They got me in fast and clean. Everything Was explained, and I really enjoyed the service. The person that done the service on my vehicle was Corey he fantastic and thank you for everything.

I love going to Express Oil on Woodward Ave in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Today my technician was Corey. He did an excellent job with the oil change and we had a great conversation. He is definitely an asset to the team at Express Oil.

Do not bring your car here, I had a horrible experience and I know several other people personally who have as well. they do not know what they are doing and it will cost you more money. I came in for a simple oil change. A week later, my oil pressure light came on. I took it back and the manager said it looked fine with no leaks but that they would charge me 80 bucks to run diagnostics. I take it to a different garage shop to have it looked at. After two hours, they find the oil filter was leaking onto the wiring harness for the oil pump causing the fuse to go haywire. I had to pay 140 dollars to correct the mistake of a 50 dollar oil change. I took my truck back to express to let them know they were wrong, and in fact, the oil filter was done improperly which caused me to have to get it fixed. The manager refused to make it right by any means and said that because I let another shop look at it they wouldn't cover it. So not only does the manager and employees not know what they are doing, but he couldn't admit that the oil change was wrong when another shop had to fix their stupid mistake. Once the oil filter was replaced by the other shop and wiring fixed, my truck works great again no thanks to the idiot manager at this express oil. This place has poor customer service and cannot even do a simply oil change right. Why in the world would you trust them for anything if that can't do that right? DO NOT GO HERE. Learn from my mistakes.Update: it's been over two weeks since I left this review. The comment below said to go to the website listed and fill out the info and they would call me. I filled it out the same day and have not been contacted at all to at least discuss the issue. These people are crooks and liars at every point. There's a million other auto places in the shoals. Do not use these morons.

We had an unfortunate issue with another oil change service and they had closed for the day on a Saturday. Oil was leaking badly and we needed to get it fixed immediately. Kevin and his crew did an excellent job in finding the issue and getting it repaired for us. They were honest and documented what had been done wrong at the other oil change business we will no longer use again. Express Oil is the only place we will be going in the future. Thank you guys!!!! They showed excellent customer service in a professional way.

In a hurry this morning, with a tight schedule for the day, Came by express oil change here in Muscle Shoals, as I was overdue.. Corey was fantastic! He was very kind, took care of all my car needs, even to include a fuel system cleaning, in a very timely manner, all the while keeping me updated. Highly recommend! Heidi Slappey

I travel to the area for work during the winter and I only trust them with my vehicle! They ll let you know what s wrong with it but they won t push it if you don t want a service which I greatly appreciate. Quick, affordable service with a friendly smile!!

Came into the shop to get the tires checked out and ended having the pleasures of dealing and talking to a gentleman named Corey. He was extremely polite, helpful, and comical. Definitely going to be returning when the time comes.

They stayed an hour late on a Saturday bc my tires were bald and I was headed out of town on vacation, they were so wonderful to help me out much, they did such an amazing job, and we so nice and professional!!!!

Very professional, courteous, and overall everyone did a fantastic job putting a new set of tires on the company truck. They kept me informed and up to date along the whole process, told me what number I was in line, when it was being taken back to the tire bay and when they were completed along with an itemized list of what was done and how much it cost. The only complaint, concern, what have you, that I need to express is the valve stem covers that were on my rims before they put the new tires on. Not a real big deal, but this will be the 3rd time that I didn t get the stem covers back that I purchased. Initially I thought they were only fixing 2 tires so, before I arrived I took the covers off those 2 tires and put them in my pocket but they worked on all 4 tires. They did put 4 of their stem covers on and I appreciate that, I just wonder what they do with all the peoples valve stem covers .Anyway, they do great work!! And offer a great service experience!! Just everyone remember, if you are having tire work done and you have got custom stem covers, take your valve stem covers off all 4 tires before you get there. Just a tip ..

Great experience here at this location. I came to get my oil change. As soon as I pulled up, the customer service was amazing. Told them exactly what I needed. Corey was the one who changed my oil for me & his service was phenomenal. He was respectful, friendly, & had great customer service! Tri City Manufacturing brings all our vehicles here for service. Never had a problem and are always going out of their way to make sure the trucks are road safe.Corey is very informative and polite.I bring all my personal vehicles here also.Really and truly the best place I have found for service in the tri city area.Thanks guys.

I have used this place for YEARS. my headlight went out and replacing the bulb didn't fix it so I took it for a fuse test. Why the hell does a fuse test cost 80 damn dollars? That's ridiculous. And please for the love of God stop doing things to cars ppl don't ask for just to charge them. I love this place for so many reasons but everytime it's not an oil change I've had a terrible costly experience and it shouldn't be that way. Helping ppl will go a lot longer way than charging outrageous prices for things that should be free to everyone. Especially repeat loyal customers.

Great customer service ! Definitely a return customer in the future! I would recommend this to anyone needing AC service .. Kevin Potter is definitely an outstanding employee knows his business about AC .. definitely recommending to all my friends in north Alabama ! That you so much! They offer veterans discount to all veterans ..all you gotta do is ask !
