Little late posting this, but I came in a few months ago and I received the best customer service I've ever received from a store like this. I accidentally drove to the wrong store, but they helped me check my battery and alternator anyways. So helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable that I bought a part I had no intention of buying just because I wanted to support the company that supported the gentleman that helped me.

Advance Auto is my go-to store for all things automotive. Tonight, I visited not for automotive needs but guitar needs. I'm a luthier (I build, repair, and restore guitars) and tonight I needed a fine polish to restore the gloss to the lacquer of an old 70s guitar. They didn't have what I was looking for (Meguire's Mirror Glaze #9) but the guy was super, super helpful and friendly. The friendly service, competitive prices, and amazing savings when using coupons for online purchases are why I will come to Advance again and again.

These workers know what they are doing. The man came out and checked using a hand held device to see if our Alternator was bad. It was not. This was a blessing to us and this whole string of stores is exactly like this. Excellent service and helping you keep costs down by making sure you get the part you really need.

These stores have the latest of car detailing supplies, but if you try a product and don't like it they won't return it, even if you've only used a small amount with a receipt. Check reveiws of products before you make your purchase. Pricing is around the same as everywhere else, if another store carries the same product.

I order a mirror for my car. It took awhile to complete the order and pay( they were training someone).well I went back 5 days later to pickup my mirror and they act like they didn't know what I was talking about. Finally the manager came out and told me they couldn't find it at there warehouse and gave me a refund. He was very short with me and borderline rude. I wish I had just not stopped there. It was not so good if visit.

I went in to get an oil filter for my car and told them exactly what I needed. Well the lady rang up the wrong filter and I didn t recognize it til I paid and picked up the bag and it was way to heavy. I told her that was the wrong one we got it corrected. I paid almost $18 for that and I knew the one I normally get is only around $10-11. So she gets the receipt and is scanning it to refund the difference and i thought it was completed so as I am walking out I check the receipt and nothing was refunded. I go to the back double check the pricing before saying anything went to the front to advise her there was nothing refunded. She proceeded to tell me that I seemed to be in a hurry so she was going to let me go ahead and go but in order to refund the difference I had to swipe my card again. So if you have anything with a price difference to be refunded make sure it actually happens and you get the receipt.

Best auto parts store in our area. The staff is so friendly! Competitive prices and they can tell you all about your repair/upgrade, not just sell you a part.

I ordered online and went inside for pickup. All the workers were polite and helpful. I didn't have to wait long to get what I had order, and they even help me find a tool I wasn't able to find on the website!

Fantastic, loaned me tools to take battery out, tested battery and alternator. Couldn't be more pleased. Went to Auto zone and they wouldn't help me. Will go to advanced from now own
