Purchased tires with lifetime balance and rotation. Store hours open at 7:00 only one worker showed at that time. Spoke with Management with no response as in help from him. At 8:30 my truck was off the ground. Spoke with another Manger still didn't have much to say. Would not recommend Moulton Walmart for tire center.Sonya was a great help she was the one that showed up on time.Service: Tire rotations

I made a 7am appointment. They finally opened at 730am. All I needed was a new tire put on and a rotation. I waited over 2 1/2 hours. I was late for work. Thanks Walmart!! Hope you enjoyed my visit to your tire center. I will never be back.

Bought a lifetime balance and rotation 56,000 miles ago. Managed to get it done 3 times. The last time I lost a center cap and all 4 tires had different air pressure. Wal-Mart claimed they have proof from video cameras it was done properly. Prior to this it had been about 12,000 miles since the last rotation. I had made numerous attempts to have this done and was told it would be about a 4 hour wait. Another attempt I was told it would be about 3 hours. Again I was told they had now idea when they could get to it. I asked to make an appointment but was told I couldn't. I now have a set of Michelin tires with uneven wear. A waste of $36, a waste of a new set of Michelin tires and the toll it takes on a person who has to try to communicate with people who have no communication skills and just don't care. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

They did me wrong today !! The MANGER told me they was close cause they didn't have any works .... There was him an 4 other males standing . so i went about my shopping over I was done over an later i was leaving to automobile ... He was telling the 4 males that she said she waited outside in line for over an your ... So that why we went ahead and changed her oil ....OH REALLYCAUSE I HAD DONE THE SAME THINGI CALLED ALSO BUT NO ONE ANSWERED !!! BUT THEY DIDNT CHANGE MY OIL !!! ?????What made her wait better then mine ... He told me to come back tomorrow ... Yeah right !!!

Was there for one and a half hours for a oil change. I got there early to be the first one. And I was no one else was in line.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. Took son's Chevy truck to have oil changed and 2 days later all the oil had leaked out. Oil is all over the bottom of the engine and truck has to be put in the shop. Thanks for your inept attempt at changing oil Walmart.

Was told 262. Out the door for tires then charged 274. After tires had been put on r told they can take them off

You have to make your self very clear say it load and to everyone you talk too or you could get charged more other than that the service is good
