This was by far the easiest and most professional car buying experience that I have ever had! James was the BEST salesperson ever. He listened and was very easy to talk to. Super friendly and family oriented. Please go try them out for the best deal in town

I am so thankful for Vanessa and James for helping me get into a ride! It was a long process but they made it happen and were so patient and gracious. I strongly recommend them. I m happy with my purchase because I got what I wanted, my car is backed by a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty, my down payment was affordable even during tax season (which was impossible everywhere else I went) and my monthly payments fit my budget and pay schedule. My vehicle was priced at market value which was almost unheard of right now. I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle, to go see them. They can help you regardless of your current challenges (credit).

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE LATE ONE TIME DUE TO CASHING CHECK WITH NO ID TOLD ME ON A WEDNESDAY THAT I CAN PAY SATURDAY HE AGREED AND TOLD ME TO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN. Saturday Morning after a shower my car was gone. TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY 900 to get it back! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (MR.PAT) ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED WE TALKED FOR 2 minutes AND HE SAYING HE DIDNT SAY ASKED TO PULL THE RECORDING HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER. CALLED ALL DAY TODAY 1/8/24 ONLY WAS ABLE TO SPEAK ONCE HAVE CALLED PLENTY TIMES BACK ADHD YET TO RETURN CALLS ONCE I MADE IT OUT THERE I WAS TOLD HE JUST LEFT. HE KEEP ADVOING ME AND THATS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL PUSH MATTER S DUE TO ME NOT HAVING THE CAR A GOOD MONTHIf I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WILL

If I could write a review and give them zero stars I would. These people sell cars that are over 10 years old and then have the nerve to add 21% interest on top of that The cars are lemons and they do not last! TRUST ME YOU DO NOT NEED A CAR THIS BAD!!!

Worst car iv ever flipping had got it and not evena week of haveing it the dang Thang had to be In the shop this van socks the key fob don't work correctly . Just don't buy from here these cars do not last long and are lemons you would be better off walking then being broke all the time from constantly fixing their lemon cars

Worst experience I ve ever had!!!! If you are late paying them even only owing them 100 dollars they will try yo repo your car I was sick and just had gotten out of the hospital. Even though I was waiting on my disability I still paid them something every week. The owner talked to me like I was nothing. After this situation thank God my disability started and I payed these people on time every week. Then after paying a year and six months the motor goes out and that s all on me. They want me to pay a car note of 520 plus pay for the motor. I am on a fixed income there is no way I can do this.If I could turn back the hands of time.I would never have done business with them. They are terrible.

I went everywhere trying to get a car but with my credit no one wanted to give me a chance. James got me approved and into a 2011 chevy equinox. I really want to express my appreciation to him because he really helped me when no one would. James I'm in the LR family now

WORST CAR LOT EVER!!!! They pray on people with less than perfect credit!!! Also immigrants!!!! They sell lemons!!! It s easy to get a car from them but trust me you will regret it!!!! TAKE IT FROM MY EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Our sales agent was extremely sweet and professional. She was very helpful in working with our down payment options and getting our monthly payment in our comfort zone. Even though she was fairly new she did a great job. And we LOVE our new family car
