Okay so I got a lot to say about this place but I'm not going to say it all and most of it's good there's a guy in there that must work at least 100 hours a week and I'm not kidding his name is Chris best store manager I've seen for a store ever he and his crew have just done a bang-up job everything I've Ever Needed they've gone above and beyond way above and beyond to help me find what I needed and you know they can't really control the price so I can't really say anything about price because it's a corporation but that's another story altogether this individual store is top of the line five stars all the way across

I went in for multiple things, one of which was a relay that was being used for something other than its original purpose, which made it hard to locate. Jessica not only located the part but made sure it worked before I left and had a great attitude outside in the heat. By far, the best customer service I've received at any business in a long time!

I don't see any reason to give anything other than 5 stars. The workers are great. Bob usually always helps me. They're great workers. Everything inside is easy to find and always stocked good and if you can't find what you're looking for, the workers are happy to help.

Employee came out in the rain to test my alternator and my battery. He removed my battery and installed a new one. They had a wide range to choose from and he didn't pressure me to buy a more expensive one.

Amazing service with a smile from Chris the manager at this location! Ive driven all the way from Arizona to visit family but broke down here. Thought I was gonna be stuck cuz parts are difficult to get for a saab but he quickly found a part that would work instead! My hero! Thank you thank you thank you

I was coming home from work and the waterpump went out on my truck! Hunter went above and beyond what I could expect to help me get back on the road! He checked on me several times because the heat was so bad. He made sure I had cold water and the tools I needed! Simply great customer service!

It's a good place to buy parts. Their rates are competitive and they are helpful. My only complaint is the front counter employees seem to take phone calls more importantly then they do a customer who is standing there.

Had to get a battery for my 2001Ford F150 but only had so much I could spend and they man helped me out so I didnt have to spend over $100 for one. So helpful and friendly.

I like the service and the extra time they spend on getting the right parts for you I've recently purchased 2 Duralast kits serpentine belt kit and Water pump with clutch fan kit it was the lowest price for the parts that I found in Moulton AL for my 03 5.3 gmc save your self some time and money with auto zone

Seeing an indicator light on one's vehicle can cause anxiety. Thankfully, those that work at the Auto Zone in Moulton are there to find out what needs to be done to get the issue resolved. I appreciate how they share their knowledge in addition to treating their customers with respect. So nice to go to a business that goes the extra mile so you can go a lot of extra miles in your auto with ease.

My sister needed a water pump, my grandma went and got her what she needed. Then I'm told that it cost her 140 bucks plus tax. This is on a 02 Tahoe. Gave her the most expensive one they had at the store I'm assuming because O-Rileys and Advance had it for 60 to 70 dollars. After that it is doubtful I'll be shopping at this location again. Is it my grandmas fault for not looking Into what they cost a bit more? Absolutely!!However that's still taking advantage of a little old lady after quoting my sister a 100 price for that matter (which is still too high for a water pump on this vehicle...) and this was a store manager that did this, not just some punk kid.. Thats just low down as hell if you asked. She was literally charged double what they go for!That is why I won't be back in that store...

I highly recommend this AutoZone in Moulton Alabama. I had to call the store several times before bringing my mothers car in with questions about her battery and every single time they were so kind and helpful and professional. When we took my mothers car in they went above and beyond to see what was wrong with the battery and get it fixed. This was during COVID-19 and they had a plan in place where we could stay in the car during the whole process. Every single one of the employees we were in contact with her so kind and knowledgeable and professional.
