, take your vehicle to ANYWHERE else other than here.

Everything here is highly over priced and they will try to con you for services you don t need. I was told I need my brake fluid changed when I just had it done less than 4 months ago. My battery is fine and doesn t need replacement either. Be careful when coming here for service.

I took my car in for a simple oil leak that was going to charge me over $300 to fix but I wind up taking my car to another mechanic shop and parts and labor was only $120 and told me there was other parts that needed to be replaced but only needed tightened up so no would not recommend this place to anyoneService: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

They re nice people but they don t know what they re doing. I live an hour away & they had me driving back and forth all week. Didn t have the right part and they couldn t find one. I finally found it. Then on my way home they called and said the tires I had got was the wrong size and wouldn t fit. I stopped by a place on the way home and the tires do in fact fit.. wasted my time and money!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

They worked me in the same day I called. Said be there at 3pm. I was and got in about 3:20 and out by 4pm. Battery test and new battery install. I will go back there again

Get you the Firestone credit card!! It helps so much when you need certain work done an helps keep you from spending so much out of pocket. Great business an great employees. see Ronnie for all your car speciality needs he will get you taking care of!!!
