I took my XT5 here for an oil change, first time using Express Oil Change.Jackson was the tech that took care of the service, he was courteous, attentive and professional. In addition to the oil change he explained options for additional service but did not try and hard sell me on any unneeded parts or service which I greatly appreciated.I ll definitely start using Express Oil Change for all my service needs on all of my vehicles.

I had to get an oil change this morning and my experience was awesome! Jackson is the one that waited on me and he was very compassionate, professional, kind and made the experience very smooth and gave great suggestions for a few other things my car needs. It didn't take long at all either! Thank you Jackson for the great service!

Patrick and his team stayed late for me to come by and get an oil change on my way out to Little Rock! I m from Atlanta and was driving out to Albuquerque for a work trip..I called about 10 min after they closed and he said come on by we will wait for you!!! So very kind!!!!Amazing quick service done with smiles on

Had a blowout on the interstate but was able to drive to Express in Moody. Fortunately they had a tire that fit and had me out in 20 minutes. I was able to get my uncle to his doctor appointment with 10 minutes to spare! Thank you!!!

I always receive professional and excellent service each time my car needs servicing..Mr. Andrew always explain to me my needed parts, he makes me feel as though I understand exactly why these particular parts needs replacing..I really appreciate him explaining to me da function if each part., I don't feel as if I'm being encouraged to purchase uncessary parts..Their turn -out time is very short, they want have your car for 3 weeks ..been there before with another Shop ..Im very well pleased as always ..thank you Mr. Andrew and staff

I was going on a trip and pulled in to make sure everything was fine(oil, fluids, tires). Jackson helped me check everything and I was confident when I left about traveling! Great service and great young man checking my car!

I really like to say thanks for fixing my car, and I appreciate the attitude of every employer who works at Express Oil Change, in Moody, AL, 35004. They do a really good job with seeing every detail on and in your car, the inspection is worth it, the work they do to repair your car parts are worth. 1/10, I give Express Oil Change a 10! Had a blow out on the interstate headed to work last week Kaci was so helpful the entire way through they went and picked up tires to get me back on the road within the same hour great staff and great attitude will definitely be back again for my service!

Just pulled in minutes before closing time, and was met with such gentlemanly care! My tire light came on and I was an hour away from my regular Express Oil Change, so I pulled in quickly to get it checked. Jackson checked and filled all tires and treated me as if I were family-never making me feel like it was 5 minutes until closing time. Great service. Great attitudes. Great care. Jackson would make any wife, mother, sister and boss proud. Thank you sir!

I am currently, this very moment, at the oil exchange location in Trussville.I just this past week the day before Christmas had my oil changed at Leeds and now I had my car break down and had to pay for a tow for a busted antifreeze line which will cost me over 500.00The reason for this post is because a few months back at my oil change at Leeds location I had a situation where I had to spend over 1200.00Is this coincidence or not?I wonder very much and have decided to never use the Leeds location again.I have my parents who are in their eighties along with groceries we had just purchased up the street at Walmart with me.Fortunately, I have just gotten my parents a ride with the groceries.We were all three at this location for over two hours.Again, this has nothing to do with the service in Trussville. I'm grateful they are here, but as I said, the service provided by the Leeds location just last week has left me upset, depressed and devastated that Everytime they have completed simple oil changes, I have had major problems of great expense with my car.Please forgive any incorrect grammar or punctuation.I'm too drained to reread this review.Robby Duty

Great service and extremely quick. Glad I didn t have to spend 2 hours getting in and out. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and that was waiting for another car to finish up in front of me. They were quick, friendly, and thorough. This is my 3rd time to this location every time has been great service. Thanks Express Oil Change Moody.

On a road trip, just needing gas and oil, I see the store. Never been there before. I truly appreciated he explaining everything and asking me questions that I haven't had in a while.........for an oil change. Real quick and friendly service from Austin. I've been bringing both of my Toyota Tacomas here for a while. It has always been $70 some odd dollars to have the oil changed. Today was the last time I'll come here. The price was over $90. Apparently, I was charged $10 extra because my truck(s) has a skid plate.I don't know what the other additional cost was, but there are too many other reputable places to get an oil change at a reasonable price.

They definitely stood by their 10-minute oil change! I received great quick service the other day as I was in need of an oil change. I was so glad that Nathan was able to get me in even with it being 15min to closing time. First time using this location in Leeds,Al and I left the store more than satisfied. Blake was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered recommendations without being pushy or coming off as a rude salesman he recommended things my car and driving history would benefit from. I think I will drive the extra 20 minutes for the better service and experience. Blake was very professional and personable which makes a huge difference.Service: Oil change

Andrew, Patrick, Nathan, Clifford; i know these names because i received some of the BEST from this Staff. I feel like family whenever i come through (!as far as how they take care of me). This is the second time I ve been there for tires on my cars(2), and I ll be back when it s time for my 3rd one. They are informational, respectful, and professionals.
